Elvia Palumbo is very professional as well as down to earth. Immediately, I felt comfortable and welcomed as soon as I arrived. I was given plenty of education and explanation in regards to my skin care needs and what to expect. Elvia was very kind and honest, I did not feel pressured into anything. The entire experience was great and everything I was hoping for as my last chemical peel at another business was not up to par. The products she’s used are top of the line and I could immediately feel results. It was also a great feeling to know that I could reach out to her whenever I had any concerns. I highly recommended and will be back soon!

I’ve been going to Elvia for over a year now! She’s super knowledgeable and helps you according to what your skin needs. I feel like my skin looks so clean and clear after a facial. I first started going to her in college and she was amazing at helping me find products that work at my price point. I recommend her to all of my family and friends!

Moving from Tennessee to Texas has been challenging, especially finding a go-to esthetician. However, since discovering Elvia, I feel right at home. She's absolutely fantastic! I had a hydra facial done at LeChic Med Spa by Elvia and she did a great job. It was soothing and relaxing and she took her time with me doing a deep cleaning , moisturizing, light therapy and RF therapy. I’m hooked and already scheduled my next session with her. I’m gonna be a regular customer. She offers many different skin care services like juviderm, IV peel, Botox, microneedling, etc. she even gave me a neck and scalp massage ! She offers her honest opinion on what type service would be beneficial for me and my aging skin without being pushy. I’m not expecting overnight results as results take time. I just want aging to take its slow course. I’m considering getting a medical grade peel for my melasma. Looking forward to that.

I’ve been to Alvia twice for micro needling and just had a chemical peel. Every time I go she is so pleasant, she is very knowledgeable about all of her treatments and doesn’t pressure you into anything you don’t want. She explains everything so you can fully understand which is so calming to me. My face looks so great…if you are looking for someone to do any of these treatments I highly recommend Alvia….she is just wonderful!

Scheduled a micro needling session with Elvia, and I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I've never had any facial procedures done before, so this truly was my first experience. When I walked in, she greeted me warmly, and not only was she professional and efficient, but very knowledgeable answering all my questions. Her technique was strong, and I walked away with zero peeling, zero pain, or unwanted facial effects. Such a great first-time experience and I will be coming back! (P.S - schedule my follow up session soon after).
