0/10 rating. My husband and I did a couples massages. Firstly, they were completely unprepared for our visit and it was like teenagers were running the spa. They asked us about enhancements and I chose and aroma therapy but they didnt have the one I chose. I didnt realize they make you practically snort the aroma smell 3 times and thats it. No diffuser, nothing. Everything felt rushed. The entire time of my massage the therapist was massaging, he was very rough and fast like it was a speed 80 minute massage. I tried to correct him a few times. He also kept drinking out of his yeti so every 5 minutes you heard him clank his drink. He kept hitting my hair in a clip when walking by. Felt like I was getting smacked by a damn noodle every time. At one point he was sitting on a rollie chair, knocked it over and crashed it into something. The lights were left on full blast the whole time. You could hear everything going on in the hallway. Oh and my favorite. The spa tubs were not to temp in the mens coed area. 2 were absolutely frigid and the 3rd was supposed to be the hot spa was 106 after we complained that it was too hot they measured it. They said it was normal. I pointed to their sign that said 104 was supposed to be the MAX temp. Not scalding. We went to womens area and it was much more tolerable. These people are whack and we will never pay over $500 for massages with them again. Weve had better at hand and stone.

My husband and I always come to the Spa at the Flamingo when we are in town, although a little pricey it is DEFINITELY worth it! I HIGHLY suggest Ariel, he is the best masseuse I have ever had and I will always request him for my massage. He is very kind and friendly and really cares about the service he provides. He is the only person I will go to because it doesn't feel like he's just moving through his routine, he will focus and target the knots and extra tense areas until you leave feeling smooth as butter 😊 Thanks Ariel, your the best!

Highlight of my stay at the Flamingo. After the crowds of Vegas this spa was such a welcome peaceful retreat. Very well looked after by the staff.

Yes, 5 Stars! As a regular Spa customer just about everywhere I travel and at home, both Western and Asian, this Spa is great! Very clean and well appointed with soaps, lotions, hair stuff and lovely robes with plenty of towels. Monday through Thursday they have a massage special that includes use of the Spa and I had a wonderful time. I am actually going again in a couple of days. The Staff is so kind and my massage was so relaxing. I feel like putty! A little tip...if I may. Please shower before you have a massage. No, showering in the morning for a 3pm apt. is not appropriate. Also, shorts with a tshirt in the jacuzzi is not usually done. And, showering before you use the jacuzzi would be nice too. I am trying to be diplomatic here...not to offend anyone. It's true, many women come from places where they do not have access or interest and this is a 'treat'. Not to scare regulars off. This Spa is kept very clean and I am going back!

The best massage treatment that my best friend and I have experienced. Our masseuses, Andy and Yanuary, were professional, competent and caring. Highly recommend!

I booked entrance to the pools so I could use the warm pool to relieve some intense back pain - I am pregnant and can't use the hot tub, so this seemed like a convenient option. Asked specifically about the warm pool at the time of booking (one day in advance). Was not informed that the warm tub was broken until I was already at the pools. According to the staff member I spoke with, it had been broken for several days. It would have been nice if someone had let me know at the time of booking that it was broken, or at least when I checked in. I understand that things break down, but I had known, I would have booked elsewhere. Some honesty from the Flamingo Spa staff would have saved me from the hassle of calling around for an hour on Mother's day trying to find a last-minute substitute.

Massage therapist was awful - spent most of the time applying lotion and although I told her multiple times she was hurting me, she did not reduce the pressure much. She seemed to think the pain was sore muscles rather than her pressure so she recommended CBD cream for pain. She did not mention there was an upcharge which was an annoyance. The bigger issue was she did not say it was similar to icy hot which I cannot stand. It made for a miserable massage that left me in tears. I will find a new spa for my Vegas trips.

I had the hydro facial, I didn’t know that you couldn’t / shouldn’t do Botox a week before but luckily I had mine done 2 weeks prior and had my doctor say it was ok before hand (bc I had laser and other cosmetic procedures in December so I told him I was headed here). I do want others to be aware of this bc I only found out about the Botox thing while I was on the table at the spa. It would be a good idea to post this recommendations ahead of time but I was very thankful for to the technician that she had the knowledge and expertise to ask at least. The gift basket was cute, not sure it was worth 75$ but I am ok with it; lotion, bath bomb, candle, face mask, with two cute champagne flutes and 15$ of Rose, the bowl broke when getting the plastic off. *note the flamingo ornament was not included, I picked it up from the gift shop after*

Awesome hotel

Hot tub was grimy but massage therapist Andreas was phenomenal. Feedback from other treatment/practitioners was meh. Also weird way they handle the bill - you have to bring it around with you and when you sign it after treatment there’s no light. But the lights were way bright when welcomed into treatment room.

Such a great experience, at 9am I had the place to myself. It's definitely an older spa but it was very enjoyable. Steam room, dry sauna, pools (3 different Temps including a cold). Great massages and facial treatment.

We’ve had a tragic death in the family and had to cancel our dream weekend seeing Kelly Clarkson. It’s Super Bowl weekend too and the hotel will not refund our room for the weekend ($1200) even though there are undoubtedly hundreds of people looking for rooms. I booked it for my daughter and me because she had a baby and hasn’t had a break. Bad karma Flamingo!

Hydra facial was AMAZING!! The esthetician Nohely was the best! Truly relaxing

I had a massage last week that was nice. The spa amenities are very good as well. I had a facial with a very friendly and knowledgeable esthetician that gave me lots of great advice. The reason for the low rating is because they used 3 products during my facial that contain ingredients I’m allergic to. I wrote my allergies on the intake form and reminded the esthetician before we began. After my facial my skin was hot and red like a sunburn. The next day my skin was dry, hard, and still painful. It’s four days later and my skin still burns and i look like an animal about to shed my skin. I called the spa to ask what was used so I know to avoid it. That’s when they told me that they did mistakenly use a cleanser, toner, and mask with my noted allergens. They said it was completely their fault and there was nothing I could have done to communicate my allergies more clearly. They did not offer a refund or any other solution for not receiving the result I expected. They did provide recommendations to treat my skin until it’s healed. I understand mistakes happen, but I would not return to this spa. At this point I’m wondering if I should even get facials at all going forward.

I showed up and with no prior notifications they told me the spa was now co-ed and no longer clothing optional. The massage I got was also bad. I told the guy my legs were especially sore and he spent only about 25% of my time on my legs. He also massaged super soft, but when I asked him to go harder he’d make it painful, and when I asked for a halfway pressure he’d just go back to his soft setting. Also despite getting a massage earlier than my check-in time, they did not offer an early check-in.

I wouldn’t say it is a great ‘deal’ because this is Vegas pricing, but for Vegas this is a nice respite and the prices for services are similar to ones on the strip and lower than what you’ll find in new spas. Amenities inside are relatively basic (whirlpools, lounge tea area, sauna, showers - with shampoo/hairspray/mouthwash/etch) for a spa and the hot whirlpool’s heater was broken, hence me giving 4 stars. But it was a great way to spend a few hours to refresh away from the casino. Nice and quiet and not crowded on a Sunday afternoon. Was able to book a last minute appointment which was appreciated since I was on a final day of my holiday & had to check out but flight isn’t until later in the day. My 80 min massage with Rose was quite lovely. I’ve had full-body massages 2x the price that weren’t as good. She was effective without leaving me in pain, per my request. Rose deserves 5 stars.

Massage with Rose was great!!

One of the best spa on the Strip. $45 gives you access to gender separate spa facilities including, three different temperature pools (one is 60 Fahrenheit or 15 Degree Celsius), Dry Sauna , Steam room with "Eucalyptus" smell (so relaxing) and Relaxation Lounge with Granola bars, oranges, assortment of teas, coffees and juices for 4 hours. The best spa attendant of all time was Brian he gave us a tour of the Spa. He went the extra mile and brought us cold bottled water when we were in the steam room. I will definitely drop by again next year!!!

Small spa that could use some decor updates, but so comfortable and sensibly priced! Hot tub, warm tub, and cool tub available, steam room and sauna. We got a bottle of champagne for $35 and the staff were happy to let us drink it wherever. Better showers than the hotel rooms.

Stopped in for a few hours to take advantage of the spa and service before my flight. Rose was terrific with her deep-tissue massage. I have no regrets. The spa was under some minor cosmetic construction but the staff and facilities were great. Thank you, Spa team, for setting me up for the return trip!

The massages are always great. I would give them a solid 4.5 stars for the massges specifically (shout out to Troy and Rose!). I've been several times and really love their therapists and the power of each of the 3 jacuzzi tubs. The vintage flamingo wall art is some of my favorite features of the spa. Overall though, the spa really needs some maintenance and care. For example, I was there in July and saw a dead cricket in a light fixture in the sauna (it's enormous and very easy to see since you are staring straight at it laying in the sauna), 6 weeks later it is still there, the faucets are all corroded, the shower facilities are all old and some work better than others, whoever painted the ceiling by the whirlpools didn't finish the job so it's all patchy. Someone needs to spend some money to freshen things up. It wouldn't take much but good grief it feels so tired. This is a more budget massage for Vegas but still, it's not cheap to go to the Spa and it just feels a bit grimey. Everyone that works there does the best they can with what they are working with and I appreciate all the products for getting ready (mousse, hairspray, antiperspirant spray, make up wipes, etc) and they have better drinks/snacks than Caesars which I really appreciate. Also, for the love of God BRING A CLOCK BACK! I will never understand this aversion to having clocks in the spa. You don't want us to use phones, fine, but give us a way to tell time especially when we have specific service appointments booked and are getting ready and may have places to be. PLEASE, INSTALL A CLOCK OR 2!!!

Very nice spa on the men’s side, was not busy at all. Brian the spa attendant was great and knew exactly when to come with refreshments etc and have plenty of warning to get ready for the massage. Rose my massage therapist was amazing and I could not recommend her enough

What a great masseuse Rose was. I enjoyed my 80-minute Flamingo Blend. It had a massage, hot stones, and aroma therapy. I recommend this it is very relaxing and good for all the sore muscles.
