I stopped in when it first came and the decor is beautiful everyone was nice, they offered refreshments, Hidden did my mani and pedi nice job this is my Nail Salon from now on!!!

Came in early on a Saturday without an appointment and was seated right away. Everyone took their time and was so nice. The atmosphere is upscale and everything was very clean. He nailed (no pun intended) the design I wanted. Love it here and will definitely be back.

I had a wonderful experience here! I got all that you see in the pictures for only $50! I have been charged much more at other salons for much less work. This was a great deal for such amazing quality! I had Rose do my nails and I would highly recommend going to her. I will definitely be back!

I visited Lavie for a leg wax and gel pedicure while in town visiting family. The staff were charming and professional. My leg wax attendant was incredibly thorough and even patient as I double-checked for any stray hairs. After such a great experience, I decided to get a gel pedicure, and the team was very accommodating, making sure my freshly waxed legs were comfortable during the scrub and pedicure. They even provided snacks and drinks, attending to every detail. I’ll definitely return next time I’m in town!

1st and last time visiting. Was the 1st one there on a Tuesday morning, but I waited 30 minutes for someone to start on my pedicure while other people came in and attended to right away. The girl that finally arrived to work came to do me and was scrubbing the sides of my feet so hard it started bleeding. She acted like nothing happened and kept going while I was sitting there bleeding, so I called a "manager" over and she gave her some antiseptic and a bandaid lol. She offered me 20% off my services, however they have a promotion that everything is 15% off until the end of the month. So, an extra 5% off, for a sore foot, that stings whenever I rub against it with anything including water from the shower.

I have visit this location 2 times, Tracy was my nail tech and I love how she does my nails down to the nail shape and hand massage afterwards. They make you feel very comfortable as well as serve you a drink and a snack. I will definitely continue to visit this location when I am in the Columbia area.

The place and the staff are beautiful!!!! They were very intentional on understanding what I wanted out of my service and executed it very well. So happy to have a full service nail spa on farrow rd!!! Finally!!! They offer every service you could think of a nail spa having!

This is my first visit and it was absolutely amazing.. The lady took her time and made sure I was happy with my nails. They came out perfect. My pedicure had me so relaxed I was falling asleep. I came in and everyone was so kind, accommodating, and friendly. I definitely found my new nail shop.

i came in to get a pedicure with acrylic on the big toes, the next day i went to work and the toenail was too long so i called to ask if it can be fixed, i was told to come in so they can look at it. it was fixed and i got some fresh gel polish put on. once i left the shop i noticed air bubbles on my toes that were just fixed. i called again to ask for a refund because i didn’t want to have to keep getting my toes fixed. someone over the phone told me to come in the next day to get my refund and to get the toe fixed again. i went in today and it was fixed but once it was time to do my refund the cashier told me the owner said we can give you a free pedicure, but we cannot refund you, after I was already told that I can get one. I told the cashier whoever I spoke to told me that I can come get a refund and to come get my toe fixed, the cashier proceeded to tell me no and I repeated that I spoke with someone over the phone prior to coming to the salon and they told me that I can get a refund the cashier then told me “I don’t know I’m just the cashier” so I asked well can you get somebody that’s not a cashier. two more ladies came from the back of the salon to speak to me. They asked me how much did I pay, I told them the amount and they told me do I have proof? one of the ladies told me they can give me cash back, but the refund will not be processed on my card. I said OK that was fine, and she then gave me my money back. I will not recommend this shop, due to the customer service and the miscommunication with the consumer.

Absolutely 💯 Tracy and Adam took great care in our nails 💅 ❤️. There are no imperfections when they finished with our nails. They frequently ask if we needed a drink and how we were liking the manicure as they worked. 💯 now my go to salon.

I had a wonderful first experience. I purchased the Diamond Pedicure and Adam was my Tech. It was marvelous. I feel in love. I'm so glad to find a place close to hone. I will be back.

Nice and clean environment. Michael was the first point of contact to get me to Adam, who did a phenomenal job on my toes ! Everyone there was very nice too. Definitely will be coming back !

The atmosphere is absolutely beautiful and relaxing. The staff is very accommodating and user friendly. The prices are good. My nails and feet not only look good, but feel great. You must come in and treat yourself to luxury, cleanliness, and just pure enjoyment.

To be frank, I just paid $29 for quality I could have done myself at home. The tech did not seem to understand what round nails meant. He cut several way to short then tried to "fix it" resulting in varying lengths and shapes. Luckily I opted for clear nails or it would be very obvious. The tech seemed to be new as their hands were shaking at times. They also used the electric grinder on my natural nails resulting in 2 of my nails being rough and flaky. I will give this place one more shot since they did just open but be forwarded, you do get what you pay for..

Very clean and quiet. They were all very accommodating and nice. I think if they keep up these accommodations it will be a pleasant place to keep going to! And I live so close so it’s perfect. I really enjoyed my time here and will be back!

We are all human and people have their good days and bad days. It’s not an excuse because it shouldn’t be reflected at your place of work. This is my second time coming, and I really love the atmosphere. Everyone seems to be very kind. Michael, the person at the front desk, offers suggestions when I’m not sure of exactly what I want. Tracy did my lashes and I really like them! PLUS 30% off for the remainder of the month‼️
