I feel like she used old materials on me just because my right eye got really infected right after she did them she did not provide an aftercare kit All she did was give me a spooly and tell me to wash them mind you And the beginning of the session, I told her this is my first time getting them done She did not have me sign type of waivers Or did she tell me that they do not have a refund policy She was doing both of my eyes at the same time which I did not like Because I feel like my left eye has more lashes than my right She did tell me not to wash my lashes within the first 24 hours which I listen to But literally the next day they were falling out within 48 hours more of them was falling out I messaged her and I asked her for a refund and she told me that they do not do that Mind you she never had me sign a waiver told me about this In the beginning, then I had asked her for half of my money back And she says that she could do a fill Respectfully, if my lashes are already falling out And it hasn’t been even a 48 hours since getting them done why would I want a fill by you no I want half my money back now she won’t return my calls

Had a lash lift done & it was the best experience! It was my very first time getting anything done in terms of lashes and Gloria was extremely professional, friendly, punctual, reassuring & reliable. Her communication is excellent and upfront, and her work ethic is excellent! When I communicated that whatever she used in my eye began to burn a little because it accidentally went into my eye, she worked very fast and had a fan readily available to help make it feel better. The room she works in is clean and comfortable. I loved coming to her and will definitely continue!

Best experience by far; she was kind and made my son and i comfortable during my appointment . She doesn’t usually accepts plus ones but made this accommodation for me as I am a single mom new to Phoenix. Thanks lashbyglo .❤️

She got me in last minute right before graduation! She is amazing at what she does! I am in LOVE with my lashes and she makes you feel so comfortable, and truly makes sure she knows what you are looking for in your lash set before she starts. She is very knowledgeable about lashes and you can tell she is passionate about what she does! I would highly recommend getting your lashes done with her!

Great experience! Accommodating my last minute appointment change that I requested. Called to inform me of all policies just in case I didn’t see them on her Instagram. Very friendly while providing the service and the end product exceeded my expectations! Will continue to utilize her services for my lash lifts!

If I could I would put 0 stars my eyes were really irritated for 4 days and the lashes didn’t even last 2 weeks and the place didn’t look professional at all also $20 for lash “shampoo” is crazy when she had said it was $15 never going there and she didn’t refund me nothing $140 is way to much

I paid $150 total. There is a 20$ deposit required to book. Luckily I was able to catch her for a same day- late evening opening. She didn’t have me waiting when I arrived and is very friendly— of course I fell asleep during the session and then when I woke up she told me my total remaining was $120. Gave her $130 more.. Completely worth it— I literally LOVE the wispy volume set she did on me. 10/10

I absolutely LOVE going to Lash By Glo. Her work is amazing and great quality. I’ve used her services 3 times now. My first experience I almost fell asleep from how gentle it felt. The lashes lasted practically two months. The second and third time I got a lash lift. Since I already have long lashes I just wanted my natural ones to show. That lasted almost 5 months maybe more I stopped counting after 4 months. Picture below is of the lash lift. She’s got such talent and great quality work. I recommend to anyone! Great prices as well!

I loved my eyelashes! They lasted longer than any lashes that I’ve had from other and I didn’t have to avoid washing my lashes! I just followed her instructions and they lasted about three before they needed a touch up! I highly recommend!

I absolutely loved her eyelashes!! She very clean, nice and has good quality work, she can do wetlook, whipsy and even has colored eyelashes!! I literally just showed her a tiktok with a set and she did exactly them, very skilled!!
