I’m giving 3 stars because my lash tech was very kind and the space was well decorated and clean. I would leave 1 star about the lack of communication of the salon’s abilities to perform services that are advertised and available for booking. I booked for a full-set of Volume lashes 1 month in advance of my vacation & was informed on the day of my appointment that they are typically a “Classic Lash only” salon that uses pre-made lash fans, not handmade & that they would not be able to achieve the volume set look I had booked for. I gave it the benefit of the doubt because I was 2 days away from departing on vacation & she told me she would do her best. After finishing I was clearly disappointed and was told with my next fill we could achieve “more” volume. I got $10 off my service because she knew I didn’t like them & the lashes all fell off 3 days into my vacation. I also did not receive 100% coverage in my appointment, I had several gaps of healthy lashes that I tried to fix myself but anyone who does lashes knows that it’s virtually impossible to lash yourself due to the fumes from the glue. I paid over $200 for my full-set + tip even with the ‘discount’ and was very surprised to receive a direct text referring me to an entirely different (more expensive) lash salon. Unfortunately I will not be returning, but hopefully the business owner can be made aware that over charging and referring customers elsewhere after they have already paid $200+ with unsatisfactory results is unprofessional. I could have demanded a refund but I simply cancelled my fill and will be starting over with a different salon.

I still love my lashes! Have been seeing April for over 10 years now! Wow! I have flown at times 3000 miles just to have my lashes done at this amazing place. If you are 56 like me and want to take years off...this is where you need to go! This picture is taken 2 weeks after a fill and I have no makeup on. ;o)

After going to many places, their combo of great customer service and conscientious work makes this the place that I repeatedly come to again again. The only drawback I would say is if they don’t you volume lashes but I haven’t missed it.

I just got on here because my lash gal Madison deserves a 5 star review. I honestly have no idea where these 1 star reviews came from because I have had a completely different experience with Lash. I have been to lash at least 8-9x now and I will never go elsewhere - Madison just recently filled my lashes and I spent almost 3 weeks in Bali and had them done a week before leaving and they still looked fabulous after my trip! Came back in for my fill and she told me straight up we didn’t need the long appointment we had scheduled and charged me less for the shorter appointment because she’s an honest business gal. Don’t let the bad reviews recently hinder you! I came in before those were posted with the 5 star reviews and I’m so thankful I did!!

Lash is a cute place and I was really excited to try something close by. However, I unfortunately had terrible customer service and was treated horribly. I got my lashes done and was not happy about the quality, the lashes were falling out within a couple of days and I came back to get a fill hoping the job would be done better with someone new. When they did my lashes they spent 90 minutes, they were not full at all and I only had lashes put on in the middle of my eye. They had so many gaps and were off balance since the lashes were mainly put in the center of my eye. It was really important that they were done correctly because I was going to be in a wedding 2 days later. When I complained to April (who is the owner) she was very insulting, argumentative and told me thats how her salon runs. I asked for her to please fix them and make it right before I leave for my trip. Instead she just told me not to come back since I didn't like the outcome of the lashes. I even paid and tipped for the time that was spent, I simply just wanted the job done right. After more time was spent arguing, she said she would add more lashes if I made a double payment, so of course I declined. April also said that she doesn't want people like me coming to her salon if they are not happy with the quality. She was so catty and rude and no one deserves to be treated like that just because they expressed their concerns. I have never heard of a business penalizing someone for complaining about the service, most people will fix it and make it right. Instead of fixing the problem, she let her ego get in the way and became greedy by wanting to double charge me. I am sure there are some girls that do a fabulous job, but I don't appreciate being bullied out because my experience wasn't as good as everyone elses.

Very unhappy with the service here! Poor quality results and terrible customer service. April was rude and unprofessional. She was completely dismissive when confronted with client dissatisfaction, and refused to correct the problem at hand (which would have been a simple fix). Her disrespectful, uncaring demeanor was insulting and unsettling. I will not be visiting this establishment in the future.

Hands down by far the best in the business. I go to Kali. I have jumped around to many different places only to be disappointed with the quality of work and duration of my lashes. I wil only come to Kali from now on and book several appointments in advance so I dont go have to go elsewhere. I would highly recommend them!
