This is my 4th time coming to this nail salon. Normally I get my nails done by T, I took my daughter for a color change on her toes. They did amazing and she loved them.

The nail salon is nice, the massage chairs work, the music is a good selection as well! I also Love Kelly's work and her artistry, is is super creative, talented and skilled

This was my first time trying this place I can promise you this won’t be my last. I was a walk in with a pretty tricky reference picture of what I wanted and when I say the young man who did my set ATE DOWN. I’m so mad at myself for not getting his name before I left but he has not seen the last of me in the best way possible lol. Super attentive place, they take their time, offer you a drink, and the prices are the cheapest I’ve paid in a long time. Would definitely recommend!!!

Lavish Nails is the cleanest salon I've been to in the Jacksonville area. I've been coming here for more than 2 years. Kate is amazing and she always does my nails. I highly recommend her and the salon!

My aunt and I went to this place because it was recommended. My aunt had an OK experience. The gentleman that did her nails did a beautiful job. me on the other hand had the worst experience would not recommend would not go back and we paid big money and tipped very well even though my services were pitiful to the least! I got a pedicure. I paid the third one down second to the last highest pedicure. I asked if she could do my two big toes I get flower design on. She did not speak English because the other lady had to repeat everything I was saying. For starters I did not get to pick out my own color I told her I want to read. I thought they were going to bring something to pick out what I wanted instead she picked out what she wanted. She was doing my pedicure. She filed my toenails. She just clipped them and was done. She was ready to put the flower on. She was making this big gaudy Daisy not even close to what I had on my toe or the picture I showed her. I said I only put white flower. She comes back with yellow and white you will not use yellow I said only white. Needless to say she started the design it was horrific. I told her take it right off. I won’t even get a design so it’s obvious I was placed with somebody who just didn’t have a clue had to do a pedicure. When we were checking out, my aunt told the lady at the desk look how rough my toes look they weren’t even smooth. Polished was not even smooth. You could see all the roughness I don’t know if the polish was old. I know it was pretty empty. we tried to say how dissatisfied we were. They could care less they didn’t offer a redo. They didn’t offer someone else to do my design. They didn’t offer Discount. I will never recommend this place.

These Asian people that own lavish nail shops should be ashamed of themselves for their super super high prices. I have never paid $50 plus it would probably turn out to be more when I got done to get a set of cheap acrylic nails put on my original fingernails that is ridiculous when they always were $35 at the most everywhere else, I would not recommend lavish as I looked at the reviews and saw that they do terrible work and our price gouger.

They charged me $53 just to change my finger nail color and to add a little strip of leaves to 2 nails. If they were going to charge mani prices they should have given me a mani.

My absolute favorite nail spa. The techs. Are so friendly and kind. They do an amazing job whether you are getting nails done or have an ingrown toenail. I always leave feeling amazing, skin and polish looking flawless. Their hours are perfect for people with a busy work life. I also love that they are next to planet fitness. So after a great workout, you stop for a luxury self care. Can’t beat feeling and looking good and enjoying amazing people in the process.

I paid AND left a tip to be polite, but I am really, really disappointed. These nails are embarrassing--not lavish. I stayed for 2 hrs/paid $111 for a set of chicklets on my fingers. I am taking these off as soon as I get home.

I would not recommend this nail salon. The front desk ladies are nice but the woman who was doing my nails was not very nice. I had a reference picture and she seemed inconvenienced that I wanted a design. They don’t look anything like the picture, and kept commenting that the gel won’t last long at all and will peel in a few days. She kept mentioning my nails were too short yet went and cut them even shorter before continuing to do my nails, and got annoyed when I asked her to round the corners. I wanted almond shape like my inspiration picture yet she squared then. She told me no to rounding them when I asked because I “came in with too short of nails” (even though I got home and filed them super easily, they were not too short to round at all…) I got quiet because I was frustrated, I rarely speak up for myself in these situations, and then she said “well, don’t be mad”… When my friend came over to get her nails done by her as well (she also doesn’t love her nails and has a bunch of bumps in them/crooked nails), she started laughing and told my friend that I requested I rounded edges when I came in with short nails, as if my request was funny to her. It was just a super weird situation. Not to mention I am bleeding on 3 of my nails because she was so rough. I will not be returning. She knew I was unhappy with my nails yet still charged me full price. I could go back and have them fixed but I would prefer not to risk getting the same girl to redo them.

Sloppy, rushed pedicure. Would not recommend. You’re seeing a lot of 5 star reviews because they offer $5 off your service if you leave a good review.
