I’ve been to this salon twice now and both times I’ve left very happy! Today was my second visit and Ann did my nails. I showed her a picture and she did it! Very happy, very impressed! I think I have found my new favorite nail salon. The picture on the right is what I asked for and the one on the right is what I got. So happy!!!

I came in for a pedicure. Lisa did my pedicure. She was very kind and sweet. She listened to my requests. She did an amazing job. I paid for an extra 15 mins of massage and it was heavenly. I feel so relaxed and refreshed after this experience. Thank you Lisa!!

I asked for a fill. When we were 2 nails in, I could see it wasn’t the same color. When I pointed out the obvious line between the two colors, I was told it could be fixed when we were done and the rest of my nails were done the same way. But of course, it could not be fixed and someone else came over to explain that they’re two different colors. I said “I know. I don’t understand why we didn’t stop after I said something and continued to do all 10 nails.” They said the only thing that could be done was painting over it. It’s hideous and I was still charged $70. These are genuinely the worst nails I’ve ever had with bad cuticles, color and no care for what the customer asked for.

Nails chipped and broke 2 days after getting them done, went to get them fixed they charged me $20 and they turned out awful once again so thick and bubbly like. Got glue and base coat all over my fingers didn’t clean them off. Will not be going back .

This place was horrible, the people dont wanna give u your money back i had to beg for my money back my nails looked like a tigers nails and they were horendous i will never go back , watch out cause my experience was bad i didnt listen to the reviews and this is what happened.

Worst nails I have ever received. The right picture is what I asked for and I left with the left picture. I even explained that if they could not do my nails like this, I would just do a basic color but she insisted that she could do them. Halfway in I realized that I was not liking them and I asked if she could please just do one solid color instead. She asked me why… I said because they aren’t the way I want them… She Said no, because it would look too thick at this point. I understand that mistakes happen and that some designs are too difficult, but it was the fact that she would not even fix them for me and had an attitude about me, not liking them. Never coming back here again!

Great experience here today getting manicure and pedicure. I got the deluxe pedicure $45 and it was amazing. Nice long massage and hot stone. Very friendly staff

I'll start by saying I'm going to give them another chance because I so want to love this place. The overall vibe, set up and cleanliness is super inviting. Before I get to the reason why I'm giving them 3 stars I'll start with what I really liked. The pedicure was amazing, the massage was A1 and the person doing it took her time, which is a major plus. Now when it came to my gel manicure that's where it went awry. The soak off/drill of the gel nails was easy but the lady was way too heavy handed with the cuticle nipper and took a decent chunk from my thumb cuticle...cue the blood. She tried to use antiseptic and glue but it was bad. Again I'm going to give them another chance, I know it was an accident so we'll see. Decently priced and in a good location.

I paid $170.00 for a pedicure and dipping manicure and the nails chip in 2 fingers in less than 2 days. Not worth my money going here ever again.

Great service and great atmosphere! Love the conversation an music as well. I always get exactly what I ask for when I come here. My favorite salon in Jacksonville. Update 02/09/24: This place is so amazing! My baby shower is in two days an I asked for something specific and they gave it to me for free! The atmosphere is always nice and warm and the music is still the best!

5 of us went in for pedicures, different people completed the services. Out of all 5 pedicures they did not shape the nails, nor cleaned the nails before prepping to be painted, nor the cuticles. The finished product for all of ours looked as if we did them at home definitely not salon quality. Several toes are lacking full coverage polish. They were going to let us go with one set completely dreadful, missing polish in spots and thick in other spots and still wet. When asked for a refund for that one pedicure because it was so poorly done, (her nails where uneven and looked like they painted her feet with out prepping them at all) they would not refund only kept saying they would correct the polish job. When stated that the pedicure would need to be completely redone, specifically stated the nails needed to be shaped and prepped better, they said they would. They did not do any of those things, all they did was put gel polish on so it would dry quickly. Completely a waste of money I would not recommend.

Did not love my experience here. I was switched around in different seats 3 times. Felt like I was playing musical chairs. Then I was finally getting my nails done and I wanted ombré and it looked nothing like ombré. When it was done and I left I notice small little hairs in between the clear coat and the nail on at least 3 nails. And there was nail polish on the tips of my fingers. Overall I will not be coming back here. Very upsetting.

I came here to get a basic manicure and pedicure. They charged $75. They didn’t shape my nails or toes.They only cut my cuticles and put polish on. I asked if they could fix the shape of my nails and they said no. I wouldn’t waste your money here!

This place is absolutely terrible, I asked for a liquid gel black French tip. On the picture is the finished product. Skin under my nails looks like I was digging a pile of dirt. Black nail polish is all over my fingers. The tip was smothered and uneven. NGL started peeling off on the bottom literally on the third day! Do not waste your money go elsewhere

Amazingly priced in my opinion. A little understaffed so I had a longer soak but was in no rush, nice light foot massage for $15/15min. Heated rocks was a nice touch
