I used to do my eyebrows with Roxanna and she was great. I recently tried their new hire…I was disappointed. I will provide a picture and let it speak for itself. The right and left eyebrows are completely different. After my review the owner reached out and offered several services to facilitate the aesthetic process of regrowing my eyebrows. Customer service has never been an issue at this salon.

Came in for a classic set and brow threading with Jennifer and Karla! Super attentive and kind! Took me in right away and I got exactly what I asked for. Nice and natural! Can’t wait to come back!

I highly recommend this place for sensitive skin waxing since they use a sensitive skin wax. Great customer service.

I have been going to Leluxe Beauty Bar for several years. Every time I go, it never disappoints me. I get my lashes done with Jennifer. She’s very nice, professional, and welcoming each time I come for my appointments. She always makes me comfortable by asking me if I need to use the restroom prior to starting, and if I’d like coffee, water, or champagne. She communicates well by asking if I would like to do anything differently. She creates a safe and calming space each visit. I highly recommend Jennifer to do your lashes! It’s a wonderful experience each time.

Jenny is the absolute best! I’ve been coming to le luxe to do my eyelashes with Jen for a few months now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. She takes her time, and helped me decide what would look best for my eyes. My eyelashes last and look amazing every single time! I won’t go anywhere else or trust anyone like Jen.

Fui una vez y las pestañas empezaron a caerse desde el segundo dia al tercer dia ya no tenía pestañas. Y me pareció muy caro pague casi 300$ pestañas y depilación. dijeron que podian volver a ponermelas pero lamentablemente yo no podía tenia que viajar por un tiempo. La idea era que duraran lo que se debe.

Le Lux Beauty Bar is awesome! Kirenia does my hair exactly how I envision it. She is definitely someone I truly trust with my hair. My eyebrows always come out perfect, Cristina gives the best service for laminations and eyebrow waxing. Would 100% recommend this place. Very sweet staff and great service <3

I was referred by a friend. First time coming here and decided to try the brows service. It was welcoming from the moment I walked in. I was attended by Karla. She was amazing. She took her time and was detail oriented. She definitely gained a client in me.

Karla was great! She waxed my brows exactly like a wanted them! The venue was clean and smelled nice. The only concern is that this place used to have a relaxing and aesthetic environment while I got lashes/brows done but they recently incorporated doing blowouts and hair which are loud and stuffy.

Cristina es la que me ha hecho las cejas por unos meses y ha sido la mejor para mis cejas, me encanta como me quedan y lo mucho que me dura el hybrid tint. Ella siempre me aconseja en que hacer para mantener mis cejas, la recomiendo 100% - De Melissa Martinez I did my hybrid tint with Cristina, she has a calming presence but very sweet and attentive, she always gives you detailed instructions and explains everything so well. They last for about 2 weeks, so happy with her service! I recommend to get your brows done with her - From Melissa Martinez

I booked an appt. With Desiree, she was great… no complaints! Quick, nice and beautiful results for my eyebrow waxing. I also booked Daniela, since I saw she had good reviews for lashes. My first time with her, since the other tech I’ve always done my lashes with is no longer there. I showed her the pics I marked below and told her I wanted them to look like that, hence why I booked a classic. She told me she understood and stated it would be like a classic glam. I responded, “I just wanted it to look like the pics I showed you” (below) Looked at myself in the mirror at the end and was not happy AT ALL. They are pretty (for those that like them like that) but not what I booked or wanted, not what I am used to getting or like for myself for that matter. If you couldn’t replicate, just tell me that from the beginning. Or talk to me as you go to ensure I end up with at least similar results. To make matters worse I am about to leave and they tell me I have to pay a difference, since they didn’t do what I booked (classic) (I had pre-paid after my eyebrow wax appt for classic lashes, what I booked), and to make matters worse I am about to charge my card and there is an up charge on top of that for using a credit card. Was I informed of that prior to proceeding… No! So now I feel like I was deceived and taken advantage of… I didn’t stay to complain because I had to leave to another appt. First I wasn’t informed of that in my initial transaction and now because they decided to change the service I have to pay an up charge and a credit card fee twice?? This is absurd! Communication is key and there is none happening here. It’s sad, and no way of conducting a business. Understand why half of their lash techs have left now. Safe to say I will never step foot in here again.

My eyebrows have never looked better thanks to Desiree and Roxana. Everyone is super friendly and attentive and the shop is very clean and cozy. The last time I went was for Valentine’s Day and they had the cutest snacks and decor. You can tell they care for their customers!
