DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE only if u want your hair to be ruined!!! They completely ruined my hair and chopped off way too much length while giving me serrated edges. It’s been almost six months since I went to them and I am still growing out the hair that they ruined. They took like five minutes to cut (not even cut, but use shearing scissors) to trim off my dead ends. They didn’t even section my hair or brush it. I was so embarrassed that I don’t even have any pictures to show for it. I kept my hair in a ponytail for a good three months. DO NOT GO HERE. Oh, and in the end, they demanded for tip. 🙃🙃

Do not go here!!!! Went with a friend to get a cut and they gave me bangs that I did not even want. There is no service or dedication to their craft, all they want is easy money. They did not even try to section hair or brush it nicely. The lady that cut my hair wore a blinged out necklace that could have broke her neck in half.

Janet was superb, she did a wonderful job with my hair, also suggested what would look good based on my face cut. Hair wash and massage after that was so relaxing. Overall great experiance.. Loved it💇‍♀️

They tried too hard to push me buying their facial services. It made me very uncomfortable. Hope they can focus on improving their services, people will see and may buy their other services. I make this comment because I don’t want other people go through what I went through. 😢

Nikki did an amazing job on my short pixie cut. I just walked in and left with my best hair cut in recent memory. She understood the assignment 🫶

Nikki was so knowledgeable and easy to talk to, had a great walk in experience here! Her assistant gave me the most intense scalp massage while washing my hair, loved it. Prices were very reasonable ($150 for color and cut) and Nikki’s English is perfect. Highly recommend.

Walked in to get my hair braided. Really nice, communicative, and did a great job. I noticed that everyone who worked there had great skin - and found out that they do facials too, so I will be going back. ✌️

Use to love it. Had great experience all the time. Up until covid. My hair looks weird. Maybe becuase of my mask. My hair looks lob-sided. Went back. She said i had to pay again. So mad. Wonder what happened. My hair looks gross...so sad. Come Sept 2022 - Went back and Looked for Nikki. Now I have long hair. Love her again! My hair was so thick. She was so patient. She did such an awesome job. My layers have never looked better. Plus I can move my hair to the left or right, and the layers still look really good!! Nov 2022 - I went to 18 Pell. I feel like I betrayed you Nikki. Sorry, Pat ruin my hair there, I will see you next month.

I had previously left a negative review on this hair salon but have returned twice since and now realize that I had misunderstood the services and charges. Nikki continues to be my hair stylist. She does a great job with my hair: oil treatment, trim, and color. She will not cut more than she promises - for those who want to keep their hair long! Nikki is also great at curling hair. She is now very clear about the prices and after visiting her several times, I trust that she will give you a great experience as well! She often goes above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable and welcome, even after a misunderstanding.

I’ve been here four times now! They always remember me and they always get my cut and color exactly right. They care so much about their clients. They are very meticulous in getting it perfect. I never even make an appointment. They have always been available for walk-ins. A friend of my just paid three times the price at an “upscale” soho salon and they ruined her hair. Expensive salons don’t mean it’s better. Come to Lee Lee and save money and have perfect hair.

Es un lugar muy pequeño , el servicio es bueno y rápido, las señoritas que atienden son muy amables y sonrientes, no entra silla de ruedas tampoco creo que tengan suficiente espacio , los precios de acuerdo a la zona .
