Loved how clean calm and private was my service was and Monica the esthetician was so professional and highly recommend to my friends and family and going back in one month ,I’m very lazy to take care of my skin and never do nothing for myself and this was so worth it being a bussy mom of 5 and gramma !

I was new to the area and decided to get my wax done here on a whim. I’m so glad I did. The hospitality, level of service, and atmosphere keeps me coming back. I look forward to my appointments so I can catch up with Iness and know I’m getting great service. I’ve been coming to Le Blanc for 3 years now and can’t think of going anywhere else

I have been seeing Iness for almost a year for facials and waxing services. She demonstrates expertise in skincare, including knowledge of various skin types, conditions, and appropriate treatments. I always experience exceptional customer service through her friendly and caring demeanor. Overall, a great aesthetician should leave you feeling pampered, informed, and satisfied with both the experience and the results, which Iness does!

Highly recommend! This was my second facial that I have had and my husband had a massage, both were amazing. Spa is very clean, relaxing & inviting. Aside from that, the owner Ines made special accommodations for us because today is our anniversary. She was supposed to be off and book his massage when I told her it was a special day. That’s the type of customer service you don’t get everywhere. They gained repeat customers from us.

I booked an appointment for a deep tissue massage. Few minutes into the massage, I asked for a deeper pressure at pressure points, because it was like a body rub than a massage. The lady said she can’t use her fingers because she will get hurt. Seriously..!! She stopped massage in few min. I asked for reschedule with a different masseur, but she charged 80% of the money for 10 min massage and offered $10 discount for next massage. I am not sure why they charge if service is not delivered. I asked them to keep the whole money and I am not coming again. Not a good experience overall

This is my favorite little day spa in the Natomas area So nice to relax and enjoy the Spa at le blanc day spa.All my 6 friends enjoyed a facial, massage and body scrub.They offer champagne and chocolates strawberry with out package…whats else we can ask more Whether it’s a girls day or treat yourself day,for sure you'll enjoy this place.Its owner operator is very down to earth customer service for the price we paid and will definitely be going back.

The entire staff is amazing. They are very friendly and welcoming which is important to me as a regular client. I have been coming here for years and have been a regular client of Iness, booking a variety of services and she does an outstanding job with whichever service you book.
