I had a wonderful experience with Tess for my injectables treatment. She was incredibly informative, explaining each step of the process and addressing any questions I had. Her kindness and professionalism made me feel comfortable throughout the entire session. Tess took the time to ensure that I was fully informed about my options and the expected results, which gave me a lot of confidence in the treatment. This was my second time at Laser Loft and the results were natural-looking and exactly what I hoped for.

I've been seeing Tasha about every month for almost a year. She is knowledgeable and always takes the time to chat with me about my concerns, questions, progress and goals. She always discusses what she thinks is the best plan for me to accomplish my goals and listens and adjusts for any feedback I have. I would highly recommend Laser Loft and Tasha.

Very disappointed. My boyfriend was burned during a laser treatment, leaving white spots/bumps on his face. The clinic did nothing to address it, and a dermatologist confirmed the burns. Would not recommend

I just had my "11" wrinkles relaxed with Tess, who was amazing! She has excellent rapport with people, and knows her stuff!!! She put me immediately at ease. The whole staff seems really great! So far, my experience has been great!!

My original appointment was canceled just an hour before, which was frustrating. While the merchant had a cancellation policy to protect themselves, there was no similar policy to protect their customers’ time. I rescheduled for the following week, and this was my first time using their service. After the exfoliation, my face felt painfully burning. I wasn’t sure if it was due to their technique or the product used. When I mentioned this, the lady said she didn’t have any milder products for me and offered to refund the money I paid. Although I got a full refund, I felt my time was wasted twice. Despite that, I appreciated that the staff were polite and willing to help. The two stars are for their effort in offering a refund.

I originally bought a Groupon for microdermabrasion, and when I went in to use it I found out that they offer a monthly subscription where you can choose from microdermabrasion, a light chemical peel, or dermaplaning. I think the prices are good, the commitment to once/month services helps me keep up my skincare routine, and there is consistency of care. This is a big one--since I got Rachel the first time, I have been consistently booked with her. I feel like a lot of esthetics studios experience high turnover. You find someone you like and then they're gone the next time you book. The fact that Laser Loft has experienced and professional long-term employees like Rachel speaks to both how well the estheticians treat the customers and how well the business treats its people. Check it out--it's a totally affordable guilty pleasure!

I’ve been coming here for over a year now. First for laser hair removal and now for facials with Rachel. Rachel is very knowledgeable and has helped improve my skincare routine. My skin is always so much nicer and glowing after facials with her. Appointment availability is excellent and I’ve never had to wait when showing up to an appointment.

Laser Loft has been incredible! I attribute this to Tasha...a very experienced, committed and knowledgeable clinician. I have had the most significant results with her than anyone I have ever worked with. Tasha exhibits a genuine interest in making the laser experience as effective as possible. I would highly recommend Tasha to anyone interested in getting incredible results. Additionally, Chloe - the main receptionist, is always helpful, friendly and again...knowledgeable about their services. This place is warm and welcoming - not like a snooty spa! You will not regret a visit to Laser Loft!

I had my first visit at Laser Loft this past week, and I’m impressed. Ellie, the registered nurse, made me feel comfortable and confident. She’s knowledgeable about the human body and muscles, which allowed for precise treatments based on my goals. Plus, she’s easy to talk to and answered all my questions. I had such a good first visit I booked a 2nd one & went back for my first time getting filler👍 I'm only on day 2 after my injections but already my results are looking great & boosting my confidence 😏

I have been going to Ellie for awhile now for both Botox and lip filler. I absolutely love how they turn out every time. She is wonderful and my lips look so natural and plump!
