I love getting my eyebrow threading, eyebrow tint, facial and upper lip waxing here. The ladies are both so nice and 10/10 customer service.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have a week before I get married and go to my appointment that I had for over a week and the OWNER wasn't there and didn't call me. Panic #1, #2 I settled for these glue eye lashes. When I say I could do a better job buying Halloween eye lashes at Walmart. They were so thick, fake and shiny, looked absolutely horrific. I looked like a clown. Trust your gut and don't settle, I 100% wouldn't trust these people.

I came in for a brow lamination and I was hoping to get an eyebrow tint after. Maybe I should’ve walked out as soon as I walked in because I saw the person before me get a botched eyebrow tint. Nevertheless, I decided to be optimistic and give the lady a chance to laminate my eyebrows. I ended up looking like the grinch and I told her from the beginning that I wanted her to shape my eyebrows with the lamination (not just leave all the hairs facing up and call it a day). She FaceTimed her boss and she kept trying to convince me that they were perfect and all I needed was to add another service of brow tinting. Respectfully if she thought that was “perfect” I don’t trust her opinion. I didn’t need blocky eyebrows in addition to this. In the end, I paid full price but it felt like I just gifted them $70 to have fun on my face or stay busy in an empty shop. Minimum I think a discount would’ve been nice. Lack of detail and lack of attentiveness to the customer. Hate when people don’t have pride in their work.

I don’t recommend this place. They just mess up me and my daughter’s eye brows. So so disappointing. They didn’t even apologize. No vengan a este lugar. No hacen buen trabajo. Muy caro y nada profesionales

This place have best customer service . People work here are very professional and gives good treatment. Workmanship is best part and they do work on you best compare to any close by places . Going to this place from last 2 years and they keep up good standards . People are soft spoken , respectful and know very well all services . My friends also love this place like crazy . I went in for the first time to do lip and chin wax and omg I came back with little bumps on all over the area, burns on my upper lips. And the next day I woke up with painful acnes around the mouth area. She (the lady from Nepal, cuz I forgot her name) was threading so hard for the little hairs that I felt stinging sensations during the session. Also, There is no privacy for waxing. Anybody can see from the outside. waiting area and waxing area is the same in open space. Be cautious. And don’t waste time and your precious face. I couldn’t even attach the photos cuz it is looking so bad.

Lash extensions no good, very itchy. It depends on the person there for eyebrows. I would not recommend, too inconsistent. Deez threading salon better and consistent

Y’all I wanna cry. I’m just gonna say stick to the person who knows how to do your eyebrows. Minu was busy so I had another lady do my brows and they look the same from when I came in, she left one side uneven. Ugh I can’t believe I even paid… she didn’t even trim them, I had to let her know to do it………

i got my individuals done about two weeks ago? and they weren’t full, and they itched really bad. the next day i called and asked if i could have a refund and get them removed but they said they couldn’t give me my $40 back or give me a service in return since they weren’t to my liking . the lashes are literally stuck to my eye lid instead of under my eyes. i used to come here all the time but i will not be returning. refunds should be available if a customer is a allergic or isn’t happy with their lashes . the lady told me i couldn’t have my money back because “ they took their time “ . this customer wasn’t happy .
