Asked for wispy volume received mega volume. When she showed me my lashes I was heartbroken I’m going on vacation today and all I can think about is how to remove them! She even took some off but it didn’t help. Then she told me they didn’t have the spikes at this location after she was done. Really? If you would have said that in the first place I would have left!!! Super disappointed! They look so fake! I will figure out how to remove them when I get to Vegas today before my flight tomorrow. My pictures vs what I wanted not even close!

If you want good lashes, DONT go here. I went to Angie, I was ALWAYS very specific about how I wanted my lashes, she said she could do what I was asking for but I was charged $175 for some extremely short lashes that you can barely see. I wouldn’t even consider these classic. She always says she can do something but my lashes ALWAYS comes out the same , and the lashes fall out 2 days later by the end of the week they are all off. This place is a joke, a rip off I’m not sure how good the other lash techs are but hopefully they’re nothing like Angie. Please don’t waste your money by going there if you want your lashes done right, I don’t know how they got the ratings they got because they DEFINITELY DON’T DESERVE ONE STAR. Guess all their clients are older and must like really short not full lashes. I am still VERY DISAPPOINTED! I was definitely over charged.WORST SET BY FAR

My lash appointment was with Angie. I explained to her what I wanted, like I have in the past with other places. But this time was different. This time I actually got the lash look I wanted! Not too thick and not too sparse. They were perfect! To boot Angie is extremely nice 🙂 I highly recommend this place and I will be coming back!

I have been getting my lashes done for over a year at Lash Out and have seen just about every artist- everyone is great, friendly, professional, accommodating to my schedule or squeezing me in to get mini-fills for special events. I get many compliments on my beautiful lashes:)

Customer service horrible. Thought I had an appointment when I stood there for 5 minutes while they booked an appointment just to find out I didn't. Will not be back, to many other studios to spend my money at.

I wish I lived closer cuz Becca did amazing! Getting your lashes done can turn into a horrible experience really quickly but Becca was so good that I fell asleep! Highly recomme d her!!!

Great place to go, as soon you walk in you will notice they will do a good, they have clean atmosphere plus you feel welcome. Staff are very nice and friendly. Thank you Tayler for doing and amazing job to me.

Cassidy is amazing!!! Her passion for lashes shows with every set she does. She's super nice & easy to talk to...worth the drive all the way from Surprise. The atmosphere of the studio is much nicer than other ones I've been to.

I have been going to Lash Out for almost 5 years now! And I’ve always had an amazing experience! Everyone on their staff from the lash artists to the owners are so nice and accommodating! I especially love their new location right across the street from their old location. It’s so clean, fresh, and beautiful! I’ve seen multiple lash artists there over the past five years and they’ve all been great! You can tell they all know what they’re doing and have had great training. Only lash salon I’ll go to in AZ!

I will NEVER use anyone else! That is how good this place is! Yes, the price is more than most would like to pay, but in my opinion, it's worth every dime! The high quality and attention to detail will definitely win you over. I'm originally from Chicago and I have very high standards when it comes to my lashes. Lash Out exceeds them every time! Ladies I've done your homework for you, this is the best place to have your lashes done.Ive been to 10 technicians in the last 7 months,and by far Tayler Rietdorf is the best. I would drive from North West Phoenix an hour and 15 min. Thankful for the new freeway now it's 40 mins but well worth it. Thank you Tayler

Love, Love, LOVE Lash Out Studios!!! I've had great experiences here. Love Taylor and Erika, they make my sessions extra special! I've been coming here for over a year and always look forward to my sessions every time. I get reminders the day before which I truly appreciate. You won't be disappointed here, but in the event that you are disappointed Lash Out will definitely try to remedy your experience, unless you are unreasonably impossible. I've been to lots of different lash techs, but Lash Out is my all-time favorite!!
