Went in showed them the nails I wanted & the girl who did my nails didn’t even wanna do them she messed up multiple times someone else had to come & take over to finish them & even at that they still didn’t even do the designs right 🙃 never going there again worse experience ever there & I always go there & never experienced what I did today…& since they closed a lil after when rushing to do my nails they rushed me outta the door even turned out the lights & still had me pay 80$ I recommend to not go there

Watch your charges! They quote you a price and then charge your bank account with another charge which is more. My charge was $40.00 and I gave a $7.00 tip in cash. Two days later, my bank account had a $47.00 charge. They added the tip after I paid the Tech cash. Unfortunately, I three away my receipt!! Couldn't prove it. So be careful and observe your charges.

I give NO DAMN STARS!! I will never come here. The lady that did my pedi cut my nails too short and filed them all crooked. I asked her to fix them and she got upset, so when she left to the back I filed them myself and when she got back she was extremely upset and ask me what I was doing I told her fixing them, she was not happy and started talking their language im sure about me. I am very self conscious about my feet already and now even more i literally got home and cried. I will be contacting the health broad as well for putting my 7 year olds feet into dirty water with nails floating around so disgusting. The manager Lee said it was an accident, an accident without even apologizing, taking responsibility or giving some type of discount, yet I was told if I didn’t like the device to never go back. Mind you she was happy to charge me full price!! i was charged 60$ no discount no apology NOTHING! Just told not to ever come back if I wasn’t happy with services. Horrible customer services. I never expected to be treated like that’d, oh and it was my first and last time! Please don’t ever come here

Terrible and rude customer service. I asked for a French pedicure with an acrylic tip. Took an 1hr and 1/2 to get it done . 1st person only applied acrylic no tip. Another person had to do it correct. I had to correct because the application was crooked. I had to ask for lotion no massage. Was rushed because they were closing in 15 minutes. I would give this place no stars but that is not an option. DONT GO HERE

I came in for a eyebrow waxing with my grandma and clearly explained i just wanted that. Once we got in the room she started doing my grandmas eyebrows and after that out of nowhere she waxes my grandma mustache. So when we go to the register i paid $38 dollar total charged to my card. I explained to the lady that neither did i or my grandma ask for the mustache area and she tried saying my grandma said yes but i was in the room with her and clearly saw her do it on her own. I have no Problem paying for my service however, I never asked for the mustache which added more money to my bill and i felt like that women did it PURPOSELY to add to my bill. These people here are VERY MONEY HUNGRY people especially the woman up front who is the owner i believe. She didnt apologize for charging me for a service i never asked for just tried justifying her actions. 38 dollars for 2 eye brow waxes n mustache is outrageous i will never come here again.

Went today for a pedicure,and the lady who did them(did not get her name) did a awesome job.she took her time and was was very detailed on her work.usually I go places that rush me in and out but they honestly took their time and I loved it! Definitely will be going back.

i went in for a fill a dealt with a lady name sue. The original girl that want I wanted to do my nails was busy and couldn’t do them so I went ahead and went with Sue right off the back and she told me if I didn’t want to ask coming tomorrow I said no that’s fine I didn’t have time and I will get them done she starts doing my nose and start being ruff and I make a complaint about it telling her she was hurting me. we got into an argument and she told me that’s why I told you if you want to come back tomorrow cause I didn’t wanna do your nails. first of all, if you didn’t want to do my nails you should’ve rejected the service in the first place and I would’ve waited then to top it off they charge me $60 for a fill and it is not worth it i’ve been here twice before I got my nose done and I had no problems, but today was the worst experience ever i’m so sad cause these nails are not worth 60 especially for a fill

Called about an hour before closing and they welcomed me happily. Got a pedicure and she did amazing on the lavender scub mix that she recommended! When i sat down, I was offered a drink and asked if the water was okay. She was very thorough, would definitely go back.!

Came here for a pedi since it is close by, and honestly the lady who did my toes did not do a good job as far as polish. It was super messy I left with nail polish smeared on my toes. also she didn’t pain the whole nail, it made it look uneven. I had to to fix it at home /: I wouldn’t go here again even if it’s last resort. Also the lady kept trying to get me to do shellac and I told her no. Then she said I needed shellac I told her no just polish. Then after telling her that she showed me their diff types of pedis I chose the express and one said $35 (for just reg polish) and the other said 55 I think (with shellac. So I told her express and she said okay $50. I said no I don’t want shellac. then she said okay. Then in the middle of doing my toes she asks to give me shellac again. Like girl no. I didn’t like the pressure, they should give what the customer wants and that’s it. It doesn’t help that the job wasn’t done well either. /: I would highly recommend to clarify what you are paying for if you go here, seems they will try to get you to pay for more than what you asked if they can

Had my eye lashes done here. NEVER AGAIN!!!! Looked like a big gob of black glue on my eyes. They were hard and the WORST I’VE EVER SEEN! Don’t waste your money $60 NEVER GOING BACK!!!

Hands down the WORST waxing experience I’ve ever had. She was rough and left patches even when she “fixed” the patches I still had some. I’m convinced she just had no training on what she was doing. Not to mention the lady kept making faces when I would decline her offers to upgrade on the pedi as well. I still tipped bc I’m kind like that. But I definitely wouldn’t recommend anyone here.

Horrible experience every employee in their were dead sick no mask coughing and sneezing everywhere. They all had tissue cleaning their nose and touching customers hands. I told the manger at the front desk my concerns she yelled at me and rooled her eyes the most nasty customer service ive ever had. Ill never be go back. Not worth your money go else where. I recommend Nailtini.

Very clean and nice salon! Everyone was very friendly and I loved my pedicure. I will definitely be back but wish they had champagne or some alcohol beverages. Guess it's not common over in this area or I'm not finding the right places

Worst service.. I keep trying to go because its near by.. however today 1.12.24 was the worst service yet. I will no longer give them my money.. not only her additude a mess but this manicure is messy.. took her 7 minutes to complete and it was not worth the 45 she charged.... NEVER AGAIN!!!

Bald guy did my nails and was so rude!!! Did'nt even clip them before he started. Kept squeezing my finger telling me to relax. I've done my nails plenty of times to know how to relax my fingers. Rushed through the process and kept getting annoyed when I asked him to fix something. Finally I just wanted to get out of there end results my nails looked so thick and not good. My cousin got hers there as well but hers turned out beautifully.

I came in for an ombré French tip and they did an amazing job! My nails came out beautiful and they were quick and painless. The manicurist was kind and attentive to me. Highly recommend going here!
