Horrible the owner who name is Lee can’t even do nails my nails where chip as soon as I left mind u I had gel she didn’t wait for it to dry completely she messy and sloppy would not recommend.

Please save your money i do not recommend anyone to go to this nail salon the woman who did my nails. She was extremely hard, and my nails were excessively thick and wide, a little bumpy, and had spots & they were very unprofessional.

BEWARE OF CARD SCAM!! I went there recently and got my eyebrows arched. $10 is the price for that. I used my card. I checked my card the next day and $20 had been charged!😡 I had to go back and got it corrected, but she did not want to! She was showing me the receipt and I showed her where it was taken out my account. They are crazy!!

make them set your price regular manicure pedicure came up to 110 with no remorse as a roach crosses the floor and a wet cold towel thrown on ya leg lol yeah if you want to get overcharged with a smile devious or not great place to come to

As soon as you walk in you get pressured to do all the services. I asked for a pedicure but they were trying to pressure getting my nails done too.I was never asked what kind of pedicure or anything throughout the service. It was the quickest pedicure I’ve ever had and it was very rushed. It was a $40 pedicure for gel and nothing special about it.

DON'T GO!!!! Had a pedicure done here and the technician went too deep and caused my large toe to bleed. I had to ask for gauze and a band aid. They did not offer any discount and charged full price. I then had to spend more money at drugstore on Neosporin. I'm praying my toe is not infected.

Went to get my eyebrows done & didn’t see my eyebrow lady . I give the lady that’s doing eyebrows for the day a chance … Imma just say I won’t be coming back until I see my girl with the short haircut .

I went here for my birthday nails and left with many mistakes even a spot on my nails I came back the next day to see if they could redo my nails because of the many mistakes that were made ( unpolished spots, lumpy, rubbed paint) the man who did my nails continue to say that my nails weren’t lumpy and sat me down filed them and added another coat making them worse than what they were before. This place is not understanding , unsympathetic greedy,stingy and lacks good consumer service. You could tell that he didn’t want to take his time to redo my nails unless I paid for him too. I am upset and disappointed and how my nails look for my birthday and would never come here again.

If you happen to visit the 4 Seasons Mall in Greensboro, NC and come to Lee Spa Nails I just want you to beware. They are rude, aggressive, and my pedicure was rushed. Two of the employees were even arguing very loud with each other which caused a big disturbance in the shop. My overall experience was unpleasant so just think twice before coming.

Was pressured to get acrylic as soon as I walked in even when I declined twice as I wanted a simple manicure. $30 for a short natural nail gel manicure. Manicure was rushed. Soaked nails for less than 2 minutes. Didn’t clean under nails. Raggedy cuticles after trimming. Messy polish. Overall terrible experience.
