My husband got me an $$$ Spa package but it expired by one month, the location would not even give me any options to redeem it . Not a facial not a pedicure Nothing . I wasn't expecting the full $$$ but at least something since he did pay so much 😒

After going here for several years, it was time I wrote a review!! The serene ambiance immediately sets the tone for relaxation. The facial was outstanding. The aesthetician’s expertise was evident as she tailored the treatment specifically to my skin's needs- always ask for Brittain!! Using high-quality products, she performed a thorough cleanse, gentle exfoliation, and a soothing mask, leaving my skin refreshed and radiant. Her knowledge and personalized approach made me feel completely confident in her care- I do not trust anyone else with my skin! The massage was equally impressive. The therapist skillfully addressed all my tension areas with a perfect balance of relaxation and therapeutic pressure. The use of aromatic oils enhanced the experience, making it both calming and rejuvenating- ask for Taryn or Kirsten, you will not be disappointed!! Overall, Lavender Falls Facial and Body Spa offers a luxurious escape with top-notch service. I trust no one else with my skincare and relaxation needs. Highly recommend!

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT go to Lavender Falls Face and Body Spa for an eye brow tint and lamination. I left unsatisfied with horrendous asymmetrical over processed eyebrows. It was a terrible experience and I was not able to get a refund. The ethestician who did my eyebrows, Jhazmyn supposedly has 7 years of experience but I highly doubt & question that. I honestly do not know how her manager or Jhazmyn could allow one of their client’s to walk out of their spa doors with poor quality asymmetrical over processed eyebrows that do not even look like were laminated. I will NEVER be back for ANY of their services nor will I ever recommend this facility to anybody. I highly encourage other readers to go elsewhere because this place will not give you beautiful brows. I was given the opportunity for them to try to fix the eyebrows but I declined because the health of my eyebrows is important and did not want anymore chemical or processing to be done. With all honesty if you’re looking for an exceptional brow lamination and tint, I have done the research for you and look into: Entirely Esthetics. Cheyanne does IMPECCABLE work and will never let you down. Absolutely DO NOT go to Lavender Falls Face and Body Spa- you will be disappointed.

I have been coming here for facials for the past 2 or so years and have never been unsatisfied! I have gotten the Lavender, the chocolate, and the derma plane facials and all have made my face feel clean and smooth. I also love how attentive the staff is and how relaxing the environment feels.

My first and definitely not my last time here for services, the staff was very professional and very helpful to my needs. They made my experience a very pleasant one . Great customer service and painless experience. Terrible Experience with Microblading at Lavender Falls Spa I had an extremely disappointing experience with Lavender Falls Spa regarding my microblading procedure. Despite my strict adherence to their brow aftercare instructions, none of the ink took as it was supposed to. When I returned for the touch-up appointment, they took no responsibility for the horrible results I had. Instead, they claimed that the ink color they chose was too light and still charged me $365 for the initial session. They then wanted to charge an additional $175 to redo the process again, with no guarantee that the ink would take even with a darker shade. They refused to refund my money and allowed me to leave their establishment upset without offering any resolution, it was very obvious that they didn't care. Lavender Falls Spa essentially stole $365 for the initial procedure and the $40 tip I left for Misty, the technician who performed the microblading. The customer service and professionalism were absolutely horrible. I later went to another spa where the microblading was done perfectly, and there were NO issues with the ink not taking. This spa said they have corrected brows for at least 8-9 customers of Lavender Falls Spa. Please read this review and think twice before choosing Lavender Falls Spa. You may end up with a terrible experience and a significant loss of money that they will not refund.

This place still need improvement. It was my first time at this place. Below are the cons: -Massuese did not wipe the oil off me with warm towel after massage session. Most massage place I have been to rubs off the oil with warm cloth as part of the process; the benefit is it helps calm your muscles as they wipe down oil off the customer. -customer service is mediocre. Lady (older) at front talks to you in a transactional tone. She said “hi, how can I help you” but totally has no spirit. Please put someone that makes you want to come back to the place. Massage is supposed to be a place to relax, and part of relaxing process means going to an environment that sends a good energy from the first encounter. -Lavender Falls Face and Body spa is very all about business type of place; your session for massage starts when your appointment is set. For example, if you scheduled for 9:00 a.m. but you had to fill out a form that took a few minutes, it is deducted from your time. So say you finished the form at 9:10, and your massage is for 1 hour then you have only 50 minutes left for your massage. Other places I’ve been to start the massage time when you technically start the massage, not after you fill out a form you did not know about ahead of time. I recommend that anyone that goes to this place show up extra early and see if they follow through with the time. -tipping has 15% as the least option if you pay with credit card. My masseuse did good 99% so i tipped. However, they need to offer a 10% as one of the options. And, most importantly, you as the customer are not required to tip so don't feel bad if you select “none” for tipping. You also have the choice to put the amount you choose and not the % they suggest when paying with card. Do your research before going to any massage so you don’t have any disappointment.

I have been coming here for years for NOVALASH. These girls have years and years of training, and you won’t believe the benefits to NOVALASH compared to what you would get at one of the local chains. Go here, it’s worth it. You won’t regret it!

Wow, I have been to this place a few times and it was always my absolute favorite place for a facial until I just called and apparently spoke to Dana who was the "owner" and she was the rudest person I have ever experienced in my life! I will NOT be coming back to this place because of the rude, sassy, and very impolite "owner" not a way to run a business. Good luck, Dana!

I have never had a hydrofacial before. I was so happy that I was able to make an appointment online so quickly. I went in for a hydrofacial with extraction with a dermaplane added. I was so impressed. I seen Britton, and I cannot say enough how welcoming and warm she was. I will come back for sure. She did a great job in making me feel beautiful!

My first visit to Lavender Falls yesterday was impeccable. After calling around to at least half a dozen places, I was able to schedule an appointment to start in 30 minutes. Upon arrival I was greeted immediately, given an iPad to complete new patient forms (unlike others with hard copies), once complete Kirstin led me to a room that has arguably the most comfortable surface to lay on that I have ever experienced. I don't sleep well, but I would literally schedule time to just rest on that bed. Kirstin is super friendly and has a great touch being able to dig into knots in my back and legs and cognitively aware to adjust pressure in tender areas. I'll definitely go back. Thanks!!

Had a great experience. Treated my sister and I to a couples package, it was both of our very first times doing any self care such as this. Did the body soak and massage treatment. Staff was very kind and accommodating. They offered us separate rooms for both the soak and massage. Environment/rooms were very clean, organized, relaxing. Let us play our music if we wanted, gave us robes, bath sandals. Would definitely recommend and love to come back!

I had a perfect experience. I was immediately greeted at the door, the staff had my paperwork pulled up for me to fill out and sign. I booked a Classic facial and was warmly greeted by Britain. She explained the facial to me and had the most gentle hands. It was very relaxing, my skin is silky smooth, and I could tell that Britain enjoys what she does. After my facial, she escorted me to Taryn for the 60 minute Sports Massage which was the best massage I’ve had in my life ( I’m in my mid 30s)! The pressure and stretching was perfect, and she focused on the areas I had a lot of pain and discomfort. I walked out feeling calm and relaxed… I felt like a million bucks. I wish I had booked a longer session with her! I do plan to go back again in a few weeks for another massage with Taryn. Glad I found my new relaxation location :)

I treated myself, yesterday to their HydroFacial, Dermaplane add-on, extractions and eyebrow wax. I booked with Brittan. It was beyond. She was so sweet, knowledgeable and her customer service was 10 stars. I will definitely be back next month. Thank you again, Brittan!!!

I've been coming to Lavender Falls since 2016. They work really hard to bring results to their clients. I always know what kind of service I will receive when I work through those doors. Its like coming home to visit with family on the holidays!

If only I still had the photos of the horror that took place in this establishment. I booked my appt for a micro blading brows here and it was the worst mistake of my life. The older lady who apparently runs the establishment took me to the back and proceeded to do my brows. While I was being numbed she continued to talk about another client which was totally unprofessional seeming she wasn’t exactly speaking anything nice. As she proceeded to do my brows she offered to do Ombré brows for free since I was so nice and I was all for it because hey who wouldn’t. I thought I was in the hands of a professional. I was wrong. After she got done with the first “layer” which was the brow strokes she showed me and it was ok and I told her I didn’t really like them and it wasn’t what I was looking for and nothing like the image I showed her mind you she had a blank slate. She told me she knew she was doing and to trust her so I kept my mouth shut seeming I didn’t want to leave there with half of my brows done…. It gets worse. After she finishes the “ombré effect” she hands me the mirror and says she is done. I told her there was no way that this is how I’m supposed to leave here like this. She told me to trust the process and it was normal. No no it wasn’t. She literally needles in two dark black blocks as my brows. It wasn’t ombré and you definitely did not see any strokes. I cried and Al’s not begged her to fix it and that there was no way I was leaving like this. She yelled at me and told me she was the professional and knew what she was doing and that I was going to love them when they healed. So I left covering my brows as much as I could. I contacted a friend and sent photos of the brows she left me in and she asked me if I was messing around or joking with her. Unfortunately I was not. Not only were they uneven I now had permanent blocks as brows and had to wait several weeks to heal to put make up on them. I tried to contact the owner and each time it was her who would reach back to me and found no resolution. I highly recommend you look elsewhere if considering permanent make up. You may think your getting the work but in reality you are not. I was so bummed that I just spent $500 on brows that looked 100x worse from when I walked in. I should have read more into the reviews before going in and it turned out I wasn’t her first victim. Oh and one more thing, after the brows healed and they were supposed to be just fine I was told to go in for a touch up. Absolutely not. I had to go to someone else and pay double to have fixed what this person totally messed up. Oh and since they will probably respond to this as if I did something wrong, I didn’t. I literally went in to another professional that very next day who specializes in Microblading and Nano brows and was told by several techs it looks like a preschooler did my brows with permanent marker. We all know going into this there is healing phase but that comes shortly after. When I left the establishment I had two dark black Chola brows in the shape of squares this is not a joke. You have been warned . They may have other good professionals who actually do their job right but permanent make up is not one of them. I’m

My husband and I shared a couples massage. Our therapists were polite. It's a cute spa with a great feel. The couples room is small but cozy. The hot stones massage with aromatherapy was wonderful and made me release hindered tension I had no idea I had. I would enjoy going back!

My husband surprised me with a spa day, and it was amazing!! I didn't take many pictures as I was enjoying the services too much. I started with the relaxation and detox soak. I am 5'5 and the tub allowed me to be fully submerged and floating a little, lol. Then, I followed up with a hot stone massage with Kiersten. She made me feel completely relaxed and asked questions to determine what would my comfort level would be before and during the massage. I noticed some of the other services they offer and will definitely be back to try them!!

Loved the scenery and the staff. They were all very friendly. The person doing my facial, was very nice. It was my first facial and made sure to have small talk to keep me relaxed. I enjoyed it a lot, and I do recommend for people that haven’t gotten a facial and just want a nice place to get one.
