Ever since the old owners left, it's never been the same. They are really rude and they don't know how to do eyebrows or nails.

Typically go here because all the really good places are too far. Last Saturday I had a 9:30am apt last Saturday. Got there and waited until 9:50am and no one showed up. Thankfully a place that’s probably just as good or better nearby was able to accommodate me. But no one even bothered to call, I follow up and apologize or try to make it right. Not everyone’s free to go places just because it’s a Saturday. I had to make childcare arrangements to make it to that apt. Extremely inconsiderate and just bad business. I called at 10am to let them know and all I was told was “oh yeah I know I just got here and no one’s here, uhm I’ll tell my manager” that’s it. Lost my business.

I recently visited [30k Name] with high hopes based on their reputation and reviews. Unfortunately, my experience did not live up to expectations.let’s just say if u black don't go there I was rushed an I paid 70$ for this I 😂 an my car for 30 minutes thanks u so much

Great service my nails always come out amazing. The glass of wine with pedicures is so relaxing. The guys that work there are both awesome Ken and other young guy do great work and design. I recommend them.

One day they made me wait while they took 2 people that gotten there after me and one of them was not even an appointment. I tried to tell them that I just needed to get one nail fixed and one of the women totally ignored me and talked over me. The next day, because I needed to get my nails fixed, i waited for 2 hours. I only needed to get one nail fixed, which only takes max 15 mins. I came here again with my mom and they changed management and now it feels even more of a mess. They have changed all the staff and they do everything so rushed. I got a pedicure and I got the basic one because they raised the prices tremendously and its not even worth it whatsoever.

I came here for the first time last week to do my nails and feet. I was scheduled with Ken and don’t get me wrong he did a decent job, but not worth what it costs. I got a full set of acrylics, french with chrome over and they charged $15 EXTRA on top of every other small detail they charge you for and the chrome has chipped off and it hasn’t even been a week. My nails already look like I’ve had them on a month and it’s been less than a week. I just moved to Saint Cloud so I was looking for a new place but I will not be returning here. I get my nails done monthly, so I don’t mind paying over $100 but this place is truly outrageous.

I've been with Ken for over five years from Kissimmee,and his nail work is always amazing. He offers the best prices and, if I accidentally break a nail, he fixes it without charging me or giving me any attitude. That's why I keep coming back to him every 6-8 weeks for a new set.

Nice atmosphere, clean salon, pretty stylish pedicure but be careful w Susan, she's strong when massaging n cutting deep. I had to ask her to be gentle twice.

Oh well, I really wanted to like this place since it's so close to my house and a friend recommended to do my nails with the guy but he wasn't there. So I got my nails done with this lady who seemed like she had no clue what she was doing. I decided to keep it quiet and just don't come back after she left my nails terrible !

Fantastic service. I have been coming here since I moved to the Nona/Sunbridge area in December, and they have jot disappointed. Their prices are very competitive and they do an excellent job. Special shout out to Ken.

I had an amazing experience at this nail salon. The nail artist, Pineapple, took great care of me. He was very professional, efficient, and did a great job bringing my nail design idea to life. 100 percent recommend coming here!!

I like going here, but under new management. Nail Techs come & go and now prices have been raised. It gets pricey, even every 3 weeks for a fill. I may need to search a different location 🤔 😔

I’ve had a few good experiences here, but today was the worst. The employees were trying to push expensive $71 pedicures on my boyfriend and I when we first walked in. I said no to them multiple times, they were obviously upset so they didn't perform regular pedicures to the best of their ability. Won’t be back.

Walked in to get ONE nail fixed that I had gotten done 1 week ago. Was told the wait was 15-20 mins. Ok fine, 30 mins goes by I ask how much longer she finally comes up to me and says do you want to come back later we have to soak your nail off. Why didn’t you do that 30 mins ago? And no you don’t have to soak my nail off. Then tells me do you wanna make an appointment for another day for ONE NAIL. A waste of time.
