Fast service and affordable but you get what you pay for. I got a mani with regular polish last Saturday 1/18, 4 days later Wednesday 1/22 and polish is already coming off. I understand regular polish lasts less than gel but not lasting even a week?!?!

This was my 3rd time getting my nails done here. I am very happy with their work and materials. I used to go somewhere else, and the nails would lift by the end of the week. They take their time and have good attention to detail. Their shop is lovely and staff is friendly. Thank you for taking care of my little one and I!

I came in very last minute no appointment and 1 hour before they closed. The lady that did my nails did amazing! She took her time and they closed at 7pm but I was still there past that getting quality work ! Thank you !

Disappointed and dissatisfied... Didn't get the mans name but service was completed in under 20 minutes. He didn't take his time to inspect the finished look... Had to come home and file and clean off myself.

DONT show up 1 hour before closing because they are always short staff and they will flat out tell you they don’t have time. I kept going here to support a NEW local business but they do everything so rushed and will end up leaving you bumpy acrylic nails. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Only 2 people do acrylic nails (the owner and the man in the second chair)

Gel manicure doesn’t last and their nail art design is horrendous. They couldn’t even shape nails. If you want to leave early don’t set your closing hours til 7.

Go for pedicures and always great music friendly techs. I take my now 6 month old and they just love her. Pedicures always so relaxing and look great and last.

I got my nails done by Henry. He is very good at his job. He is fast yet thorough. He is very good at shaping your nails. I highly recommend Henry

The best customer service! I get exactly what I like and more. The owners are there and ensure you get what you want and if you don't like the outcome, they will fix it. Absolutely love this place.

This was my third visit and everything was fine until this time they changed the water in the foot bath. It became brownish and smelled like sewage.

Terrible looking nails it looks like a child made them. I came home and going to take them off. Lady was distracted the entire time, looking around at her child, she left all my nails looking all different shapes and sizes. They look terrible.

The manicure and pedicure is at standard, nothing high quality or innovative. Do not ask for nail art. The people at this place are not trained to deliver anything close to what is shown in their webpage. The nail art quality is poor and inconsistent. My daughter asked for hearts, and they painted resemblance of hearts. They looked mor like V shaped letters. Plus, the entire nail color disappeared because of the size of the “art”. I could have deliver the same results at home for my daughter manicure for free. UPDATE: the manicure only lasted 1 day. It peeled off after showering. Definitely not worth the price.

Highly recommend!! Lavender Nails & Spa is clean & cute! I have been several times since we moved to El Paso. The staff are very friendly & helpful. Danny has done my nails each time and does a fantastic job with dip powder manicures. The pedicures are great, also!

I’m really disappointed and mad that I wasted 50 dollars on an acrylic re-fill and I didn’t even like how they came out.The “stars “ came out very sloppy.I had the guy redo one hand because it was really bad and yet it still came out really sloppy and not to my expectations I would really appreciate if something could be done about this since it was really expensive .

This is a very nice nail salon! I came in for manicure/pedicure. I did normal polish on my toes, which has lasted well over a month. I also did acrylics with a design with Danny. My acrylics lasted me for OVER a month! Danny is amazing at acrylics. Highly recommend coming here! The staff is very friendly. I included photos of the day I got my nails done and a month later, how my acrylics were still going strong.

This is my first time here. I got here right at 9 am. This place is a lot closer to my house and I read the reviews and they were good. Tammi did my pedi and it was very relaxing. Loved it from start to finish.! My only complaint is the $15 up charge for gel polish. I can handle 5/10 but, 15 is a bit much. The place I normally go to cost $40 for a full spa pedi with gel. Overall this was a great place and the pedi was great!😊
