Upon arriving at this salon, I was pleased by the fact that the smell wasn’t overbearingly toxic as some salons are. They started our foot baths without checking the water temp. My friend’s was too hot and mine was too cold. I told them 2-3 times that my water wasn’t warm enough and they’d turn the water on but would never check back. We sat there awhile waiting for them to finish up with other clients and my feet sat is barely luke warm water. With this type of service, i decided to do only a basic mani/pedi and left wishing I had skipped the mani altogether. The pedi was okay… but unfortunately i was told to get up before they were dried and messed up the polish on my entire foot which i didn’t realize until i left. And its been 3 days and my polish is already chipping when pedicures usually last 2+ months!! Then my mani was absolutely horrible. I needed my cuticles cut and Peter cut more than my cuticles. I left with both thumbs hurting and a couple other fingers in pain from the deep cuts.

This place is alright as long as the guy isn't the one doing your nails. He's rough and totally sloppy. Puts too many coats of polish on, this won't dry properly. It looks like I did it...blindfolded. what a joke.

Went in on Sunday got acrylics put on my nails turned out okay. Then I got a pedicure and it was one of the worst I've ever had in Tucson the lady rushed . SMH

I love my aesthetician here. She is so kind and makes me feel genuinely cared for. The chairs are new, everything is clean, and they keep the staff happy. I get gel mani, pedi, and brow wax, which are all done impeccably by my aesthetician in about 90 min.

I only had dealings with Tammy and Tina. I was trying to find a new nail tech that shaped my nails the way I like and I found Tammy after a couple of different places. Tina did my granddaughter's nails and she did a beautiful job (spider-man designs). I treated myself to a fill and pedicure for my birthday and I absolutely love my nails!

I got a fill and they did a fantastic job! I also got my lip and eyebrows waxed. Hands down the best I’ve ever gotten. I would highly recommend!

This is hands down one of the best salons in town! I never have an issue as a walk in, and when I’ve had appointments they have been respectful of keeping to that time. It’s very calming, and the service is to notch! :)

I’ve been to lavender nail spa a couple different times. They are definitely quick and I’ve had decent pedicures, but I’ve never been completely thrilled with my fills on my nails. They’re always seems to be the powder residue on my cuticles under my nails. They’re a little thick the last time I was really disappointed in my nails.

Excellent! I loved the way my nails turned out. Tina was very nice and polite. She was very friendly and fit me in between her appointments. I was very happy with the results. They were very busy that morning so I suggest making an appointment if you’re planning on going on a Saturday. That’s pretty much any nail salon I’m my area though. Overall great experience. I will be back!

Wonderful experience. I came here the next day after getting my nails done at Pink and White nails. It was a horrible experience, but Lavender nail and spa fixed it. Also did my eyebrows. Very nice people! I felt so much better. Thank you!

I went it to get my nails filled in and change the colors. The girl wanted to sell me tips even though my natural nails were already long. Before I could stop her she started cutting off my natural nails. In additional the powder filler I had on some nails she peeled off instead of soaking off. I didn’t trust her abilities so I did not get tips. I was left with short nails that were not even filed smooth and uneven polish finish. So sorry I went there

i received freezing cold water for my feet i have been sitting here for 2 hours still have not received nail polish on my acrylic had me sit some to wait to do everyone else’s nails when i arrived at 3 & it’s now 5pm

Ever since I found them, I will always come back. Tina made my eyebrows look AMAZING, even I can't get my brows to look so perfect & effortlessly too! The nail polish lasts forever. Fantastic customer service, honestly this place is the best. Top notch. I'll always tell everyone to go here. Oh and their pricing is affordable! $10 for an eye brow wax? Yes please! $15 for a pedicure? OMG! I'm telling y'all...this place is a hidden treasure.

I normally don't leave 2 stars but my pedicure was rushed and the water was too hot even after I told her.... also she didn't scrub my feet from the top. I paid 30 and didn't leave a tip. I also asked for glitter on top of the color and she ended up using topcoat.

The lady was a bit rude it was my first time with her and if it wasn't for the other girls they are nice I would never go back to this place I know it's a place attended by adult people with money this lady treated the previous client better than me I know I'm a little complicated but I swear I'm good at paying and tipping for something I went back to the same place because everything is perfect so far

We went on a Sunday which is walk-ins. They were busy but were able to get us in. We enjoyed our mani/pedi. Very professional and great work. Could use a little music in the back ground. It was almost dead silent

Very slow service just for dip nails. They don't do 2 tone colors for dip nails either. Prices are reasonable.
