I’ve been shopping with this business for a couple of months now. Every time I come, the owner has an attitude of some sort and is blatantly rude to her customers. It’s extremely disheartening to experience as I’ve been in the industry for 8 years myself & pride myself on providing great customer service to my clients… However, after my most recent visit, I can no longer pretend to support this business. The owner raised her voice with me because I didn’t have CASH ONLY for a deal she was running when I didn’t even want the deal…… I was so baffled. I decided to finally leave a review and discontinue business due to the lack of professionalism! Unfortunately it’s not many suppliers in my area, but I’ll become the next supplier before I continue to spend my dollars here. Stay tuned Atlanta! ❤️

I called for an appointmemt and the owner answers"Hello". I didnt know if if was a home or business. I asked for directions as my GPS was malfunctioning and was told " Most people come straight here from the address given." I decided to cancel due to the"ghetto" tone and was called a b___tch. Laughable!

It’s the energy for me I’m not even from Atlanta and I was looking for a lash tech so I searched lash tech's in my area and lashing outt popped up I called her for an same day appointment she couldn’t get me in but she got me in the next morning when I arrived she was so polite patient she took her time with me the vibe was good she talked with me about Atlanta she made me feel so comfortable I will be back I have found my new lash tech I love her already and her work is so bomb I love my lashes

My lashes will stay in place and look stunning for almost a month or when I feel like taking them down. I get so many compliments from my lashes. I will not be trading my lash tech for anyone in the world. Don't knock it until you try it. You will definitely be impressed and hooked at the same time!!!

This was a at home business which I don’t knock because I have a at home business myself but , if you are not home the people there should know how to run your business it was very unprofessional! I walked up a man was drinking a beer and basically refused my service of me wanting to purchase some lash supplies ! I drove all the way from the south to southwest Atlanta and still wasn’t able to make a purchase … i would not and i do not recommend anyone supporting this business

Omgeeeee! I absolutely LOVE Lashing Outt! Apryl is by far the best eyelash technician EVER! VERY professional, caring and friendly. When I first started getting my lashes done, Apryl was very patient and detailed... explaining to me what she was doing, maintenance and the aftercare process. I ALWAYS have the best experience at Lashing Outt, and I'm a fan and client for life!

Worse lash experience EVER! Very unprofessional. In the middle of doing my lashes, she was doing so many other things. Texting, multiple times, talking on phone, Made Dr appts, she left my eyes for like 15 min went and worked on orders for another side business, opened packages and never washed her hands before returning back to my eyes. Also unsanitary. She has everyone lay on the same bed and doesn’t sanitize or change linen in between customers. Got up from my apt and she had the next customer may right down after me. Oh forgot to mention she didn’t wash her hands after doing my eyes and went straight to the next client. Ew Lashes looked great but there is no way I can return to this place due to lack of professionalism

Apryl, is a great Lash Tech. She’s on time and very professional. She gives you an consultation on every visit. Her suite is clean and she lets you watch her wipe down everything before she uses it. Parking is free and no worries when it comes to traffic and congestion. She’s my forever Lash Tech.

PROFESSIONAL,FAST AND ALWAYS ON TIME! My biggest concern when picking a lash tech was the amount of time that I would b laying with my eyes closed, and Apryl exceeded my expectations.. OUT DA DOOR IN 40 mins tops! ALWAYS on time and ready to receive me as I walk in the door with no waiting.. So for that I’m Sold!
