I had a gel mani/Pedi done by Lisa and she did an absolutely amazing job. I was taken back right when I got there. She did a great job with the color, time, and was super polite. Prices were extremely reasonable. I did make an appointment, but there were some walk-ins that were taken immediately when I was there.

I’ve been going for years. Lately when I go my service is rushed, the young tall guy does not leave my feet feeling refreshed and the stone is never even warm. This last time I asked not to have him, one of the ladies did the whole service. She was rushing against the clock as I was last one left in salon on a Saturday, I was there 2 hours before closing time. I went to get my nails done for my Disney trip. Well, a nail broke off each day without any pain. Just breaking off with the tip. She struggled with the glue that day and was rushing. I tip MINIMUN $15 per person who works on me. After this, I will NOT go back. I expect good service while I am there and after I leave to have my nails last for a couple weeks, Not for a nail to break off each day without me even noticing, not cool.

The salon had a tech that does liquid gel, which is hard to find. Tom took his time and was very precise with his work. I'll continue to go here as a new resident to Raleigh!

They are very nice but unfortunately I had a bad experience. I had a guy do my toes and didn't paint the whole nail. I asked for another nail tech and they gave me one. However she was busy on her phone and did not give me the service I paid for. Chipped toe nail and still not fully painted as you can see in this picture. I came in and agreed to fix it for me but I can tell they where insulting me because she spoke in her language and laughed at me. How rude.

This is the best salon in Raleigh. I can say this with confidence—I’ve lived here 12 years and have been everywhere. The level of attention to detail and the effort goes above and beyond. They always find a spot for me, always take their time, and make me feel comfortable. The end product is wonderful. I’ve come in with some nasty post-SCUBA or post-camping feet and I’ve left feeling renewed and refreshed. No rush, no packed in generic feeling. This is the real deal. I’ll call out Jenny in this review because she inspired me to write this! Thank you for your wonderful, clean, friendly business.

Leena and the rest of the staff are so nice,& do great work!!!! I had an ingrown toenail,& Leena got it taken care of within seconds and I didn't even feel it!!

I got my nails done on Friday Afternoon, by Monday morning i have one nail my gel polish is just about completely off. I received a Gel overlay on my nails , eyebrows & gel polish on my feet for all of $78. The shape at first i loved, but now that i look back the shape can be a lot better on my nails . A different lady did my feet and did an AMAZING job. No complaints at all. I would only go back for my feet, nothing else. However very clean.

Jenny is the BEST! Have loved my nails more than ever before! Highly recommend. Also felt totally safe with great precautions being made by the staff. Everyone wearing masks and plexi glass dividers. Excellent!

I have been to this shop twice ,only one lady has worked on my feet and I'm satisfied with her work,,,, but keep your eyes wide open to make sure that the tools used on your hands and feet are sterilize ,, because while I waited I watched how the workers were re using the same tools between customers ,, I watched what mine was going to use and she did not get sterilize tools ,I told her I want clean sterile tools for my feet ,I don't think she like it too much but she went and got one ,,it was bagged and I'm hoping sterile,,, an infection , fungus from a salon cut be and will be very dangerous and hard to treat. Open your eyes ladies ,,it happens everywhere , watch to see for yourselves

The ladies here are so nice. Great service, gentle grooming and massage. Very considerate!! They fixed my nails after a smudge without hesitation or wait. Highly recommend.

This place is amazing! I have had Hoan do my nails since 2011 and won't go to anyone else. She takes her time, does great work, super humble and an excellent person. I am never disappointed when I leave the salon. If you come to this place you will not be disappointed and may have a new nail technician for the next decade just as I have. I also started doing my eyebrows at the salon and the experience was amazing. Planning to do it again! Do yourself a favor and stop in!

Usually they are the best but the last 2 times I’ve been they have started to slack !! I normally go every two weeks for a mani pedi and lately my nails have been getting worse and worse! I went back after being gone for about 20 minutes and my nails messed up so I went back and they had an attitude with me about it like I did something wrong! Very clean place but rude staff will never go again
