Horrible customer service. My nails chipped the same day, and the next day I asked if they could re do them. The owner looked very annoyed but agreed to fix them. And then proceeded to tell me it was my fault my nails were chipped, while doing my nails watching YouTube videos. My nails chipped again the next day, but I would never come back.

I love La Vende nails!! The owner and all the employees are so friendly and make the experience that much smoother. Such a pretty salon- so calming and welcoming. Not to mention my nails come out beautifully every time without fail! 10/10 would recommend

I recently visited this nail salon with my cousin and two nieces, and I have to say, it was an excellent experience from start to finish. We walked in without an appointment at around 5:30 PM, and even though there were four of us, they welcomed us with open arms and didn’t turn us away. The salon is impeccably clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly and professional. All of our nails turned out beautifully! The attention to detail and care they put into their work is truly impressive. We were all very pleased with the results. I highly recommend this salon to everyone looking for a high-quality, welcoming nail salon experience. I will definitely be returning regularly.

Worst service. My mom was using the gift card from the salon while paying and the owner looked mad. If she doesnt want to take gift card then why sell it. She was very upset the whole time, no smile. I referred my families and friends but we will be going to a place where people are friendlier. Bad customer service. I do not recommend this place.

Hands down, the best and most consistent Nail Salon in the area. I’ve been going to Lynn and her staff for 8 years and I’ll always come back. I know I’ll get top service (and great conversation with Lynn!) every time. The best!

Lynn is the best, hands down. My nails have never been stronger or lasted as long with anyone else. She is super creative, can do any design you bring to her and she’s so efficient with her time. The spa is clean and beautiful. Highly recommend!

Super friendly and very talented staff! Beautiful interior, very relaxing, from the general decor to ambient music. 10/10 Highly recommend! They always exceed my expectations! For context, I get a full set of gel every few weeks.

I will not return to this location. When I first arrived, Lynn was very nice and welcoming. I did not have an appointment, but she kindly told me someone would be with me soon. However, things changed later on. She gave me her recommendations on how I should do my nails, but I chose to do something different, which she did not like. She said out loud for everyone in the salon to hear, “That’s why you should choose gel.” I was very upset and wanted to leave without letting my nails dry. Both Lynn and the nail technician who did my nails were unprofessional. I could go on with more details, but all you need to know is that this place has poor customer service, rudeness, and unprofessionalism.

Terribly Disappointing Experience at Lavende Nails Spa in Urbana, Maryland USA. My recent visit to Lavende Nails Spa in Urbana, Maryland, was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. Throughout the entire service, I felt incredibly rushed and uncomfortable. The nail technician used the file machine aggressively, causing discomfort and even making my skin bleed at one point. Despite my polite requests for adjustments, she rushed through the process, clearly more concerned about taking the next customer than providing quality service. To make matters worse, the owner of the salon displayed extreme unfriendliness and a severe lack of customer service skills. It was evident that customer satisfaction was not a priority for her. Not only did the service fall short of expectations, but I also left with all my cuticles feeling sore and painful. My The technician's lack of gentleness and rough treatment left me feeling as though I was not even being treated like a human with blood in my veins. In addition, whenever I politely asked to fix my crooked nail, the technician would mutter under her breath in her language, displaying a complete lack of courtesy for me as a customer. This disrespectful behavior further emphasized the abysmal 1/5 customer service rating I would give this establishment. In all honesty, Lavende Nails Spa is a horrible place that I would strongly advise against visiting. Save yourself the trouble and find a salon that values its customers and provides the quality service they deserve. Additionally, if you lack patience, I highly recommend avoiding this salon, as it may result in a verbal altercation. This experience has left me traumatized and injured, feeling pains in my fingers from the nail drill, turning what should have been a self-care experience into a distressing ordeal.

I came into the nail salon and requested to get acrylics. The nail tech told me she could not do acrylics on my nails because my nail beds were too short. She told me that she would only be able to add the adhesive to my nails and acrylics were not possible. This place is unprofessional and I would not recommend it to anyone.

I had a wonderful experience here with my daughter. Linh took care of me and her French is absolute perfection. I’ve seen her great reviews and thought I’d give a try and it’s safe to say she’s gained a forever client in me! Tiffany took care of my six year old daughter and I’ve gotta say I’ve never seen anyone take such good care of her during a kids manicure. She was sweet, attentive and made sure every finger nail was perfect. I adore these ladies and will definitely be back. Thank you!

Beautiful atmosphere, warm welcome, an overall amazing experience! I was able to get one on one attention as I booked through an appointment and this location is still new. I recently had a bad experience at a different salon so it was refreshing how gentle she was on my hands and even made sure that I felt comfortable throughout the fill-in. I originally went in thinking I only wanted a fill-in and basic pedicure but I felt like I was in such goods hands that I upgraded to another pedicure package. It was money well spent!! The massage and foot soak was so relaxing I almost went to sleep. I was even offered a cookie and small bottle of water. The cost for designs on hard gel nails is more expensive than what I’m used to but she took her time and it looks great!

The best new nail salon in the area! This ultra-modern, luxurious nail experience makes me feel so pampered every time I visit. The salon is very clean, comfortable and fresh, with chill, modern music playing. The pedicure chairs are brand new and amazing...plus, they have "flower petals" in the foot soak (so special and pretty!). La Vende is a great location for a girl's day or bridal nails party. My nails always look gorgeous when I walk out of La Vende. Thanks for taking great care of me/us!

Highly recommend. Have been getting dip done for 3 years at another location in PA. We moved to MD and I was in search of a place with quality. And Lyn holds to that highest level. Her products are of excellent quality and she herself is an amazing business owner. Will continue to go to her with ny business!!!

My gel dip was done at La'Vende Nail Spa prior to the holidays and ONE Month later my nails still looking amazing!! No chips, No peeling up at the edges and the color looks good!! I highly recommend La'Vende nail salon.. they clearly use quality products! Nice staff too!!
