Amaziinggg I loved the whole experience and my aesthetician, Liliya, did so so good! Plus she was easygoing and fun to chat with but still let me take a lil nap. 😴😂 Highly recommend!

Got a facial from Lilya, and my skin is G L O W I N G. The session was so relaxing and she explained what she was doing as she was doing it. She is super sweet and made sure I was comfortable during the whole facial. Definitely recommend going to her for your beauty needs! I also got to get my lashes done by Karla, and they are absolutely G O R G E O U S. I am obsessed! Willing to make the 30 minute commute to see these ladies again!

After recently relocating to the Charlotte area, I have been looking for a quality eyelash stylist and after being recommended to Lash and Beauty Co., I was excited to try this new spot. Sadly, this experience was very disappointing. Right away, I found my stylist to be a bit inexperienced and lacking in overall customer service skills. Given that it was my first time going to this stylist, I asked questions about her process, and she came off very off-standish and took extremely long. After being told by the receptionist that the process would take only 2 hours, I planned for this allotted time in between work and picking up my children from extracurriculars. Unfortunately, by the time we got to two hours, the stylist was not even close to being finished and I had to leave with my left eye not completely done. Within minutes after leaving, some of my lash extensions fell right off. Given this unfortunate experience, I tried to call Lash and Beauty Co. several times, even leaving a voicemail message, only to not receive any response or opportunity to rectify this poor service. I was hoping to resolve the issue and even consider looking into a different stylist, however their lack of responsiveness has caused me to look elsewhere, as well as write this customer review. (First time ever doing this) I am hoping that this review helps to resolve these issues and thank you for taking the time to read!

I absolutely loved my lashes after! I’ve gotten so many compliments 🥰 I loved the lash tech she was so sweet and professional. For my first experience being there I definitely will be coming back to see Shirley again! … did I mention I love them 😍

Karla & Ashley are amazing! I see both of them depending on my schedule and am always super satisfied with their work. I’ve been getting lashes done for about 4 years and don’t plan on going anywhere else as long as I’m in Charlotte.

The ladies here are nice and professional but my lashes was falling out on my way home from the appointment Tuesday and by Thursday I had 60% left. After 1 full week I have 3 extension on one eye and 6 on the other.

Scheduled to have a hybrid set done (lash extension service) and honestly it was a waste of money. The regular company I go to closed due to the owner having surgery and I decided to try this company. It was a disappointment due to having to pay $20 more for poor retention. The lashes literally started falling out a few hours after I had got them done (and yes I know how to take care of them, have been getting my lashes done for two years now). The hybrid set also isn’t as glamorous as Modern Mink. Based off of what I’m used to, I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone I know. Definitely will stick with Modern Mink and have to rough it out if she’s not able to do my lashes 😩

I have received various services (eyebrow waxing, classic lashes, hybrid lashes) from various providers (Michelle, Amanda, Arlene, Daymoni, Karla) here monthly, for three years. Their work is consistently fabulous throughout the brand. Being an artist and mother myself my schedule often is in flux and every stylist has been super accommodating and gracious. I cannot rave enough about these special ladies!

Arlene is an amazing lash artist, she listens to what type of look you want and really delivers. She's great to talk to, and does an excellent job! I prefer a more natural look, and my sister prefers ~over the top~ and Arlene does both styles perfectly. I highly recommend!!!

Love love LOVEEE their work . Over all they really make sure to find the time and hire professional working ladies . Daymoni has done my lashes for about a year or so now and I’m never not satisfied . She takes her time and if for some reason something is wrong with your lashes she will find the time to fix them for you . Over all 5+ star rating . Worth every penny

Time and time again, I feel at home getting my eyelash extensions done at the Beauty Loft. The experience I have had is unlike any other! Usually I'm skeptical about getting eyelash extensions just because of the horror stories of eyelashes feeling crunchy during every blink, but these lashes not only look natural but they feel like they aren't even on! You don't feel a thing when getting the extensions applied on! Michelle and Amanda, thank you so much for making me feel fabulous after every session!
