I really wanted to love this place. The ambience was cool it was in a wonderful neighborhood it just felt like it should have been fantastic. They had me fill out a form before I started where I listed my allergies and despite having listed cucumber as an allergy they still added cucumber to the water for my pedicure which I had to ask them to remove and then they overbooked the ladies so I never even got the manicure that I’d booked and paid for. I ended up being refunded for the manicure and going someplace else. Other members of our group who did get manicures found that their nails chipped within a few days and that their cuticles were not well cut. Although it’s in a convenient location, I don’t recommend this place, especially for the price.

Got a quick pedicure, the price was reasonable and the nail tech was very good. The seats were a little uncomfortable for my height (5'7) for the pedicure, would have liked to be able to lean back more.

I never had my nails touched in this place but my wife always do. The ladies who work here are very welcoming except for the ladies at the counter as per my observation. I just sit beside my wife and watch her nails get polished. Ambiance is good. You can use their clean restroom too.

I really like it here. The estheticians are friendly and listen to your preferences. They do a great job and the place is quite clean.

The wife loves this spa. She can bring her own polish and she loves the professionalism of the staff. Guys were getting pedis when I was there.

I give Lavande five stars. I have been going there for 17 years, since about the time they opened. They have the same excellent staff, where everyone is friendly, polite, and competent. I never wait, and the service is safe and excellent.

So it was on July 18th and it was super hot day outside and when I came in due to being Sunday and being a busy day finding parking was tough so I rushed out without my water . I got seated and settled and after 15 mins o relaaized I left my bottle so I asked for water in return she said sorry due to covid we can’t give you water - which was fine . However , after that she went on to speak in their own language something along “ this isn’t it Starbucks” the worst is all the Mail saloon who has Asian owners who employees only their own kind ? Again perfect fine) needs to stop talking in their dialect especially in front of the customer . It’s the most unprofessional a d rude . They are most of time not talking about work but their customers. So for that reason no matter how wonderful the service was but I would never go back again nor will I suggest anyone to do so . Water is basic and all saloons do hive out bottle water leave it to customers to take it or leave it. !!!

The staff here does a great job and seem to care about doing quality work. Best manicure I’ve had in a long time. Very meticulous, thorough, and relaxing. Will definitely be back!
