This was my first time visiting Augelle for the Loc experience. The services I got was Loc detox, shampoo and conditioner, and style. Everything went well and I love my style. It is so cute and neat! I am glad I chose to go to her. She is professional and very nice. From the moment I walked in and throughout my experience was a top 10. I rate her for cleanliness, professionalism, Loc literacy & down to earth vibes.

The services I receive are always on point and very professional. The atmosphere is peaceful and place of business is very clean. Love Aungelle and her professionalism. This is my loctician for life. I Love how Aungelle doesn’t have clients all upon each other, when one is leaving out one is coming in. Her punctuality is always good.

I be so excited at that 4 week part! When I walk in Lavish Hair Gallery I know I’m going to walk out feeling like a new woman! I’m loving the loc process. It’s teaching me patience because I started with instant locs the first time. My favorite part about my appointments are the washes though! I be feeling like I’m in Heaven! And of course it’s then the retwist and style. It be the chair turn around for me everytime! Aungelle is the best!!!!!!

I wish I could give a 0 but please save your money!!! I was there two hours additional due to poor time management on her end and I arrived 15 mins early! She sat me under the dryer for 2 hrs while she twisted and styled someone else hair. During the retwist process she knew I had a triangle pattern and decided to turn them into squares, I’m still livid about that!! She broke my hair off and compromised the integrity of my locs so I had to go to somebody else so they could crochet my locs to strengthen my root. I drove quite far to come here just to have the worst experience of my life!!! If you care even remotely about your hair RUN!!

My experience is always Great! Aungelle provides top notch service, in a professional environment. I love to go in a shop and fully trust my Loctician. I never have to worry about my color, or the style, I sit and enjoy my self-care day knowing that when I leave I will have the Lavish look. I am absolutely obsessed with my hair! I did a full head custom color. A magenta and Plum color. She asked me if I was nervous but I told her I wasn’t at all and that I trusted her. And yes ma’am! She showed out! The vibe in the shop is chill. It was so peaceful, I even fell asleep at the bowl while processing. After processing, and seeing the color, she realized it was brighter than what she wanted, so we did a second round and made it a couple shades darker and it was perfect. She even blended color at the ends to make it transition. After 8 hours of her hard work, I am in Awe with my hair. I’ve never done a color like this before and I was a little intimidated but the next day, I felt like the baddest alive! Okay! 10/10 I Reccommend!

Where do I begin, Aungelle at Lavish Hair Gallery is absolutely amazing! I enjoyed every moment of the Lavish Hair experience. I live in New Orleans and I drove to Baton Rouge based on a recommendation from my god daughter. I was I'm search of a loctician that focuses on healthy hair and who could actually style. I was willing to drive to Atl because I couldn't find a loctician. My original loctician is about to go on maternity leave and I needed a reliable replacement asap. When I first walked in the Lavish Hair Gallery I was greeted with a professional smile and hello. The decor, setting and vibe was amazing. Not to mention my hair looked amazing. I wad super excited, twirling around the shop and dancing because of how great my hair looked. It was a huge boost of confidence and I needed this experience.
