I did a laser pigmentation removal procedure with Sonya yesterday. She is soooo nice and patient. And most importantly, I’m seeing great progress through the treatment! Finally get hope to removal those stubborn pigments!!!!!!!!!

I sincerely want to recommend Laser by JanaBay Clinic and my incredible doctor Sonya ♥️ I have been struggling with acne for about 3 years. An endless struggle that does not bring results. A bunch of empty jars from skin care cosmetics that seem to only harm the skin. Beauty salons and doctors who do not treat you, but only literally pump money out of you for useless procedures that also do not help. Absolutely disappointed and almost without hope, someone recommended this clinic to me, which changed my life before to after for the better! Absolutely clear skin in less than 3 months, It's a miracle! They took care of me and selected a special treatment for my problem. Sonya made me feel that I am not alone in this fight and made a lot of effort to help me. Now, I do not have to spend hours in front of the mirror to paint over my acne and feel more beautiful. I am infinitely grateful to Jana and her clinic ♥️ If you are as disappointed as I once was, then this place can really help you in the fight against Acne!

The laser hair removal master does her job very well; after just a few sessions, a good result is already visible. Master is kind, polite, and knows how to find a common language with clients; her cabinet is always clean and tidy; the clinic itself is also pleasant and aesthetic; and prices are affordable. The salon itself is adorable and welcoming. The moment you step inside, you feel at ease with its cozy and clean atmosphere. Victoria, the laser technician is truly a gem. She is incredibly meticulous with her work-every session feels thorough and carefully done. The results speak for themselves I’ve experienced such a significant reduction in hair growth since coming here. Would recommend this place (and have) to anyone and everyone. I have been a loyal customer of Laser by Jana Bay since 2022, and I have referred six friends and family members here over the years. I was shocked and disappointed to learn that the price for full-body laser treatments has significantly increased, and no one bothered to notify me in advance even though I come every 4-6 weeks. When I started coming here, the owner, Jana, promised me a certain price. Now that Jana has stopped visiting the salon, her loyal customers are being forced to pay significantly more, which isn't fair. I feel completely betrayed and tricked by this sudden change without any prior notice.The new receptionist is incredibly rude and showed no concern for my issues. She clearly needs training on customer service. To make matters worse, the technician who performed my laser, lied about providing a full-body treatment when she only did touch-ups on areas that had no hair. Despite my objections, she continued to zap areas with no hair and then falsely claimed at the front desk that she performed a full-body treatment.This experience has left me feeling undervalued as a loyal customer. Given the lack of respect and honesty, I will be looking for a new place for my laser treatments and will inform my friends and family to be cautious of the increased prices here. I will also advise them to seek services elsewhere. Customer loyalty and satisfaction clearly mean nothing to this business anymore. So sad, because I was in love with this place and highly recommended to so many friends but now I won’t anymore. Thanks for your services!
