My first time been to this place . I didn't bring the cash . They can't put tips on card . And they do for nail is bad . I have dip powder They did soak my nail just fire all my nail 💅 it very painful and no good . I will no go back any more

The nails are absolutely HORRENDOUS! This is not a luxury nail experience whatsoever. Stay. Far. Away. Overpriced trash. Cheap materials, rushed services, difficult communication and shotty work. Hair in the clear coat, uneven nail bedding, lop sided nails, uneven cuticles. What a waste!

I recently had the pleasure of getting my nails done by Jerry at LeLuxe, and I can't recommend him enough! From the moment I walked in, Jerry's friendly demeanor made me feel welcome and comfortable. His talent truly shines through in his work—every detail was perfect, and I always leave the salon feeling fabulous. The atmosphere at LeLuxe is also lovely, making it a great place to relax and pamper yourself. If you're looking for a nail technician who is both skilled and personable, Jerry is your guy! I can't wait for my next appointment!

DO NOT GO HERE! If I could leave 0 stars I would. Not only was the staff pretty cold and abrupt, but the tech, Cindy, did a very rushed job --an almond full set that took less than an hour (which is INSANE). They used very cheap acrylic material (not top brand) which ate away at my nails and burned terribly when taking it off. I've had acrylic, gel, gel builder, etc. many times before so I know that quality products aren't supposed to burn and take hours to soak off. Absolutely do not come to this rip off of a salon.

My nail tech did a great job and was very interested to know if I was happy with the results. She took her time through the entire process except on cleaning up the cuticles as I wished. She spoke very little English so it was a bit difficult to communicate but overall it was good

Recently visited le lux for my daughter’s birthday while staying in the area on vacation. The staff were all nice and however I have never had a more terrible pedicure or felt more taken advantage of in my entire life. My daughter got a full set acrylic with design and a I got a standard pedicure. The pedicurist was goofing around with the two staff chatting next to me and did not remove dead skin or trim my toenails until I asked him to. He did not remove my cuticles and overall did a paint change and charged me for a full pedicure. For my daughter’s acrylic set the woman who was doing the set seemed like she didn’t know what she was doing. She zcould not make the design my daughter wanted so another staff was able to do it and did sorta what my daughter asked. In my opinion the acrylics are entirely too thick and just look like they are sitting on top of her nails. When the staff told me a design would be extra I asked okay, how much? And they said $50. I said $50 total, they said yes and I was fine with paying $50 for a full set of acrylics. NOPE, it was $50 EXTRA!!! For a design! Never again, especially since I now have to go back when I get home to my nail tech and have them do the right pedicure! I ended up paying $160 for work I have to pay someone else to fix!

I’m vacationing in Naples for a couple of months and after doing some research on nail salons I came across Le Luxe and decided to give it a try. Molly was the absolute sweetest and made me feel so relaxed. She was very detailed oriented and asked me if was like everything during the services (Mandarin Honey Spa Pedicure and Dip manicure). This salon is also immaculate. I will definitely be back. Mimosa, fruit, and neck warmer was a definite luxury that I haven’t experienced back home in Jersey. Thank you again.

So disappointed! They have a special on their website $32 for pedicure if you pay cash but don’t honor it even when they see it on their own phones!!! So charged me $40 Not going back

First time at Le Luxe Nail Bar. Extremely clean and people were super friendly. Emily was my technician. Ended up with a rose spa manicure. Luvd the massage and wrap. Paraffin heel wrap. Wonderful!!! Just made you feel so good, relaxing. My toes look great!!! The prossecco was a nice touch too. What a way to spend the day before the hurricane!!!!

After a week or two, the gel on the toes would chip. For the next visit, they’d charge me extra to repair it. This happened on 3 different occasions. Got tired of them nickel and dime me for the poor quality product that they use, so I found a different nail salon.

Terrible service. I walked in with my 8 year old daughter to get her a Mani and Pedi. The place was busy so we waited patiently to be serviced. The man at the front desk who is actually the Manager didn’t acknowledge us not once or ever. So after waiting for a while we decided to leave. I had a basic gel pedicure and manicure. The nail tech did a good job, and I was happy with the service. However, I strongly dislike service based businesses that don't tell you that they only accept cash tips until after the service is complete. I paid with a credit card, and THEN the nail tech said they couldn't process a tip on the card - it had to be cash. I said I didn't have cash, and they guy working reception told me I could use the ATM that was behind me. ATMs charge fees and then my bank charges a fee, so I didn't want to do that. I ended up spending 10-15 downloading Venmo so that I could leave a tip. I mentioned that they should probably have a sign posted, and the guy just shrugged. I would recommend based on the service, but, there's something very dishonest about that type of behavior.

They squeezed me in last minute before they closed with no problem, which was SO kind of them, and they were super friendly and accommodating through out my entire experience making sure I was relaxed! Also, they did a great job on my nails.
