A top Knotch spa experience at LeBijoux, that will be added to my Soulcare practice. The facial and body scrub was divine and much needed…. LeBijoux is a prime spa to rest, relax and reflect! The atmosphere allows you to float into total relaxation. The peppermint tea is a delicious treat for the soul. I’m so excited I visited and will be back monthly because my self care is worth it!! Do me a favor and check out Sandra & Co. they over delivered in customer service. I am happy that I found Le Bijoux Day Spa through a Google search. Before I get into this review, please note that Sandra is a licensed Esthetician. This day spa is built around that premise, not massage. With that said, the website details a large range of services and packages that are provided by this establishment. You will surely find something for everyone. I personally booked a back facial and 30 min use of one of the massage chairs. Le Bijoux is located adjacent to downtown Frederick, Md. That means there is plenty of free on site parking. Once you enter the establishment, an immediate sense of Zen and well-being engulfs you. The owner and operator, Sandra is extremely professional, knowledgeable of her craft, and welcoming. At no time did I feel anxious, nervous, or unsure of the next step. She communicated with me and provided feedback as needed while letting me rest accordingly. My back facial was divine experience and left me feeling, exfoliated, cleansed, and relaxed. The rooms provided privacy, serenity, plenty of space, and a place for my belongings after I changed. The massage chair experience was worth the time. In my opinion 30 minutes is a good amount of time for that. There are several options and intensities that you can choose in the chair after it does a body scan. I recommend having your earbuds situated before you start as changing your position can be slight cumbersome once the chair gets your body scanned. I didn't use my phone during this time. I opted for a nice warm cloth over my eyes with my choice of essential oils. There was nice spa music playing with allowed me to continue to relax. I already know that I want to return to try the infared spa. Come check them out!

Sandra was very pleasant, warm and welcoming. Her salon is gorgeous and she has taken care to make it a relaxing space. She started me off with a lovely herbal tea while I waited for a few minutes, since I was early for my appointment. The facial was amazing and my skin was glowing afterwards. Completely relaxing so much that I fell asleep during the steam treatment. I highly recommend Sandra and the spa for a great experience! Looking forward to returning next time I'm in Frederick.

I thoroughly enjoyed my facial. I sought a business where the employees look like me. It was important to me that whomever touched my skin understood my facial imperfections and how to make it better. In the end I felt fabulous! The facial was amazing! I was able to feel that Sandra knew exactly what she was doing. Thank you! I will be back soon.

As a busy working mom and a wellness practitioner, this sanctuary was definitely what I needed and what I have been looking for, for years locally in the area. Not only was my skin hydrated, and glowing but it was super soft! Sandra is an expert! Her professionalism is unmatched. She goes above and beyond to make sure your experience is relaxing and that you will feel rejuvenated! I will be giving gift cards to family and friends for special occasions and just because gifts! I’m beyond impressed and I cannot wait to go back!

I am so glad I found Sandra! In just two sessions my face has been transformed. It’s truly incredible. I’ve had skin issues for two decades and I’ve tried countless procedures, facials, micro needling… yet, as much as they’ve helped, nothing has worked as well as her facials. She customizes her facials according to what your face needs. I love that she’s also very thorough and explains what she’s putting on your face, products she’s using and how they work on the skin. It also helps that she’s kind and hilarious. And she speaks French which is great for me. Her place is also gorgeous. It looks like an oasis. It’s clean, calming and so peaceful. I love that she was super creative with her decorations, naming of the rooms… I’m really grateful to have found Le Bijoux Day Spa and I look forward to seeing the results in the next few months… at this rate, I might look like Beyoncé 😍😂… meaning I’ll finally feel like I have beautiful skin 🥹 If you haven’t tried her facials, run, don’t walk to Le Bujoux!

I booked a 30-minute sauna session, and no part of the experience disappointed! Easy booking, great atmosphere and a flawless attention to detail. I am thankful to have found this gem, and will definitely return whenever I am in Frederick. Heck - I might make a special trip just to explore more of the offerings of this spa!

Loved my experience because Sandra makes sure to make the client as comfortable as possible, explain each step in the treatment and give you a relaxing therapeutic time while in her spa. I love the naming protocol she used for the treatment rooms, lighting, plants 🪴 and the overall ambience. Thank you!

Just left my 3D skin analysis appointment with Sandra and it was amazing. Having combination skin can be tricky but Sandra explained so many treatments/ products to help. She was so sweet to walk me through the entire Glo2 facial experience and my skin is so soft now. This visit was outstanding, informative, and professional. I look forward to moving ahead with the best skin care possible. The ambiance of the spa is warm, yet sophisticated. Sandra is hands down an awesome esthetician. I am excited to go back to try some of her body sculpturing services.

I had the most amazing experience today. It was my very first facial. Ms Sandra was very professional, she explained everything she was doing and also explained all the products she used and what each product purpose was for my skin. The atmosphere was soothing and tranquil. I will be back .

Sandra Troutman has been my aesthetician for a almost a year. She is incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, taking the time to understand my skin concerns before customizing the treatment to address them. The products she uses are of the highest quality, and I can feel the difference in my skin immediately. I personally love facials and back facials, so today was my first visit to the new salon. The ambiance of the spa was so calming and inviting, setting the perfect tone for relaxation from start to finish, I left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and with a noticeable glow on this rainy Saturday afternoon. I cannot recommend Sandra with Le Bijoux Day Spa highly enough. If you are looking for a top-notch facial experience that leaves you feeling pampered and glowing, look no further. This is truly the place to go.

This was a truly luxurious and pleasant experience. I felt pampered from the moment I walked in. The ambiance felt warm and welcoming, with a well curated Caribbean/African vibe. AND extremely clean! The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. The products used are of the highest quality. My face has never felt or looked so clean. I was glowing when I left there :-). I can’t wait to go back!
