This is truly an amazing and relaxing experience. I had the signature facial and reflexology by Scott. I highly recommend Lavender Spa as they many services to choose from. You will not be disappointed. Can't wait to come back!

I love this place! The staff are thoughtful and it’s very clean. The basic mani pedi is one of best values with a full soak, scrub, cuticle removal, lotion and massage then gel application. Definitely felt like a spa experience and I desperately needed that today after a long week with a visit to the ER with my 81 year old mom then caring for her all week. I left feeling relaxed at ease and with lovely nails.

Visited lavender spa this morning and got new acrylic nails - French, and gel pedicure - French, and it was a wonderful experience, done quickly and they did a beautiful job. The prices were in line with others as well. I will be back!

My friend and I went to get our nails done. I had SNS nails. I liked the vibe inside. Most of the people who worked there were nice except one who seemed to have little patience with teenagers like us. We both picked a color that we liked but the results didn't match as well to our liking. My friend ended up removing her polish.

This salon feels like a hidden gem. Not only did the women do an amazing job on my manicure and pedicure, but they were friendly, conversational, and overall delightful. I will definitely be returning!

An honest feedback that I had high expectations from this nail salon looking at the rating. I had scheduled an appointment for SNS and pedicure. The pedicure was fine but the SNS was not good. They messed up with the color and ended up getting a different color on my nails. I am very disappointed.

I always have my nails done at Lavender Spa. I get SNS manicure and a pedicure. All of the technicians who work there are friendly and professional and do an excellent job. You will not be disappointed give them a try.

I am always on the hunt for the best pedicure spots. I especially look for places that you can pay extra for an extended foot/leg massage bc I have poor circulation. I was not disappointed. I added on an additional 15 min massage and it was amazing! Next time I’ll add on more time. The rest of the pedicure was wonderful as well. Polish application was exactly how I like it, very tight edges. The salon was clean, staff were welcoming and professional. Vibe-wise it’s an older salon, but the service is stand out.

I've been a client since Lavender Spa opened at The Fountains. Jackie, Scott and team are wonderful and accommodating. And if you are unhappy with something, they make it right in the most pleasant and calming manner. I love that the team stays constant so they get to know you and what you like. They ensured top of the line safety measures during Covid.

Such a relaxing and pleasant experience, and my nails look fabulous! The technicians are so professional, kind, and very detailed. I have gotten multiple dip powder manicures and “regular” nail polish pedicures, and I’ve been very happy every time. Thank you!

This is the first time at this nail salon.What a poor service at this place! Highly disappointing to see my eyebrows messed up in the name of cleaning up. She removed too much hair on the right side of my eyebrows. The lady didn’t even try to fix it and left the place immediately by saying don’t pay for it. I’m not here to get a free service for messing up my eyebrows. Service is at the worst. When I just went to the service desk at the front of this salon to call someone for fixing my eyebrows and to address this but the manager ignored it. I was waiting patiently to let the manager know and nobody didn’t even care why I have been waiting in the lobby. I will not recommend this place and people here don’t even try to understand the meaning and language. I do not recommend this place when they don’t value their customers and their feedback. Please be aware of this local business.

My entire pedicure felt incredibly rushed. The leg massage was almost non-existent. It felt as though the nail tech simply tapped her fingers on my legs. Not only that, but my polish was sloppily applied. It is gloopy in some areas and then barely covers the nail towards the ends of my big toes. Not only that, but the ambiance here is majorly lacking. The interior, even down to the chairs, seem outdated and, unlike every other nail salon I’ve visited, my friends and I were not offered anything to drink during our time there. I won’t be back.
