Basically went to get my hair fried :( I wanted some highs and lows and she lightened the bottom half of my hair to almost a level 10 leaving a harsh transition from my natural dark brown color to bleach blonde. I went back the next 2-3 days after the stylist suggested I wait it out but it was still too light. And when I called the following week they told me it was too late (I called about a week later instead of immediately because I had a baby and couldn’t get in sooner)

I just started having Stephanie color, cut and style my hair. She did a great job on my thick, curly hair. The color lasts and does not look faded. She explained to me what products to use to keep my hair in shape.

I got a 60 minute facial from Nataliya, and it was the most relaxing experience ever, I would recommend anyone who goes to Aveda to get a facial from Nataliya, she was incredibly sweet as well as the staff up front. It was only an hour long service but it felt much longer, the facial room she has is very cozy too. Nataliya is more than accommodating and has great manners!! My face has never felt or looked better before, I will definitely come back and recommend my friends and family.

I went there today for an eye brow wax.... already have brows tattooed from years ago..so just needed them cleaned up ..the lady that did them was very nice...but they are over priced...won't be going back there for waxing.

If I could give it a 0 I would. Booked an appointment online with the times they offered and then the next day received a call that they wanted to move it to11:45 instead of 12:00pm. I did not respond I was not going to be able to make it at 11:45 so I just kept my appointment for 12:00pm as planned. I arrive to appointment and I am told they canceled my appointment and or gave it away because I did not respond to their 11:45 am offer. How does that work? Because you want convenience and move an appointment without permission you assume because the customer doesn't respond that they are not coming even though you have my credit card information and no reason to assume I'm not coming.... even after you send me a square confirmation receipt. UNBELIEVABLE!!! I DONT UNDERSTAND THIS LEVEL OF UNPROFESSIONALISM!! The young lady just kept saying well I called you.... and then had the nerve to ask if I want to book for next week. WOW!! I will NEVER go to that salon again and I certainly will let my family and friends know about my experience. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

Stephanie did an amazing job with my hair. She always knows what I want and does an amazing job. She always checks in with me during the service making sure everything is good or if I need anything. The other salon workers are also super nice and helpful.

Dena was wonderful! Attentive and knowledgeable with a welcoming demeanor. I’ve finally found a hairstylist that gives you what you asked for. Clean salon and nice environment. My only complaint is that I did not receive the $20 off coupon for new guests, but I hope to be able to apply it at my next visit instead. :)

First time here and I love it. I went for Facial Spa and it was phenomenal. 1/ Store is very clean and smell very good. Look professional and welcoming. 2/ Staffs are very friendly and attentive. 3/ The product and technique they used in facial here is very different from what other stores use, not the same-old technique you see in most spa salon nowadays. My face look noticeable better. Like, REALLY look better. Skin brighter and tighten, pores smaller and acne scar fading. 4/ Nataliya is the sweetest lady ever. Very friendly, respectful and listen to my concern carefully. Will book her again. Overall, I really love it. Will try their hair service next time. Recommend!

I recommend coming here to get a cut, style, or even a color. The stylists have great personality, and the place is very well cared for and clean. The person who cut my hair was named Micheal. He did an absolute amazing job and im very pleased. I will be coming back just for him. The receptionist was very nice and got me in for a cut and style as a walk in. I really appreciated it.

Stephanie did a great job highlighting my daughter’s hair again! My daughter has very healthy hair to her waist which is very important to her and this is the second time Stephanie has given her the lighter highlights she desires and her hair still looks healthy and beautiful. Also her hair gets easily tangles and Stephanie always takes the care and patience to gently detangle so not to damage the hair. We picked Stephanie because of all the great reviews she gets online with coloring hair and she definitely lives up to her reviews. She’s the best!! Thank you Stephanie!

The salon is beautiful and they offer many services. The issue I have is the beautician didn't listen to what I wanted. I requested an inverted bob angled with length in the front. I ended up with a trim basically. He didn't even completely blow dry my hair. He added so much mouse, my hair looked greasy. My hair is really thick and I explained that the humidity gives it to much volume so I wanted it thinner. He said he could give it a few layers. I was optimistic. The haircut is fine just not what I wanted. I ended up shampooing the next day since the mouse made my hair look dirty. It looks worse than before the haircut. For a high end salon I expected better. Probably won't be back.

Today was my first time visiting this Salon. My appointment was with Michael. My services were root touch-up, wash & condition with scalp massage, blow dry, and curly style. I was very happy and satisfied with my services. Michael is professional, courteous, attentive, friendly, and he cares about his clients. His work is a reflection of who he is as a Stylist. I already had my formula and some pictures of how I wanted my hair. Michael made a few recommendations for my next upcoming appointments. My first impression of this Salon was the fact it felt very welcoming, clean, and spacious. The whole vibe felt right. I highly recommend Michael as a Stylist and the Salon. Thank you Michael for going above and beyond. I truly appreciate you. You have a new client. I look forward to my next appointment with you. Great location and plenty of parking available.
