I went in for my first ever refill in my life and just not what I expected, I was hoping to build the acrylic back up since I work with my hands a lot, but instead Kevin tore up my nails and finger and proceeded to charge me 45$ for this mess, he just put shalauq on it and called it a day

I Went to this place because I got a gift card for my birthday. The place was nice but the day after my pedi, had to come back for a chipped part of the polish. Has been a week since I went there and now my gel manicure is peeling off! Very disappointed

Lavo was recommended to me when I went to see a podiatrist. She recommended Lavo I loved Lavo! I am 63. I used to do my own nails regularly but now my hands aren’t steady and my eyesight isn’t the best. Getting a mani/pedi is my guilty pleasure. I trusted all the nail techs Jane did some designs on my nails that I enjoyed. I took my granddaughters to Lavo when they visited. I got a mani/pedi every two weeks. I get a French jel mani. I love French manicures. One of my visits I heard Jane say “ I was stupid and the Fourth of July was a month away” when I asked for a star design for the July 4th holiday You just never know who can understand what you are saying I continued to visit Lavo but quit asking specifically for Jane Last time Jane was assigned as my nail tech. She did a gel mani and she filed the top of my nails until they are so thin they are peeling off. I have neuropathy in my hands so they don’t really hurt much My $173 mani/pedi didn’t last a week I went back to Lavo one more time to have the little bit of gel left on my nails removed and got regular polish. It lasted about a day. I am slowly nursing my nails back to health. I don’t think I can ever go back to Lavo 😞 10/2. I’m about a month out now. My nails pulled away from the mail bed. All I can do is keep them very short and wait for them to heal It will be awhile before I could go back to Lavo 10/6. Nails are still peals. Let the healing continue

This place is awesome! Starting at the front desk with Kalyn, she is sweet, kind and she will help you with anything you need. I love to see the nails colors she wears because sometimes that helps my decision of which color should I choose. Janie and Lily for mani and pedi they are just the best! They take care of every detail. They do perform an excellent job! The place is clean, organized and well maintenance. The nail products they use are non toxic and they have trending colors! My fav spot in Katy!

Omg! What a gem, and to think I didn't know of it all these years.... gosh! I love this nail salon. Everyone here is so lovely and kind, right from the super sweet receptionist, to the ladies doing your nails. All in all, an amazing experience. They've just earned a customer for life 😀

Really pretty place but if you want to be serviced go elsewhere. I went in for a fill unaware that this establishment didn’t do acrylic, cool that’s on me. But I let them know I was okay with removing my current set and just getting a manicure. I was still told no and that they don’t do acrylics period which I got. My nails were hanging on for dear life (3 were already off), so it was nothing for me to remove them myself. I was still turned away and told to go somewhere else. Very unaccommodating and unwilling to listen to what patrons are saying.

Great service , everything is super clean and calming. Stelle did my pedicure and she was so gentle and careful it felt great. Ivy did my manicure and also did an amazing job delicately and carefully. Will definitely come back :)

My favorite nail place in Katy/Fulshear. They treat you like family! Great services! I love how the pixie dust Esso brand stays on my nails. As a teacher I am super hard on them! Super great with kids too!

I cannot say enough good things about this salon, staff and owner. They do a exceptional job in their response and compliance with the COVID recommendations and even before the COVID apocalypse they are the cleanest nail salon I have ever stepped into. I rave about this because I am a healthcare professional and take this deeply into consideration when I choose a business to frequent and endorse. The staff are always attentive, friendly and efficient. My daughter and I enjoy the conversation with them which makes us feel like we are visiting with family and not just another number in their busy day. I love that the owner not only personally replies and coordinates me into the schedule, even when I tend to be a last minute requester, but when she is on site she takes the time to also make you feel like family. This is a unique place and quality in this business and owner that I find lacking or down right absent in business's today. I also love that they use quality products and it doesn't smell like a chemical factory when you visit. Ms. Martin, the owner, has gone the extra mile to thoughtfully plan and execute this value while still staying competitive in the cost and value we receive. Keep up the extraordinary work Ms. Martine and Lavo staff as you are truly a small business that the big business's should take notes from. I have nothing but great things to say about the services I received and the amazing staff that worked together to pamper me and my mom! Victoria, was at the front desk and greeted us as soon as we walked through the door with a huge smile. I loved her bubbly attitude! We were there for manicures and pedicures to prep for my wedding day. Victoria even helped me to pick the perfect color for my Big day. The ladies were all so sweet and knowledgeable. I don't get my nails done often and they guided me through everything to keep my natural nails healthy, yet gorgeous! They even have me and my mom special goodies for our wedding Whitworth labled"Bride" and "Mother of the Bride". I HIGHLY recommend Lavo Natural Nails!

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at LAVO nails yesterday. The salon is immaculate, quiet like a spa (unlike most noisy nail salons), excellent technicians, and quality products. I felt very relaxed and comfortable during my pedicure and would highly recommend.
