I’ve been going to Latoya for two years. My hair is the healthiest it’s ever been and continues to flourish! Latoya knows how to properly take care of the hair and scalp and does amazing hairstyles. I don’t go to anyone else. I highly recommend her if you’re ready for healthy, flourishing hair!

I booked a feed-in braid updo style on May 31st. The braids were so tight on my hair that I couldn't lower my head or smile without feeling pulling. On June 3rd, I texted LaToya to advise that one of the braids pulled my hair out from the root in the front of my hairline. Her suggestion was to use a warm compress! After I showed her a picture of my hair pulled out, she advised me to take the braids out and blamed it on irritation from the braiding hair. She offered to reschedule me, but I am afraid of getting another bald spot AND she said I would have to wait 3.5 WEEKS! Terrible customer service. I paid a $25 deposit, $95 for the remainder of the service, and I tipped $20 only to have to take the braids out in 3 days.

I have been coming to Latoya's hair studio for over 11 years now. She has been an excellent communicater when it comes to taking care of my hair. She has helped me to grow healthy beauty hair. I definitely highly recommend.

I have been to a ton of other hair salons and stylists in my life and I can proudly say that I have NEVER experienced the level of care for my hair, my scalp an my overall self as what I experience with Latoya! Latoya has EXCELLENT customer service! She is always so supportive and helpful and is extremely knowledgeable, professional and specializes in natural hair and scalp care. Even though Latoya is extremely gentle with hair and scalp, her end results are beautifully done and last beyond the normal time range. She is friendly and always willing to go above and beyond to ensure I’m satisfied with the health of my scalp and hair. Latoya is more than just a hairstylist, she’s a hair expert and a hair therapist! My entire family (and there’s a lot of us!) agrees that Latoya is the absolute best!

Latoya has been doing my hair and my daughter’s hair for at least 5 years now. Whether it’s braids, twists, relaxer, color, cuts we are never less than 100% happy with her styles. Some stylists don’t care what happens to your hair once you leave their chair. Not Latoya. She gives you tips to help you care for your hair at home. There is no one else I trust with our hair.

She is not only an amazing beautician, she helps her clients to feel confident about themselves and will not let you walk out of her salon until you do. Toya is a phenomenal Hair Stylist she prides herself with the knowledge of products and what to do to continue to keep your hair healthy. I have been going to her for years and so have my children. She's punctual, respectful, you cannot come across her kind very often! I recommend her and trust her with my hair and my childrens hair

I've been going to Latoya since 2005. I've followed her from Lena's Salon now to her own salon. She's a great stylist and very informative!! I love going to her because she cares about your hair and keeping it healthy. I've been doing Olaplex treatment on my hair since January of last year. The treatment has really brought my hair back to life and healthier than ever. Thanks for everything you do for me and continue to do for my hair.

Ms. Latoya is amazing! My hair is natural and I hadn’t been to a salon professional in over 3 years. I usually find a stylist by word of mouth. I stepped out on faith and made an appointment with Latoya and she took care of me! She made the time to assess my hair/scalp concerns. I needed a cut badly (the only stylist that has been able to cut my 4c hair wet). Top notch professional and I will be returning for myself and my daughter.
