A racist place, they don’t like Arabs and they were rude to me. The place is not clean. I had an eye infection and I told them my eye hurts, but they wouldn’t do anything. It was the worst experience and I don’t recommend this place at all.

The only place I go for my lashes! I can go to any location and the techs are all so gentle and results are exactly what I ask for!! I drive from Galveston every time and I won’t go anywhere else!

I’ve been to both the Cinco Ranch and Firethorne locations, and all the lash techs did an amazing job on my lashes! I love how they came out natural but perfectly defined.

I love coming here for my lashes and getting them done by Kay, I’m always pleased with the results from her and I love that she makes sure that I like what I’m getting and if I don’t, she is always down to fix whatever it is that I don’t like! I highly recommend her!! UPDATE 6/12 I still like my technician Kay but I’m leaving this update as a warning to other people. If you can, please DO NOT BOOK WITH EMMA. I had to book with a different technician because Kay wasn’t available and I needed my lashes done. Originally they booked me with Jasmine who I also like, and they told me that my technician was ready earlier than the time I booked. Due to traffic I ended up showing up at the same time I was booked for, meaning I should’ve still been with Jasmine. But some random lady was my technician who I later found out was Emma, and I was wondering why I wasn’t with jasmine but because I was in a hurry I didn’t say anything. First I noticed her procedure was much different than the other technicians I’ve been with in terms of prepping and everything. Then, Emma was pressing her fingers against my EYEBALL to pry my eye open to apply the lashes. It was so rough and at times I literally had to say “ow” to let her know how rough she was being. I was booked for a 2 week refill and she took TWO HOURS to do them, when normally it should be done within an hour to an hour and a half. When she was finished, I literally couldn’t open my left eye due to glue holding my eye shut. She then used some sharp tool to try to lift the glue and she almost stabbed me in the eye multiple times!! I was so scared! When I went to look at the lashes in the mirror, she didn’t listen to a single thing I asked for, I asked for shorter cat eye lashes and she made them LONGER and not cat eye. And as for the application, the false lashes are literally ON my eye lid. If you get your lashes done regularly you know that the lashes should NEVER be touching your lid, it is so dangerous and can rip your real lashes and increase risk of infection. The business was very good in terms of promptly scheduling me for a fix with Kay, but Emma is clearly a beginner and needs more practice before she harms someone.

My lashes look stunning full, natural, and perfectly shaped. I’ve received so many compliments, and couldn’t be happier with the results. It’s a fantastic place with amazing staff, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit.❤️

This review is strictly directed to the place manager Tracy who might do a decent job at lashes but truly lacks business and customer service skills. Very poor management skills. What a shame! I used to come here religiously every 2 weeks for over 3years. My star tech Kassandra was AMAZING but she left. I tried other techs but I wasn’t happy with their work. Kassandra if you read this, message me via IG (claudy16). I highly suggest if you’re pleased with your tech work get their personal info. At the end of the day they’re the stars.

I have been a customer for a year now. I do my lashes extensions every three weeks. Never disappointed. Very good quality product. Friendly and professional staff. My technician Frida is one of the best in the area regardless of her young age. She is doing great job. Highly recommended place.

Update: Lash Touch Studio immediately reached out to me to fully assess the problem. They were attentive and apologetic to fixing the problems. I came in again and this time, Cassandra was my technician. She was amazing. Her work is meticulous. These Hybrid lashes are now fuller and longer lasting. She diligently ensures each lash is neatly on as well as re-checking to make sure it's sticking. Additionally, reception and the salon as a whole also deserve some applause. Reception is welcoming as I'm greeted with friendly smiles. The facilities maintain high levels of cleanliness all throughout from the lash rooms, waiting areas, as well as their restrooms. Can't say I'm fully disappointed as the facility was clean and calm. Reception was very attentive and informative on the differences between types of lashes. Now why the 2 stars? Disappointed in the results. At first glance, it looks good. But I was surprised at how fast it took. It took a little less than an hour to finish for a full set Hybrid. I've had lashes done before and it usually takes around 1.5-2 hrs for full set. Now quick and efficient is amazing for us moms. However, not so great for efficiency when it compromises on results and quality. When I got home, I'm able to see my lashes better. It's way too light to be considered a hybrid set. I paid for a Hybrid but got a Classic fullness at best. I did ask my technician why it didn't look so full. She responded saying that my natural lashes were too light. However I've gotten lashes before and this fullness was not Hybrid level. Additionally, when inspecting, the lashes were not placed evenly and sloppy looking. It looks like I used falsies instead of getting extensions.

Update: After posting this review I received a text message about coming in for someone to fix the issue with my lashes. I was very hesitant at first to accept the offer to fix my lashes but after speaking to one of the managers, she convinced me to go in and meet with Tracy a master stylist at their Firethrone location. My experience with Tracy was wonderful. She explained to me the error made by the lash tech who did my lashes prior to me coming in. She fixed my lashes and they look amazing. When I get my lashes refilled I will only go to Tracy. Thank you guys for helping me! I have been going to get my lashes done here for quite some time. I got my lashes done a week ago and more than 50% of them have fallen out. I have never had this happen before. Their quality and service is not the same as when I first started going to this studio. If you want quality service I do not recommend going here.
