Very rough when doing prep work. The last 3 times I was in my nail tech cut me 3 or more times and denied they did so even when I pointed out the blood coming from my skin. Used to be much cleaner and have more professional technicians.

They are rude and unprofessional talking about customers right beside them and making videos of customers while the other nail tech is doing the customers nails. If you are running a business you should be more professional. This used to be a great nail salon and has went down hill with lack of good customer service skills. They are rough on your hands as well with cutting you when filing your nails.

I absolutely love getting my nails done here! Susan, my favorite nail tech, always does an incredible job—every single time. She’s so patient, attentive, and truly considerate. The entire staff is amazing, making each visit a wonderful experience.

I been there a couple times since i travel in CO. My friend recommended this nail shop. Kim did nail for me, i like her because she was the good nail technique. The shop is clean and tidy. I recommend this place

We love this shop bc it has the dog whose name Novia and she rll friendly for who loves pet. For me, foot massages was rll relaxing and comfortable and Kim was nice too.

Kim and Susan is very polite, understanding and do amazing nails. I have severe in grown toenails and they are so gentle when removing. I highly recommend this place. Prices are very reasonable. Many colors of nail polishes to choose from. You won’t regret visiting this place. I promise you!

One my favorite nail places just never had no one leave out my pinkie toe out at any nail salon I’ve gone to so it feels just incomplete to me. Even just a gloss if they couldn’t do the line so it doesn’t look not there would’ve been nice. Just looks not the best without it being done. And payed extra 20 for gel French tips and tips are so skinny

First time here and I came in as a first client of a Saturday to do waxing manicure, and pedicure. I was surprised it took 4 hours. I was ok until the next day now I have a scar on my chin and my big toes are sore. I went to the store to get neosporin and called the place to let them know to just be told she didn't burn me and just keep putting neosporin. Nice people and clean place. Great manicure and good pedicure. Update -2 days later both my big toes have an infection. I never in my life had infection during a pedicure. 3 star to a one star. I'll stick with JCNails.

If I could rate them as 0 I would they had my nails full of bubbles and super thick and when I ask for my refund. After paying 80 dollars, she would only give me 50 back.

I’m still in shock, I went here today because my normal nail place was booked,,with my daughter,.I asked for pink and white ombré. The lady Susan was the one to be doing my nails.. ! I was telling her what I wanted my nails to look like, she said ok. I asked a few questions about the nails she chose to glue on because I wanted coffin shaped nails and she put on wide curved nails. When I asked about that she was super offended or something,, started talking in her language to the old lady. Old lady came over and said the pink powder for pink and white would not work ???? So i said what will work? She said they only know how to do nude and white ombré “,and if you don’t like you can go somewhere else,,”Susan said “ just let me do my job” you talk like I don’t know how to do my job..” Mind you,, I was excited to get mine and my daughters nails done. I was completely friendly, Even tried to small talk, when I started questioning my shape ( which I’m supposed to tell them how I would like my nails right?) seriously what just happened. I’ve never been in a situation like this, ever. I left there with SQUARE wide and SUPER thick acrylic. And again , they said I could only get nude and white. Even though I had pink powder I already picked out. The worst nail shop situation I’ve had. I’m in shock because i don’t even know where the attitude and rudeness came from?? Maybe it’s the was I look because I’m brown. It was out of left field. Don’t ask questions or tell them how you would like your nails! I would have just left but all my tips were glued on and the white part of my acrylic was on. I should have known when I saw other reviews on here. They also charged me extra upon leaving. When I questioned that the said it was because I kept my nails long.. what?? I hope this review helps some of you to decide where not to do nails at.

I’ve been going to this shop for over a year and they have great service and it’s clean! Kim, Diane and Susan all do excellent work! They have great prices and are very efficient in getting work done timely.

Rude staff. Dirty establishment. Very unprofessional. They spoke in their language the entire time I was there.All nail supplies were used .I asked her if she could use new stuff. She said why should I. No TIP..Never go there again.. Prices are ridiculously too high.

You need to book an appointment with Susan for all services. I’ve been a loyal customer for past 2 years now, and I can’t seem to find a better place to do my nails other than this location. They are always on time and provides excellent services whenever I make an appointment with them. Try Susan !

My mom & I called on a Monday around 330pm for a pedicure for Tuesday. When we got there tuesday, they were confused and never wrote our appt down but took us anyway. We waited about 30 minutes before anyone started our pedicures. The young girl my mom had was very friendly and did a good job. The guy I had was nice but he took literally foreverrrrr doing my pedicure. He spent almost an hour on my cuticles alone. My moms pedicure was finished about 45 minutes before mine was done. Overall it was okay and if I were to go back, I would get a different person.

Susan is so amazing! I’ve been going to her for a few months now. I do the dip nails and I have no problem with them lasting four weeks or more. She did an extra special Christmas decoration on my fingers this month, beautiful snowflakes. I’ve also had one pedicure with her and she did a wonderful job and my feet had never been softer. I highly recommend her. Thank you Susan!
