I am doing DIP powder manicure for several years. The worst manicure was at this place. Technician was not experiencing at all, didn't understand what I tried to tell him. One nail chipped in two days, I came for fixing and he used different color. This place may have good Technicians, but my was terrible. Unfortunately I didn't get his name.

I went there today and got a fill. I requested a chrome color. The lady is super nice but I am so disappointed in how they turned out. After looking at them when I left, the sides of my nails look horrible. They weren’t cheap either. I wanted to like this place but for $65 and a $10 tip I don’t think I will be going back.

Excellent service on first visit. Reasonable cost. Second visit, they charged a different price for the exact same service as first visit. Very shady.

Lily saved my nails and stayed late at the last minute after a hack job from the place across the street! So sweet and earned a customer for life from me! She took my new, poorly applied acrylics off and did liquid gel in their place. She took her time despite it being after closing and was so kind to me. I am so happy I found her!

Prices have gone up which I decided to only go for my Pedicures. I am eliminating my nails for a while. Check other places first on prices. Fill cost me $40./- Pedicure $40. The whole team there are Great!

Worst customer service I ever experienced. I walked in and stood in the doorway for 3-5 minutes before anyone looked up and acknowledged my presence. Afterwards I watched them greet everyone else who were all white patrons as they pushed the door to enter. I requested to have a ombré manicure and was directed to Duke who told me that he didn’t do ombré asked if I needed a pedicure as well. I declined but then decided to go ahead and do both. He seemed bothered and growled at me asking if now I decide to change my mind. I overlooked his gruffness and sat at the station he prepared for my feet. After soaking and soaping my feet he told me to run them together to get the soap off. I was speechless! That I was paying him to do my feet but he didn’t want to wash them. When I finished rubbing my own feet he gel polished my nails and said …now your feet are clean go sit in the 3rd chair for your manicure. No assistance offered with getting down or putting my sandals back on. I received a mediocre ombré manicure from another male who aggressively told me he was done and I could wash my hands if I wanted to as he made his way to the cash register. I couldn’t wait to leave this place that I was paying over $100 for service rendered by rude racist people. I would Never use this nail salon again. First and Last time.

I am visiting from out of state and tried this salon. I was greeted at the door by Lili. Lili is very professional and thoughtful, she took very good care of me, my nails look beautiful and I will definitely be back every time I’m in Naples

The nails fell off within 4 days of having them put on. First they upsold me on what I wanted for these better nails which cost more and they didn't last. When I asked for a refund they refused for the poor work done. Spend your hard earned money in another salon that will do better work that will last.

I love this nail salon so much! I wanted to get my nails done today, on a Sunday, but most salons are closed on sundays so I decided to try Lee Nails and I absolutely loved it! Once I entered they seated me and had me pick a color. I was getting gel nails, and I have short nails but they even added tips which look beautiful with the gel on top! Not only do my nails look gorgeous, but everyone there is very friendly! Can’t wait to go again!

Maybe it’s a hit or miss! Definitely a miss on the nail tech I had because she was very unsanitary and nails looked like she rushed. I really wanted to try this place out even with a bad recommendation from a few people. Oh well, won’t be returning.😂

Horrible!!!!!!! Do not get your brows done there! The lady was rushing and plucked off half of my left eyebrow didn't get the stragglers and told me to get a pencil... She then said sorry and took my card didn't offer to try to fix it or not charge me they look awful im so disappointed I wouldnt ever go back there again! It seemed like all they want is you in and out just to make a quick buck its sad

My nails were not done properly. I showed pictures of what I wanted and got swiggly lines. My nails under the acrylic were broken and not clued all the way to the acrylic. There are black items under the acrylic. The shape is uneven, chunky, and inconsistent. Worst place I’ve been to

Called and asked for price for a pedi and told was told $28.00. Get there and get soaking and given a chart to pick from which I go with the cheapest that says $30.00. Hmm. Already a bit miffed, but get really upset when told that unless I go with a number 2 my heels wont have the grater used on them. Only reason for wanting a pedi! Like a fool I stayed and figured I would at least be walking out with the smoothest heels ever. That sure wasn't the case. Never again will I go there.
