Loved my pedicure except I asked him 3 times to cut my toenails short, and he didn't. So I have to cut my toenails today. Excellent price here, so I'll return when I'm in the area.

I am very disappointed. My experience began with excellent customer service. I believe my tech’s name was Trang (her license is expired according to license at her station). She gave an excellent pedicure. We then moved on to my gel manicure where it was a disaster. My cuticles tend to over grow, so I was excited to get it taken care of. She soaked my nails for less than 30 seconds. She did not push back my cuticles instead she used the drill and cut my cuticles. She then painted my gel manicure within 5 minutes and rushed it. My gel polish was not to the very end of my cuticles and leaving my nails looking grown out before I even left the nail shop. The top coat of my gel polish did not cover my full nail and I could clearly see that it was rushed and not done correctly. Lastly and worst of all, my cuticles were cut so bad that all of my fingers have very painful cuts on them around the cuticles and nails. I am so upset because this place has many good reviews and I was looking forward to a good experience. My mom and I went together & she had a good experience.

10/10! I never left a nail shop so pleased & that speaks volumes for someone who has been getting their nails done for 20+ years. Everyone is so kind & welcoming. Vincent the manager & his wife Tracy are phenomenal. Tony my nail tech is quick & one of the best in the game. They even guarantee their work for 7 days. I’ll def be back for sure! If you’re in the Tolleson area def check them out! Super clean shop too.

I love it here. I got a full set gell and acrylic with designs. All the employees were so helpful and nice to my boyfriend and I. The art work they did on my nails is perfect. And they gave me candy for my birthday. 10/10 best nail spa I've ever been to! Day of service 10/26/24

Me encanta este lugar el encargado está pendiente de que todo funcione bien y de que te vayas complacido. Siempre me hago el pedicure con Tina ella es maravillosa realmente hace su trabajo de forma excepcional y el manicure me lo hago con diferentes manicuristas una mejor que otra pero en general el lugar da un servicio genial.

Update I came back 3 years later and all I can say is they don’t sanitize & they use the same tools for everyone which is nasty. If you see their carts they are all dirty dusty & that’s where they put there tools on. And my pedicure sucked 🤦🏻‍♀️ 1 star just because the lady was super sweet.

Inviting! Friendly and fantastic work! The young man that did my manicure was thorough. Pedicure was so nice! And the music was nice to me. Plus free water! Edit: Con: My cuticle was cut by the drill on three different fingers. I felt the initial sting, but assumed that was a normal occurrence. I bled a bit from one of the cuts. The others felt irritated for days. My nail bed is wrecked. I soaked in acetone for up to an hour and it still wasn't enough to get the nails off without major damage. Pro: The nails held for a month. They held their shine and shape for that entire time. I enjoyed the haste of the application. Overall $75 for a quick, beautiful application is great. Cut cuticles and difficult removal, not so great.

I have always had an amazing experience! The staff went above and beyond to make sure my nails looked exactly like the inspiration picture, and honestly, they turned out even better than I imagined! The ladies know that i am going all out with the biggest and best deal. I get the works when it comes to my pedicure. Including extra 10 minute massage. I make sure to tip well, to ensure i get top of the notch service- they DO NOT disappoint. Been here for 10 years as a loyal customer even when i tried other places, i came back.

This is a new salon for me I have only gone there 2 times n I’m in love !!!! They r so sweet and I walked in both times not knowing what I really wanted !! However showed them a couple pics n loved my out come !! Today when I left I was super happy love how they came out and the plus about this salon!!!! I have short short real nails (I’m a nail bitter) n when I tell u my nails had at least an inch or 2 gap n didn’t lift or fall off!?!? Like are you for real?!?! I knew this was my spot!!! Well worth my nails n money

I left my original nail salon for this one and they did great for almost a year but today I had the worst service and I would not be returning. I was going to cancel my manicure because my tech had an appointment and the manager offered I said it was ok he insisted so I got a dip instead, he stated that he does a great job. I knew this was not going to go good because he seemed rushed, I had to point out my defects 4 times unfortunately I’m very disappointed.
