Honestly, all went well with the nail tech , she did ann amazing job . Until check out when another lady whom checked us out made me feel overlooked and non existent when I asked the lady about a cat eye design. I just wanted to know because I think they are a beautiful design but when I asked she didn’t look me in the eyes and I felt rushed and that I was bothering her , so much for customer service .

I’m new to the area and trying to find all the things. I tried this place for a gel manicure. They took me back right away, recommended a color that I was asking about. The lady that did my nails was efficient and quick. Great experience! I will be back.

Bad experience. Very rushed and staff was not friendly. Edited to add in response to the owner’s rude comment: I visited this nail salon in August 2023, and my experience was so poor I haven’t been to any nail salon since. Despite the salon being practically empty, my manicurist rushed through the service, working carelessly and leaving several of my cuticles with small cuts that bled. What’s most concerning is that they did not stop to disinfect the tools or the affected areas and instead continued as if nothing had happened. The owner’s rude and unprofessional response to my initial review only reinforces the lack of care and accountability at this establishment. I strongly recommend avoiding this location.

It’s cheap for a reason. I just left the salon and I regret getting them painted. The guy was in such a rush he didn’t even wait 2 seconds in between coats. It’s lumpy and bubbly and I’m going to remove them as soon as I’m back home. I’m extremely disappointed :( Edit: Looking at the business owners reply gives me a lot of insight on their outlook on their customers. I’d highly recommend the salons on Landstar Blvd or Narcooseee. They do a fantastic job and are always kind.

UPDATE: I’M GLAD REVIEWS STAY UP FOREVER! The business owner gave a nasty response. I have actually been back and had a great experience ever since the horrible staff left. But just because of this response, I’m keeping my low review. If YOU would’ve given me an empathetic response, I could’ve been reminded about this ALMOST 2 YEAR OLD REVIEW and UPDATE IT with a more recent experience! Learn some decency… YOU’RE IN LAKE NONA, NOT OBT! (Yet OBT has better service than this..) Be kind to your consumers and bring them back for a better experience. I was actually gonna go this weekend with my husband (his first time), but like you said we will go “Somewhere Else”.. Learn some decency and customer service. Oh… and yes… I actually followed up with my doctor after this and ended up with dermatitis.. Thats why I barely go get my feet done. 1 Year Old Review: AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.!! If I could get 0 stars I would… I paid for a DELUXE pedicure and did not receive a massage, The technician named Tracy just put on the scrubs, went to get the towels and took it off.. No one offered their complimentary drinks or the complimentary paraffin… BTW DID I MENTION THAT I’M CURRENTLY GETTING AN INFECTION ON MY TOE??? Never coming again…!!!!! Ive been here MULTIPLE times and I stopped doing my finger nails with them because their service was horrible and their CHEAP PRODUCTS CAUSED ME DERMATITIS. I came here again to do my toes AS SOON AS THEY OPENED TO AVOID THE TECHNICIANS FROM BEING IN A RUSH YET SHE WAS RUSHING! DISGUSTING SERVICE!!
