worst experience ever,this girl was doing me and another lady at the same time and it took one hour trying to remove my gel polish,i was just standing there and I left the shop with my nails not even finished and also paid for that horrible service,never going back!

Call and ask if they can do a pedi and full-set, and THE OWNER said yes. I got there and asked to see pictures. While on her phone, she attempted to show me two pictures. She then walks outside. She came back in, and I showed her what I wanted. She goes to say she can do my nails because I took too long to tell her what I wanted, and I need a soak off it will take too long😞 I will never visit that DRY nail and so-called Spa again!!!!! Your reply was very unprofessional! Seems to me you skipped business school! That's the nail and spa that I being going to of two years. There was no one there to do my nails becaues they were at a wedding. 🤣 I gave yall a try because I wanted to try out BOB! SO I DONT CHAIR HOP. Try again😀 Toddles🤣

I was maybe 10 minutes early for a last minute mani-pedi appointment . Only one employee in the shop. She pointed me to a chair and went back to the client she was working on. Not a “hello” or “will be with you shortly “…. Nothing. I sat for 10 minute with NO communication… so got up and left.

Very nice technicians with high-quality work. I had a mani-pedi with an overlay and gel polish. My 8 yo son had a kid mani-pedi and said he enjoyed it. His technician was very kid-friendly and conversational with him.

I was just in town for a formal wedding this weekend and of course broke my nail the night before. I called in a panic and the owner took time out of her booked day to fix my nail. Her salon is lovely and she was so nice to me and recommended things to do in the area. she also made my nail match identically, you can’t even tell it’s the one I broke!

Kindness exists in so many ways. The owner was so sweet to offera last min time before closing when she had no idea how bad of a day I had. Its so cute in here too! So fancy and vipish, the wine she picked was perfect. She did such a great job on my nails and my feet!

I met Terra Hayes for my first pedicure and first visit to Lavish, and she was terrific. She is very thorough, attentive, kind, professional, and just great at what she does. It turns out that she has almost two decades of experience, and it shows in her work. The salon itself is super comfy and nice, and I LOVED the built-in foot soaking tubs! Would definitely recommend Terra and Lavish Salon.

Don’t question it… just book her! Crys is hands down one of the best artists I’ve been blessed to meet. Her customer service is beyond compare and her talent is unmatched! I was in town from Miami visiting family and was excited when I found a Black Owned and operated salon… she definitely did not disappoint. Her space is beautiful, clean, and so luxurious while still being very affordable! I even went out the next night and broke two nails while drunk(no fault of hers… I was having way too much fun!🤣) I messaged Crys on IG and she instantly got me in to fix them. Not only that, she didn’t even charge me and I told her it was my fault they broke! AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!! I will definitely be back every time I’m in town!

I had a regular manicure and it came out very great! My nail tech was very friendly and I enjoyed talking to her 💗 The interior design of the salon is very cute, with accents of pinks, golds and rose golds Thank you! Will be coming back

This lady charged me 130 for some polish on my toes….,I could have did my self and a full set that she clearly seen was trash because she piled the matte top coat on top of each nail to cover all the dents from uneven acrylic. When she just could have went back and correctly provided service. Wow,, if you need money that bad that you will sit and practice on people and then have the nerve to over charge for HORRIBLE work. Wow just wow

2+ hours waiting, bad service overall, they keep talking to each other and forget about the client. 3 days later and one of my nails is already gone and my pedicure is falling apart. I don’t recommend this business.

Beautiful salon in south St. Louis! It’s so stylish and unique inside. The staff is inviting and friendly. My technician Jlo was very kind and nice to talk to. It’s refreshing to go to a salon where they talk TO you while you’re being serviced instead of ABOUT you. I felt so relaxed during and after my pedicure. I will definitely be back ASAP! :)

HORRIBLE first experience. I tried to be proactive and call and book my appointment ahead of time. I walked in, she acted like she didn’t remember speaking to me over the phone or the appointment I made. She then proceeded to say “oh yeah” I do see you here, I wrote it down on the wrong day. Told me to have a seat and proceeded to say it would be a “few minutes” but she was no where near done with the person in front of me and didn’t really seem to care that it was an inconvenience for me. I won’t be going back.

I went the other day and got a pedicure for $60 and the young lady that was doing my feet was on her phone and I don’t even think she a license tech… So unprofessional I try to ask for my money back because I felt that she didn’t treat my feet well but I wasn’t going argue back n forth… The owner don’t have no worker and she set everybody appointment at the same time and u just going be sitting there waiting into she done… it a waste of money Fr…

Matte black- The nails turned out chunky/botchy. After having almost been there almost 2 hours because removing prior dip nails took a long time, I couldn't afford to spend more time there to see if they could fix it. Will not be going back.

The first time I took my mom here the ladies were all so wonderful, helpful and accommodating. They helped us get my moms oxygen in a comfortable place for her to receive services. They were patient, and kind. I am now a regular. I either come by myself or bring my whole crew for a ladies spa day! B Krys and her staff at amazing. Bri is awesome too. She did my nails while Krys did my moms nails. I recommend this shop to everyone!!! Beat nail experience I’ve ever had
