Came here to get my very first facial and massage, it all felt super relaxing, my face and body feel amazing. All the ladies were super sweet and made sure I was as comfortable as I can be. Got my services done by Michelle, she was amazing and I will definitely be returning. Thank You Le Reve Spa and Michelle for one the loveliest experiences ever.

genuinely the best massage i’ve had in my life. my therapist was so skilled and you could tell she loves her job. she was so genuine when talking to me and treated me with such care! on top of that, the entire salon is gorgeous and peaceful. a bunch of staff here to help :) i cannot wait to treat myself here again

Do NOT get a spray tan here! I had never gotten a spray tan before, but wanted to get a trial done before my wedding. First thing I was told is “oh no it’s coming out blotchy” and the woman tried to fix her equipment. She seemed super unconfident when doing my treatment and told me she’s only done one other bride. The only part of my body that has even color is my chest and back. My arms and legs have tons of white patches and my feet are 5 times darker than the rest of my body. Luckily I still have time to go get another trial somewhere else!

One of THE most relaxing experiences I’ve ever had… I got a full body massage and the masseuse’s fingers felt like a touch from the heavens! I definitely fell asleep and snored myself awake.. thankfully she didn’t react.. I’m sure she gets that often.. I really like how she asked if there was a specific area that I wanted her to focus on. not to mention the products she used smelt so good & left my skin feeling soft & silky. I will definitely be coming back for your other services!

I would sadly NOT recommend getting a massage here and the pedicure was also very okay. I felt like I was being pet and oiled in my massage, not exactly what one is looking for typically. Likely could have given myself a better massage is that had been possible. Go to the Asian salons in town for both the massage and pedi. They will be have the cost, not amazing, but MUCH better than this place.

I had a massage here last minute and it was amazing. I had been in a car for 10 hours and my body was killing me. I left feeling refreshed and no longer in pain. The masseuse's hands were magical. I will definitely book another appointment here the next time I am in Santa Barbara.

Le Reve Spa is truly the best in the game! I got an Age Defying Facial there and it had me feeling so refreshed and rejuvenated! My service provider took excellent care of me and made sure I was comfortable. The atmosphere is beyond relaxing as well as welcoming. 10/10 experience!!

Crystal is an amazing massage therapist - actually a healer. I honestly hate sharing how great she is because I know it will be even more challenging to get an appointment! She is wonderful!

Made several appointments, three weeks in advance, and my mother‘s birthday, showed up for the appointment this morning and nothing was on the books. We drove an hour to get here, and there was nothing they could do for us. They have no idea how to run a business, run for the hills don’t even bother

My recent visit to Le Reve Spa and Waxing Center in Santa Barbara was an absolute disaster. With six years of waxing experience, I can confidently say that this was the WORST waxing center I've ever encountered. The most glaring issue was their terrible customer service. The staff displayed disinterest and unfriendliness from the moment I arrived, making me feel unwelcome. Their lack of professionalism was evident throughout. However, the nightmare began during the waxing session when I noticed a significant amount of hair left untouched. When I diligently raised this concern to the staff member responsible, I was shocked by their complete lack of accountability. Instead of taking responsibility, they offered a series of unreasonable excuses and adamantly denied any wrongdoing. Their unfounded claim that such a subpar waxing outcome was standard across the industry was simply false. In my determined effort to resolve the issue, I reached out to them multiple times, only to encounter a consistently changing narrative. Unbelievably, they suggested scheduling another appointment at the same price for the following day, further confirming my suspicion that this was, in fact, a scam. Despite my extensive experience, they denied accountability, offering no refund or resolution. Their utter disregard for customer satisfaction was infuriating and unprofessional. I strongly advise anyone considering waxing services to AVOID this establishment at all costs.

We had a reservation 4 months in advance and the day of (30 mins before reservation) told we cannot do the couples package only the facials but not massages and they wanted us to pay more than we would have in the first place for our facials which is ridiculous. Rip off. Their explanation was they couldn’t discount us but we weren’t even asking for a discount just 250 of the 500 we would have paid since our massages were canceled and we were only getting half of the services but they wanted 320 and didn’t offer any other discounts or anything. Rip off. Do not recommend.

I had an amazing massage with Tessa and my friend had one with Amy (I think?) at the same time. It was such a great and relaxing experience. Tessa really got deep into a bunch of knots and I felt so much better afterwards. The salon itself is also very nice, will be back for a massage next time I’m in town. The prices are reasonable as well.

I received a 90-minute massage from Fabiola and she was amazing. Hands down, the best massage I have had in years! She utilizes a combination of Eastern and Western techniques that provided comprehensive care for my needs. She is very attuned to the body, areas that need extensive work, and how best to treat those areas. My body felt healed after this massage. This was a vacation massage, but if the opportunity arises to visit Santa Barbara again, I would absolutely schedule another massage with Fabiola!

I booked a spa package for myself and a friend who were coming to town for a girls trip. This was an amazing way to start vacation at the beach and I only wish we didn't live 1/2 way across the country so we could come back. The massage was the BEST I've ever had, the facial left my face so soft, and the mani pedi was perfect. All the staff we encountered was very friendly and made the whole experience so relaxing. They all work so well together to move you through the different services. We were offered tea or water several times. The products used were all high quality and left us feeling pampered. If I ever visit the area again I will be sure to go back!

I came for a massage on a trip, not sure what to expect, and ended up one of the best massages I've ever had. And I've had alot of massages due to chronic pain, and every one is a little different, but Madelyn was magic for me. It was the perfect treatment of pain relief & relaxation. It's rare to find I only wish I could see her regularly. I loved the ambiance of the spa room as well, very soothing. Would definitely visit again if/when I return to SB.

the pedicure was ok - very weak massage. What was in such poor taste was that they charged $5.00 for a normal blue mask (I left mine in the car). For two $50 pedicures (should be $35) to charge an outrageous five bucks for a blue mask every store hands out for free is just poor business

I have to start off by giving a virtual "high five" to Bridgette. I understand how difficult it is during these unprecedented times to coordinate customers wishes while still complying with COVID safety and business guidelines. Bridgette has gone above and beyond to create an environment that unique, friendly, warm and inviting. The past 6 months have been extremely stressful for me. So I was excited to book anything at this spa. I love that they use only organic products and the environment is beyond relaxing. I have to mention that the interior decor is beautiful and lends to that zen feeling I was looking for. Now let me move onto Annette. If I could pocket her and take her every where I go, I totally would. She is a zen master! From the moment you meet her there is a calmness that draws you in. Her tone and soothing and her hands are magical. I got a hot stone massage and I have to say it was the best I have ever had. She was able to work out so much of the stress my body was carrying that I am hoping to go out there at least every other month. I left feeling completely rejuvenated and relaxed. I've had many massages and can honestly say that for me, this was on a whole new level. I can't wait to come back and hope to bring a few of my girlfriends next time!
