First time I went was awesome, today I went to have a pedicure with full set acrylic on toes and fill in on nails, my pedicure was rushed I had to ask for massage that was only 3 min. She cut my acrylics that I’ve had on my toes for a month so short they look like my regular nail then one is side ways, no top coat, didn’t fill in missing nails on toes (2) sat down and told the tech doing my nails and she said I can just leave cause I said I wasn’t happy she said what u want me to do I said this was my last time coming here. She said it’s only $35 what you expect then it needs to be known if you want a half done job that’s rushed then you’re at the right place! I go for comfort and to relax after work or being kid free. The daughter has an attitude bad! The mom and dad was nice tho the mom wanted to make things right but her daughter said “no mom” like okay I get my nails done FAITHFULLY your loss on money

Kelsey did absolutely amazing! She took her time to make sure they looked even and all shaped correctly. They are also not too thick which I hate and have to watch out for when getting my nails done!

Only thing I don't like always want to cut nails down. I didn't grow them just to cut them down. Over all everything was Great.

very nice people ,however not worth the price. It may depend on who you get though. The lady rushed through my nails they were big and blocky like a really bad job. My feet came out okay but they did not remove dead skin or scrub good. Do not recommend.

Wonderful experience! Chelsie did my nails and was fantastic! Truly an artist! My pedicure was also terrific. I will definitely return! Very reasonably priced as well!

0 stars if possible..Very bad service! I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go! I went to get a nail repaired and I was told by a lady who works there to go somewhere else. Because we were just sitting taking up chairs and they needed them. When we were the only ones waiting. I came yesterday and today and no service was done

I obtained a fungus under 2 nails on my left hand. I’ve been getting my nails done over 20 plus yrs & never had a nail fungus. Trying to upload pics but it’s not letting me. Called to complain & they were rude & hung up on me.

I wouldn’t even give a 1 star but I had to lol. I just got the refilled last Friday and 3 have already broken. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL… And they Charge what they wanna charge m. I got a new set for $55 with clear gel and when I went back for a refill she charged $45 with just regular polish and my friend she got gel and hers was $45. Like what the heck. And Lee wouldn’t ring me up till Ann told him the price. And yes I know they all charge different prices but come on now.

The man yelled at my four year old daughter across the salon for getting two or three very small drops of hand sanitizer on the floor and told her sit down very sternly to the point it upset her and I decided to leave and go to another salon. Upon leaving I said to the man “ I don’t know if you don’t like children or what, but she’s not your child and you will not speak to her like that”. He attempted to defend his actions but I refuse to tolerate a stranger disciplining my child before I even have a chance to address the situation.

Honestly, I have mixed feelings about my mani pedi today...... I asked for pink acrylic and French tips, but the lady acted like she didn't understand what I was asking for. Even after I showed her a picture, she still didn't understand, so I just settled for pink polish and French tips. She was really rough moving my hand, arm, foot, and leg in uncomfortable positions. She spoke so softly that I could barely hear her at times, and she would get a little rude when I asked her to repeat herself. I'm new here and this place was close to my house... i won't be going back.....

Love this place all the nail techs are wonderful I go every 2 weeks to a month they have great pedicures as well very decent pricing too highly recommend it. They tend to be busy but definitely worth the wait

The nail tech was a man he was pretty good. The lady doing pedicure was not so good. Probably the worst pedicure I've ever had. Will not go back...waste of money $100. 🤢😢

Unprofessional people I try to get down there early this morning cause it gets busy. I was down there for 40 minutes waiting and a girl walked in at the end of my wait and they skipped me in line to do her nails. When I asked about it they said that they thought I had a request but on the paper I did not request anyone in specific the girls down there didn’t even ask me if I wanted someone else to do my nails they just assumed and when I called to let Lee know how I was feeling, he said don’t say that because I said that they act like they didn’t want to do my nails! I thought it was only two people doing nails because the third lady that walked in never asked me to come to her booth but she tried to take another woman and lee told her he was doing her so I just told him if you don’t want to do my nails let me know and I will not come back down here cause they don’t take appointments no more, so how was anybody skipping the line?

Was very disappointing. I had Ann. She would not cut the length i wanted, said to short for coffin style (in which i have done all the time with shorter nails) and she didn't go under my nails and smooth them. I had to come home and file them. They were catching on everything. Won't go back. They were 5 dollars cheaper than others, i will go somewhere else and pay the extra 5 and get quality

Lee & all of the staff make you feel welcomed every time. Not to mention there's never a dull moment in there. LoL Lee is comedy. I been come here for almost 2 years now and will continue to come.

This was gonna be my 2nd trip, now I had a good experience with 1st trip. I made connection with my nail tech so she told me come in and ask 4 me by name next time . So I asked by name a hr plus later I'm still waiting, so by this time I'm trying to be patient but nope I left and I doubt so seriously I will be back , I still didn't get my nails done so I took the acrylic off myself and will reevaluate my options.
