You can find the perfect massage therapist for you. The receptionists are always friendly, and the vibe in the lobby sitting area is lovely. The massage tables are made warm for you and the music is calming. I always look forward to my monthly massage or as I call it - bodywork

I like the personalized approach that Madeline takes with my facials. I feel I can trust her knowledge with my skin and every time I come she makes me feel welcome and creates atmosphere where I can unwind and relax. I love the result of the facials, and enjoy seeing my skin in such a good shape. I'm still exploring massage providers to meet my needs. The front desk staff is nice and helpful.

I had a great Hydrafacial here. Madeline, my esthetician, was so nice and welcoming. She walked me through every step of what was going to happen and answered any questions I had. We hit it off well, and it made getting a facial fun while also relaxing. This was my first time using this company and I didn't know that each location is family owned and operated. South Charlotte was really nice and I would highly recommend this location. I hope to be back soon for more self-care services!

Was gifted a 60 minute massage here and boy am I grateful for that! I’ve always had a tense lower and upper back and never really felt at ease. But after getting the deep tissue massage I can walk and feel pure silk all over my back! Was constantly asked if I was comfortable and wanted any change, incredibly sweet and reliable 🥰

I cannot say enough about this place. I would give it 10 stars if I could! I have gotten a facial and 2 massages here. However I have had facials and massages elsewhere but they do not compare to La Vida! I would recommend both the facial and the massages. Madeline completed my facial and she was very knowledgeable about the skin and recommending products without being pushy. She seemed very genuine and my skin was glowing when it was completed. I have had 2 massages here and both have been wonderful but I would highly recommend Janeane. She was fabulous! The pressure was amazing and will book with only her moving forward. The environment is clean and the receptionist, Emily does a great job of sharing promotions. Their gift card specials are great. The prices are reasonable and have already booked another appointment to go back!

Paula is amazing!!! Every 2 weeks I get an amazing medical and deep tissue massage! Paula listens to what is hurting and customizes the massage for what you need! I’ve been going to Paula for over a year and I am so happy with my decision to do so!

Recently booked a massage with Morgan & she was wonderful!! I added the CBD oil to enhance my massage. Definitely worth it! It helped keep my body/muscles relaxed during & after the massage. It had a nice smell to it, nothing too strong, almost a hint of eucalyptus. It comes in a small container, but I still had quite a bit left to take home with me & used the following day to help with any soreness. I still am using it to help with various pains and it is so helpful. If you're thinking about trying it, you should at least try it once!
