Terrible service! I was a walkin on Monday 24, 9.00 am I asked for Pedi ($43 for callus to be removed from feet and just a manicure $20 ( no polish). Mai cut my finger nails too short ,put my hands in water 30 seconds for each hand never massaged hand/ arms. My hands and cuicles dryed out badly. I do not know what kind of lotion used. I had to put on my own hand cream. Pedi- callus still left on feet , when I asked to remove more which I paid for; she replyed yayaya. What ever lotion they use it dries out the feet and hands. Paying she asked how, I said cash, when I walked up to front desk, I noticed the ATM machine door jarred . I asked about it, she said not working. what if I was to pay by card? Not being told when I walked in that ATM down. When I got home I put my foot cream on to discover my toe nails were cut uneven and jagged. Over all service Terrible, they are over charging for their bad performance of service! I will never go back there!

First time there, asked as I walked in I didn't want the drill used on my nails which obviously they can't understand English.... I didn't enjoy how they want 2 people 2 work on u at the same time!!! Of course if I asked them 4 a certain way they wanna start talking In their own language instead of fixing the situation...

I believe her name is Mai, but she is amazing! I can tell she really does take her time to make sure the nails look nice. She is very kind as well. I will definitely be returning to Mai!

I love this place! They are busy so don’t go without an appointment.....unless you’re willing to wait. The powder dip with gel polish lasts way longer than acrylic. Like 3 weeks. Mei gives the best leg foot massage.

In a word: excellence. This nail salon is the best place that I have ever been and I have gone to many spa nail salons in my lifetime. I was greeted right away and although it was very busy, I was seated in a timely manner. My nails were done by a very experienced and meticulous male who said he came here 10 years ago from Vietnam. I loved everything about the way he took great care in getting my nails just the way I wanted them. I will be a regular customer at this nail salon for many years to come.

Me and my daughters went in for pedicures. It wasn’t a pleasant experience at all! The service seemed unwelcoming and rushed! We should have left at the beginning, but no I will give anyone a chance! One of the ladies took a picture of the undone nails and sent it to someone. That was very unprofessional! She lied at first and said she didn’t take a picture. Then she said she took the picture but didn’t send it to anyone. My daughter saw her send it to someone, because she was standing behind her. The lady in charge started to fuss at the lady for doing that. She apologized to my daughter and said we could come back but I will never! I give the service I want and that was really unprofessional. If you decide to go to Lee’s nails beware, they may take pictures of your feet and send it to someone without your permission! Lee’s nails , do better!

They really need to improve on their guest service. I went there at 10:00 am and only one other customer was there. I felt very rushed and Diane is very rude. I won’t be coming back here.

Tucked away, it's a bit hard to find. Make an appointment, busy on the weekends. So, so on the sanitation. Not much to be seen.

Went in for eyebrow wax only. Never visited this salon and ended up here due to already being in the area. The place seemed clean and the employees nice but my skin was ripped from my eye lid!! It did not burn it is actual skin layers ripped off of me. Ive never had this done in the decades I've been getting my eye brows waxed. I will never return and would suggest others take caution when going in for wax services.

Horrible customer service BE AWARE they’ll try to overcharge you. The lady put the wrong color on 1 nail and the manager told me it’ll be $10 to change the color. The manicurist is horrible at shaping the nails. Other places are better. She took 1.5 to do a bad job on my full set. SMH.

I have been here twice. The first time, it wasn't busy and the lady who did my pedicure actually had done my pedicure at the other salon at Delta Shore some weeks before. She did a great job. I admit it was busy and they asked me sit in a chair to soak my feet. Well I sat there and they ignored me, while my feet soaked for over 45 minutes. I decided to leave when the young white girl who was a walk-in, came in 20 minutes after me, they sat her down and started her fill in. UPDATE: After the pandemic I ended up at the salon for a pedicure and boy did a world wide health crisis change things. Service has improved greatly! They do an excellent job, others employees have have their area of expertise. Just remember who you develop a relationship with and bring cash for tips.

Please please don’t come here. This place is a joke they half DO your nails and the the lady that did my foot 🦶 was no good at all. I don’t like how rude they are due to me not being happy paid over 100.00’s for me and my kids and it was th worst never never will I come back first thing Monday morning I am going to be making same CALL’s not to mention they do not use clean tools and the old lady got mad cause I want clean tools not what you just use on the person before me over it just was not happy I say don’t come here period

Poor service got a manicure. I believe the cuticle cream is watered down because it did nothing to my hard dried out cuticles. When I left the shop I went into my purse to grab my car keys nails were ruined. Not worth the time and money. I do not recommend this place.

Service wasn’t great at all. The lady that did my daughters nails was rude. He nails were done cricket and she cut her cuticles. Save yourself a headache and don’t go here.

I love coming here great customer service and I love all the colors they have every other place I went to don’t have a good selection on nail colors. But lee spa nails is the place to go but hey that’s just for me! Lol

I love this place for a spa pedicure and manicure. They are very friendly and patient. I get some great leg rubs, my toes look beautiful, and I feel sane again every time I leave here 👌🏼
