Therapist, named IMO (pls forgive if my spelling is off) just did a full triathlon tournament on me to unlock my trap tension and neck stiffness. She was absolutely amazing, checked in for temperature etc but also was all about the work and no pressure to chit chat until it was over. She came to conquer and she did. Blew me away !!! I am stunned. I have never been worked on like that. Amazing !!!!

Today was my first time at LaVida Massage and I must say, they have gained another regular client. Rachel is my Massage Therapist and she is more than amazing. Her knowledge of muscular anatomy, how energy moves through the body, and the passion and care she puts into her work makes her second to none; in my opinion. I am a big guy and my job and lifestyle is very physically demanding; and Rachel has the ability to release muscles I didn't even realize were locked up. I left rejuvenated, relaxed, and overall feeling less stressed. LaVida Massage's facility is welcoming and the staff is friendly, helpful, and professional. I would give more stars if I could.

I LOVE Paula! She makes each session worth it. She is THE BEST in the industry! Only reason I am not giving 5 starts is pertaining management - I believe there’s areas of improvement. But I will not change Paula.

Paula has helped me feel so much better with medical/deep tissue massage for my sciatic nerve pain. I could not find a comfortable position a few weeks ago. 4 sessions made a huge difference in how I feel and move. Highly recommend!

I enjoyed my spur of the moment massage so much, I signed up for the membership. I was pleasantly surprised at the spa like environment from the moment I walked through the door. My massage was one of the best I have had, with Mia being my massage therapist. The room was quiet, the bed was comfortable and there are many options to add on to your massage should you wish. I look forward to my next visit.

I love LaVida massage and I especially love Paula! She gives me an amazing deep tissue/ medical massage every 2 weeks and really helps me with all my back issues! Anything I request she gladly accommodates me with a smile! It is one of the best parts of my week and I leave feeling so much better! 😊

My husband and I were able to book a last minute appointment for the couples massage and it was WONDERFUL. We had Chad and Patricia and they were both amazing. It was hands down one of the best massages. Chad and Patricia were both extremely friendly and professional. They knew where our weak areas were and focused on those areas. We plan to come again when we are back in town. Def recommend Chad and Patricia for couples massage.

This is a HORRIBLE LOCATION!! The receptionist and owner are very RUDE and MEAN at the BALLANTYNE location (on Copper Way) to their customers. We recently cancelled our membership and went to a NEW LOCATION with great customer service. Every time I write a review this lavida location reply back with false statements to discredit my experience at this location. They are responding changing the narrative to “tips/gratuity and then being called names” this is them not taking accountability for POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. The MASSAGE THERAPISTS are great and deserves all the tips but the receptionists and owner are rude and mean. This is a HORRIBLE LOCATION because the receptionist and owner have HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They talk to you with snappy attitudes.

This is the second time my partner and I booked with Patricia and had the same problem. On 3/23 I was booked for a 90 minute massage (80 hands-on) at 2:45pm. She took me back at 2:43pm and spoke to me for about 4 minutes about her resume. The massage was okay but the ending felt rushed. Once I got up to put my clothes on I realized it was 3:54pm. This was not a 90 minute massage (or 80). When I brought this up to the front desk, it was brushed off to just being "a few minutes under". My massage should've ended at 4:10 to allow time to get dressed. I lost 16 minutes that I paid for. The front desk worker didn't show any concern and offered no solutions. I asked to have any remaining appointments with her rebooked. I was then asked to tip and refused for obvious reasons. My partner had a similar experience in the past where Patricia did not give her the full time (which was a couples massage so she had to wait 15 minutes for me and was told that I just got extra time which I didn't). The customer service was unacceptable, especially since solutions weren't offered. Even a free entrancement on the next service would have been nice. This is part of the reason I cancelled my membership. Why raise the prices if we're going to receive less time and poor customer service

Called ahead to ask if they had spots available now. She informed me they did so I drove the 10 minutes to get there. I guess in 10 minutes the therapists decided to go on break according to her. "You should have told me on the phone so I could reserve it for you". Well ya know, you could've have informed me that your entire staff would decide to go on break at the same time while you have me on the phone since it's your job and all.

I love this massage spot. The pricing is great and they allow you to add another person to your account to let them access your massages which is amazing!! My only grip is that they struggle a bit with turnover which makes it challenging for the customers. After you’ve established a relationship with your therapist you don’t want to have to worry they won’t be around for more than a few weeks or months. Might help to survey the team to ask they leave, perhaps better or perks could help retention.

My wife and I did couples massages today with hot stones and foot scrub enhancements. It was a wonderful experience, definitely needed it. The receptionist was pleasant and welcoming, and both therapist did a great job, my wife and I felt very relaxed afterwards. I will definitely come back for another massage.

Very disappointed with the customer service here. They’re not very clear of the pricing until after you check out and have already received the services. When they initiated I have something to help you with your tension problem; it sounds like they were willing to perform something for you and help you without saying it’s $20 extra for this or that. Then when you have a question the lady at the counter is unprofessional and refused to apologize for the miscommunication on their behalf. They blamed the customer for a service and refused to take in consideration this person is a new client and never got a professional massage ever before. Needless to say they took advantage of his knowledge on the website that he didn’t go on to book because it was a gift. They are super unprofessional and a very defensive company that doesn’t take their mistakes into account. It’s really the principle in this matter. At least state there will be an extra charge. I will not recommend nor will I be back! You shouldn’t argue with your customer that have simple questions.
