First time came over for an hour massage. The masseuse was on the phone scrolling and reading a half of the time while doing the massage, literally hanging on my back using her elbows. When finished, I said to include 18% tip, even though for such service I would give $0. They asked me if I can give more - I said no, she was on the phone half of the time. I was told not to come back anymore. I never will and definitely do not recommend this place to anyone. Such a disappointment.

The massage was pretty good, but the man behind the counter was hacking up a lung and I think, cleaning the toilet right outside the curtain where I was getting my massage. And then shook me down for a 30% tip. And then I did not see him handover any cash to the woman who gave my massage so I stood there and asked him for the money back and gave it to her directly. Don’t waste your time here. I’m sorry for the woman who gave me the massage because she was pretty good.

First off - for all the tightwads out there - 15% - 20% to is what you tip to someone who slings a coffee at you without any effort. This is a personal service from someone who works really hard to give you a massage. Personal services (like hairdressers) command at least a 30% tip if not more so don't be a scrooge to someone who has worked really hard on you. Next, I went for a 90 minute deep tissue massage and it was fantastic. They know how to attack those pressure points and work those tendons and the muscles. This place is highly recommended!

If I could give negative stars, I would. I left feeling like I was about to have an anxiety attack. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. THERE IS NOTHING SPECTACULAR ABOUT THIS PLACE. Gross dingy dark place. $40 for a 30 minute foot massage where they just chatted to one another the entire time my boyfriend and I got a massage. It was not a good foot massage, and I left a tip that was representative! The man was literally standing over me like he was helping me on homework while I signed the receipt. He ~demanded~ that I tip 20%... I reluctantly doubled the tip, and tried to walk away, where he started following me to the door. He was shoving a calculator at me and started raising his voice. Reading the other reviews, I'm so thankful my boyfriend was there- but even they ended up in an altercation where the man was yelling down the street and brining my boyfriend's nationality into it. If they want to be tipped 20% so badly then act like it.

The massage was fine; but the attitude of the masseur was despicable. When I tipped him he started ranting that was not enough for the effort he put on the massage….

I never ever write reviews but I just had such a bad experience here and had to share. The massage I received was probably one of the worst ones I ever had, and on top of that, the therapist was breathing so loudly in my ear the entire time it made the experience even more unpleasant. I decided only to tip 18% instead of my usual 20%, but the owner started yelling at me that I had to do at least 20% and screamed at me when I didn't want to pay more. He told me never to come back, which I never planned on doing anyway.

The manager of this facility is so rude. I was leaving a 20% tip. Half in cash and half on my card. The manager started yelling at me as if I was committing a crime. When I tried explaining his shouting only got worse. He kept saying he didn’t understand. He scared me to a point where I was about to call 911. Horrible horrible experience

Worst massage. Fill body 60 min massage and didn’t touch my arms for some reason but did my legs twice. Constantly digging into my bones not my muscles. Then I still paid their $55 AND an extra $5 tip for the trash massage. And they BEGGED me and FORCED me to give another $5 like it was part of the price. Absolutely insane. 0/5. Do not go here.

Good Massage. Customer service very poor. After my massage I got shaken down for 30% gratuity as they told me what I gave was too little of a tip and said I have to write down $26 on an $89 bill. If you want to add mandatory gratuity that’s fine put it on the price list but don’t hover over me while I sign my receipt and tell me what I have to write as a tip. I left feeling taken advantage of rather than the relaxation I went in there for. Will not be going back here.

I would give this business negative stars if I could. My friend booked a massage through classpass and after getting the massage (which she said was terrible) and tipping her therapist, she left (because she had already paid through classpass). The man at the front desk (I presume the owner) started following her down the block, yelling at her, and physically pushing her repeatedly accusing her of not paying. He kept trying to push her into a chase bank to force her to take out money to pay him, broke her necklace off her neck, and continued to physically ASSAULT her - she literally had to run down into the subway to get away from him. This behavior is not only unacceptable it's straight up illegal. DO NOT GO HERE.

Owner keeps all the $. Doesn’t pay therapist. Expects you to tip 30 to 40% to PAY for therapist. I tipped 23% and was chased out of the store and screamed at on the sidewalk. Almost called the cops when owner put his hands on me. Beware !!!!

This was one of the worst massages I’ve ever had. What’s worse, the owner pressured me to give a bigger tip and got visibly furious when I refused to give 30%. Don’t go here.

I have had over 100 massages in my life from all over the world, and I must say that Cindy at Lee spa gave me one the top 5 massages. Lee Spa is clean, professional, and they gave me a $10 discount on my first visit. I will be adding Lee Spa to my weekly rituals and reward myself for all my hard work.

Very good experience. As a Chinese I had a lot massage in my life, however this one is the most impressive. I have shoulder problems and the therapist gave me a deep tissue massage on the excatly spots. I felt great after the massage and they also have a 10$ discount for me as first time visiter. can't beat the price,best massage I have ever had.
