You should really read the salon owners response to some past customers leaving reviews. Wow. I have never been here and I know now I will never go. Honestly the past clientele reviews don't scare me away, it is the owners completely unprofessional response to some people who have left a review that I find unnerving. Accusing past clientele of personal attacks because they left an honest review that the Brow Queen doesn't like. I have never seen replies from owners to reviewers like this. I'm sure this salon is good but whoever is writing replies to reviewers needs an intervention for real.

Laura has a room in a salon space very close to North Park mall. She confirms most of her appointments via text. In the past I've just casually decided to add on a brow wax while getting nails done or something. These are not great but they do the job. I've never thought it through but I'm glad I've finally decided to go to a professional because I love her work. In my opinion she changed my face for the better. It's very clear Laura knows exactly what she's doing. Just a small warning - she is not one to mince words. She will say exactly what she's thinking which might come off as rough in certain contexts but she really does mean well and wants fabulous brows for all. Protip she accepts cash only (or venmo as a back up but absolutely not preferred).

Please do not patronize this business!! I called today because I googled “eye brow threading” and this business came up first. I asked Laura if she threads eyebrows. She said “no”.I said well you number is associated with Laura the brow queen’s website . She said “I don’t know what to tell you”. I believe she picked up by my African American voice and lied! Her website says she’s been nominated for several awards for eyebrows yet you tell me you don’t do them!!! Please don’t patronize this sad case! I will be reporting her to the news outlets and putting up a yelp review!!!!!!

Laura is a super impressive business owner but I didn’t love my brows. I’m only occasionally in Dallas and I 100% respect her process however my eyebrows were slightly too thin when she was done. That being said she knows what she’s doing and it all comes down to preference! I actually would recommend Laura but she does what she thinks is best for your eyebrows so it’s a bit less customized. However, if you don’t know what to do with your brows she’s the lady for you. I would recommend for someone’s first eyebrow waxing!

I have NO IDEA what I would do if I didn't have Laura to do my brows. Honestly, every other wax center i have been to has always taken off too much hair and had left my brow thin with no shape. Laura is different. I show her pictures and she can make the same design match my face. The best brow artist i know and worth every penny!

Laura is awesome. I went to the same lady for years before Laura but after a while she had nearly waxed away all of my brows. Laura brought my brows back to life. They are full and have a perfect arc for my face. She is fast and efficient. I like that she won't push product but is happy to suggest items that can help if you asked. I also had this odd spot on my face the 2 dermatologists said that the would leave alone and she made it go away :)

Laura is amazing! I can't let anyone else touch my eyebrows since I've been going to her! She's the only one I trust! She truly does a great job and really takes her time. She would never let me walk out until she is satisfied as well as myself. I use her eyebrow pencil as well. Obsessed with it! It goes on so natural! You pay for what you get! I highly recommend anyone needing some shaping or just a good brow lady, she's your woman!

I have been going to Laura monthly for 5 years. My brows were over plucked and thinning to the point that I thought something was medically wrong. No it was not. All I needed was an expert to reshape my brows to fit my face and to encourage me to allow my brows to grow as they should. Laura is that expert. She takes time with you. She is NOT one of those "brows by number" so called experts. If you want eyebrows expertly done for your face, Laura is the best.

Laura is the best! I would never trust anyone else to touch my eyebrows. People complement me on how well shaped my eyebrows are and I can only credit Laura for that - I NEVER touch them! I have been a regularly client of hers for over 10 years. I can always count on Laura and she gives her clients a truly personalized service.

today i went to laura the brow queen to get my 1st electrolysis hair removal treatment . i was very pleased and amazed about her enthusiasm and her professionalism. she is super fast she makes you feel comfortable, very funny woman. last night i was doing a Little research on her but found some negative reviews about her so i went ahead and decided to try her regardless, but i thank god that i went because she is really a queen and she knows her job and she does it right too. Thank you laura i will definetly go back for other services.

I initially went to Laura for my eyebrows, but also decided to trust her with performing electrolysis on my face as well. I have been undergoing treatments to remove facial hair and so far I am amazed at the results! I have gained my confidence back and I have this sense of relief that I don't have to struggle with facial hair anymore! I will ONLY go to her for any other treatments I will consider doing in the future. She has changed my life for the better!

This lady charged me $100 for an eyebrow wax and pencil. She made fun of my "non existing eyebrows that were just to bushes of hair" as she stated. She said she was going to give me a pencil as a gift then ended up charging me for it. I paid for it. Then she reminded me 10 times to give her a good rating online because if I did she would "reward" me. Yeah, right. I'm never going back. Waste of my hard earned money.
