Don’t go here. I came in for a spa gel pedicure and paid $70. I got the paraffin and whatever they used on my feet my feet has been peeling since I came in. They press about paying in cash possibly because you can’t dispute the charge. I definitely thought about disputing the charge until I remembered I paid with cash. This place is a scam, please go elsewhere.

I have been coming here for over 2 years now, their services are so good that my mom, partner and bestfriend started coming. Karen is so sweet, always so accommodating. It’s a space for family and they have treated me as such since I started coming. If you’re looking for good customer service, clean and comfortable space then you’re definitely at the right place.

Laurel Nail Spa is amazing! Karen, Kevin, and Katie make every visit such a great experience. Katie did an incredible job on my pedicure—she was so gentle and detail-oriented. Kevin worked on my nails, and they came out absolutely perfect. They’re both super skilled and so friendly! Karen runs the place so well and makes sure everyone feels welcome. The salon itself is clean, relaxing, and has a great atmosphere. I always leave happy and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!

These stars I’m giving are for Tiffany only. She is the best nail tech there very sweet,takes her time, she listens and will make sure you leave happy. She is the best tech there. However when it comes to the customer service of other techs in this salon it is not great. Before I started going to Tiffany I’ve had other nail techs at this salon and they were not friendly. They get an attitude when you ask to fix things,they raise their voice at you to cause a scene when you are pointing out something that’s wrong. I was usually leaving not happy with my nails because I did not want to appear “difficult” or cause a scene. They rush you , they get mad if you change your mind. And there’s a nail tech that DOES NOT STERILIZE HIS TOOLS for pedicures. I attended cosmetology school and one of the first things a tech should do when giving a pedicure is open a pack of sterilized tools in front of you. The tech will pull his tools from his drawer and rinse his tools in the water he is using to give you a pedicure. That is not safe and unsanitary. I know someone that is actually a victim of this and seeking medical attention. PLEASE BE AWARE This salon also doesn’t accept card payments they only want you to pay in cash or they expect you to use their ATM which charges you 2.00 that they claim they will refund you for but I always have to ask/remind them of my money and whenever I do they have an attitude about it. After having my final unpleasant experience with this salon today I’ve decided to come here and speak about my experiences here. I’ve been going to the salon for over a year now and that was only because of Tiffany, this salon doesn’t care about the treatment of returning customers/customer satisfaction. They do not deserve your hard earned money.

This will be the most honest review I can give this place. I got dip nails and lashes done. The dip nails were done very well by the man who did them. The woman doing the lashes was not kind nor receptive to feedback provided during the service but I thought maybe they’re trying to get home quickly for the holiday so I’ll give them benefit of the doubt because it was the 24th and they closed minutes after my service was done. At home, as hours went by, my eyes were in a lot of pain and I couldn’t keep them open for more than a few minutes. I took videos of the initial lashes and saw that they were glued to my eyelids rather than individual lashes. As the pain got worse, in my panic, I had to get help to remove the lashes and it took up to 2 hours for the lashes to finally come off for me to get relief. I couldn’t go to urgent care because I had to work and not only that, did not want to bill them for more than the total cost of the lashes since that’s all I had issue with. I came today to explain the situation by showing the video I took (since it was the 26th because yesterday was Christmas) and they were not only extremely dismissive of my concerns rather quickly, they made it appear as if my pain was nothing, citing that because I am fine today, then that means there’s nothing wrong with my eyes and refused a refund. Mind you, I was only asking for a refund for the lashes, not the manicure. But the more dismissive they were, the more upset I got, which is a natural reaction because no one wants to feel unheard. I would not recommend anyone to get their lashes done here. My frustration is at the woman who did the lashes and the front desk staff - person who says he is the owner, named Jason and another younger looking female worker who gave me attitude when I was trying to explain the situation but kept dismissing me. The gentleman who did my nails on the 24th (I didn’t get his name) was very nice and good at his work, however I absolutely would not recommend this nail salon overall. I’m more upset at myself for even coming here.

Tiffany in chair #4 is that gurllll! she is extremely artistic and very patient. I changed my color several times (before the initial start of the process), she let me choose how big and small i wanted the design, and she allowed me to try every gold bead size till I found the right one. Currently, getting my first pedicure from Tiffany and she left no crumbs! I’ve experienced a few of the staff here and they are all very talented.

Called for price of a regular pedicure. The owner Jason told me $35. I asked if it included callus removal and Jason said yes. Got there and it was not included.

Tiffany was amazing, I showed her my inspo photo and she said “I’ll make it look just like the photo” and she did! She did an amazing job and got them done pretty quick despite the multi color. Definitely will be coming back and I will be recommending her and the salon to others!

Took over 1 hour for pedicure, I chose the $40 coal package , I was charged $65 and she had the audacity to ask for a tip and wanted me to use the ATM ! Customer service is not a thing anymore Unsatisfied and will not be returning smh

so i went to this salon on a whim walked in on a saturday was immediately seated i showed a inspiration picture she quoted me a price and got to work the price was very reasonable she did amazing and quick work the inside is so pleasing with the wall of shades by color i love my nails and will definitely be back

I have been a frequent customer at Laurel Nail Spa in Laurel Plaza since August, 2023. The staff is friendly and seems to be very attentive to clients. I cannot attest to the work performed by other staff because Jacob is the only nail technician who has done my nails and pedicure. Jacob consistently does an excellent job on my pedicure and SNS nails. He is friendly, clean, extremely meticulous, takes his time (regardless of how busy it is), and he makes sure that my nails look as perfect as possible. He washes his hands, appropriately cleans his workstation, and disinfects his tools after each client. I always feel safe, relaxed, and pampered. I am a military nurse and I am very picky when it comes to selecting a nail salon. I have been to several nail salons in Annapolis, Bowie, Laurel, and Columbia. I do not rely on what other people say because my own judgment and safety are what matters most. My opinion is determined by visiting the nail salon and monitoring the establishment’s cleanliness, customer service, and overall skillset of the nail technician who provides service. I also pay attention to the salon’s ventilation which seems to be up to par. This is important because it isn’t safe to inhale the toxic fumes and dust which are often expelled into the air at nail salons. The salon is always clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend Laurel Nail Spa. I hope you give it a chance and schedule an appointment for a good pedicure soon!

Absolutely love this place. Everyone is very nice, the shop is clean, and the service is great. They have so many colors and designs to choose from. I go to Katie but everyone there does beautiful work. I highly recommend this nail salon.

Horrible establishment! Denied my business because I was not pleased with the owner’s attitude. I returned to go to Cindy for my child and they refused my business because she did not like my original review- which I updated. I will definitely let the community know how racist and terrible this location is.

I love this nail salon! I moved to the area almost a year ago, and I spent about three months searching for a good nail salon. From the first day I stepped in the salon, I’ve always received top-tier treatment! The staff is so friendly, and they remember their customers by name. Katie is my nail tech and she’s freaking amazing! I bring her reference photos every time I come, and she nails it every time! I highly recommend this salon to everyone! 💚

I recently visited Laurel Nail Spa, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The service was incredibly poor - the staff seemed disinterested and unfriendly. The quality of the manicure was subpar, with sloppy application and uneven shaping. Additionally, the hygiene standards were questionable, leaving me feeling uneasy throughout the appointment. Overall, I would not recommend Laurel Nail Spa to anyone looking for a pleasant and professional manicure experience.
