I’m a longtime customer, I spend a lot of money here and I always call ahead to request a specific person and they always tell me they can accommodate me, fast forward to getting there they either put me with someone else or have 2 people work on me at the same time to save time which results in very poor work. It’s frustrating when you’re not heard even when you’re very clear, I’ve decided to just find a new nail salon

I used to go to another place, but I want to give this place a shot again, i used to come here, used to be GOOD, i have another place more closer to my house but because this one was close by today and i was going to stay around doing some stuff i decided to go here, sadly the services was so POOR and SUPER OVER PRICE. They charge me 65$ dollars for a "I DONT KNOW Spa Pedicure" and they dont do even the half of the explication of "what you get".. no hot wax, no callus treatment at all.. she dont check my toes corners at all, nono so' disappointed. The lady dont even ask my boyfriend to cut his nails. THIS PLACE USED TO BE GOOD. NOW? Please dont lose your time and money going here. Even do i pay the services i would never come back here again in my life.

I went today because I have a last minute event. I just went to change my color but I ended up doing the whole thing mani/pedi gel. Emily took good care of me. I will come and visit again. Good job Emily!!!!!!

Great price & fast service!! they don’t have much staff so sometimes the wait is long but I still like coming here!! Even recommended to my friend and she loved it too!

I was here before about a month ago in a Saturday and had a great experience. Unfortunately today, apparently I got cut because the chair was moving, which is what happens when you are getting a massage while getting a pedicure. She says that’s why she cut me. Not to mention the obvious jargon between workers about what’s happening. So unpleasant and rude for a paying customer. I don’t know but it might be the second and the last.

Staff friendly, I want my cuticles cut clean, and it wasn't good. Clean hair around eyebrows, and they remove the hairs in between my forehead and nose. After I told them only clean, not remove.

This nail service was good, however I added a eyebrow wax. The technician ignored sanitation by not even putting paper down on a clearly used area (bed with a nasty towel at the headrest. I had to place the covering that was on the floor on the bed. Then to make matters worse she left me with half of an eyebrow. After stopping her before starting the service to explain that I didn’t want my eyebrows thinned out and I’ll like to keep an arch. No, she didn’t ask before starting like any other place I have had this service. She was just going to start! Nevertheless, she gave me the mirror and said she was only cleaning between the brows and below and on the top of the brow. She started and waxed, tweezed and used the small scissors. The result is a disaster!!!! After, asking for the mirror back so that I could see. Yes, she was dismissing me to go without checking to see if everything was okay. I had to ask to see. To say the least, I am done!!! I use to come here years ago and the services were great!!! Today, the technician was terrible!!! She didn’t take any accountability after I clearly showed her that my eyebrow was gone. She claimed she didn’t touch it. My skin still tingling, I’m showing her. I wanted to scream!!!! Just absolutely awful and the resolution was I was asked “Do you want me to draw the end back in for you? In two days it will grow back.” If you are sensible, Run the hell away from this place. Absolutely Terrible!!!!!

Horrible paint job. I bring my own nail polish, which is brand new and this how they paint my nails. On top if that they charge me for a manicure and just painted my toes 30 dollars. Horrible. Sad part is I've been there before several times and today was unprofessional.

I came for a dip manicure and it turned out great. The manicurist was a perfectionist and my nails have never looked so good. Some places make the nails thick and I hate that. If you like a natural look, you will love it here. I believe the nail tech was Suenn.

The worst nail salon in Orlando over price poor customer service got my nails done there three days later they were chip went back expecting them to say hey how can I help you because you were a customer you spent $80 and he said oh it’s not our fault nails chip on one hand we’ve never seen this will charge you but we’ll fix it for you and I’m like no thank you I can find another salon there a new salon, a good one is worth the money this is not a good one this was the worst salon I’ve ever gone to…🥵😡🤬

This has to be THE WORST SALON I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. The customer service is worse. I will never come back to this place again. The nails techs DO NOT KNOW HOW TO DO NAILS, I don’t even know how the have a shop open. Please do not ignore these bad reviews. SAVE YOUR MONEY

This week we are in Orlando and we walked into this spa without an appointment. They were not busy. But the gentleman in charge did not get up to greet us just yelled at us to sign in from across the room. Big sign on desk that asks to pay tips in cash. Tacky. Water ice cold whwn seated. Had to ask for warm water. Salon seems clean. Massage was terrible. The lady paid more attention to what was going on outside. Over oriced for what you rcv.

WOW!!! Time flys when you’re having a beautiful time! Ann has been doing my nails for last 20 years. Her work is absolutely beautiful and most importantly her work doesn’t take all day. If I had to rate Lee Nails I am giving them 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you 🙏🏾

I walked in to wax my eyebrows and there were only two techs with two customers. Signed in and sat there 10 minutes and no one even acknowledge me not even to greet me or ask what service I needed . I’ve been going there for over 10 years but won’t be going there again.

I was helped by a lady named Tina who was a sweetheart to me. She was gentle with my weak nails and accommodated for any concerns I had. The price was right too. Will absolutely be coming back.

The young women who work there seem to be her first time working with nails the whole experience was very bad I paid for a gel pedi and meni that was not worth the value very expensive you can tell it was not done the way I wanted it and she didn’t listen to the way I wanted the design she put in a terrible blob of a design because she felt bad she forgot to do what I wanted ,terrible costumer service do not recommend this location I will definitely not ever come back to the nails salon as well try to explain as well the mistake made with another coworker and was given no care
