I had a really disappointing experience at this nail salon. The nail prep was extremely poor, which caused my nails to lift off far too soon after the appointment twice already with my last pedi & mani. Decided to go back; When I mentioned the bad prep to the technician, he immediately started removing the tips from my full set, which made it clear he knew the prep wasn’t done properly. It’s frustrating because proper prep is key to ensuring the nails last, and it was obvious they weren’t done right from the start. I was really hoping for a quality service, but unfortunately, I’ll be looking elsewhere next time. He was not even trying to help me out in this situation instead he repeatedly kept saying sorry just trying to make me happy by removing tips NO SIR prep your nails so they actually last the full 3 weeks. I won’t be back they don’t prep right !!! Took nail school to know how good job is done & how bad job is BAD.

I have been a loyal customer to this establishment since late 2022 when I moved to the area. Usually everyone has been friendly and I’ve gotten to know all the people who’ve worked there, but they’ve recently lost me as a customer due to rude comments and declining quality in service. The last time I went to get 2 of my nails fixed, my nail tech stated that every time I come in all of the nail techs make comments like “Of course here she comes again with another broken nail” and that they are not surprised I am always coming in. This was extremely rude in my opinion as the only reason I have to keep coming back is because the nails I get done consistently fall off. The prices have also gone up dramatically it seems, or maybe they are charging hidden fees that I am unaware of. Overall, this place used to be my go-to but I will no longer be giving them my business as I don’t feel comfortable getting my nails done here anymore.

Ive been to many places around and was never satified as much as this place! Their service is top notch and my gel lasts forever! The atmosphere all around and nail techs are so friendly i feel right at home! Thank you for always making me feel special everytime i come in! Happy customer!

We went here this past Thursday while in town for a work conference. Upon entering, no one spoke. There was a man at the front desk (I wish I’d caught his name), he looked at me and said nothing… when I got to the desk I got “what would you like” - first red flag. I picked my color and waited to be seated. For my pedicure I chose basic service bc we were short on time, the water was so hot at first. Sonny did my pedicure and although he was more pleasant than the man up front, he simply didn’t listen. I asked him not to cut my toenails down too much, just file. He cut them all, pretty short. When he was cleaning up my cuticle area I literally had to ask him to stop for a second bc he was just being way too rough. They made a big deal about the color I picked and said it wouldn’t should up good but after asking 3 ppl for an alternative, I completely chose another color. All and all the service was OK! The pedicure looks decent however they charged me $55 - which the menu clearly says $35 for a basic pedicure. I didn’t trip over the $55 bc I just assumed they charged another $20 for gel but when I checked my bank statement there was another few dollars added to my bill. I did NOT tip, which I never not tip but they didn’t deserve one so I was not pleased to see anything additional money taken from me. I started to dispute it with my bank but I figured if they need to add extra, they must really need the money. Needless to say, when I return next year, I would not come back here. On a good note, it’s very clean inside.

Got my nails done on vacation here and they did a great job. Sonny was the guy who did my nails and he was very helpful in helping me choose the polish color closest to what I had shown him a picture of. Was skeptical to come here because I had read some bad reviews about customer service but I think everyone was friendly and helpful. I actually came back 2 days later because I had broken my nail by hitting it on something, they fixed it for free. Both times I came here they were very nice. The place was clean and I would definitely come to this spa regularly if I lived here.

If I could give them a 0 star, I would. We made an appointment for 3 with a deposit. we were 6 minutes late and they gave our spot away without a call. I have been going here for years but never again. And the manager was extremely rude and unapologetic. My 7 year old daughter was devastated.

Sadly, the front counter person charged me more than the price sheet quotes. He tried to justify it by saying my daughter wanted longer nails so they put tips on. That was not true at all. Then he said it was because it was ombre. I pointed out the ombre dip quote on the sheet in front of us was cheaper than charged. He never made it right, and we will not return. Very sad because if he doesn’t honor the quoted, printed fees.

My technician today was One. He was absolutely awesome! He took his time and explained to me that I should not request the drill to remove my cuticles. This was by far the best manicure I ever had. I highly recommend One. He is the BEST!!

Tammy did my pedicure and acrylic gel manicure today and it was phenomenal! She’s very personable, professional, really cares about what you want and takes her time. It’s hard to find a good nail tech I feel like, and I’ll 100% be back to her!

The only complaint I have is the guy at the front desk is not friendly and seems bothered that he has to wait on you. I go there often and love the services I get. They give the best pedicures but the guy at the front should be welcoming and helpful. He is not.

Hello everyone! This was my first time getting my nails done in Destin since i am from Wisconsin! I was really pleased with this place especially with the person who did my nails. His name was one. He did a really professional job and i was really impressed with his skill as he took his time with everything. I was there for an hour in a half to about two hours and the total for my acrylic nails came to be about $75. It's displayed at $55 for a gel acrylic but with the design and color it was about $20 more so keep in mind to bring extra cash or ask before you get the design done. It was so worth the $20 however because he really took his time making sure the lines were straight and the french tips were perfect. I didn't even have to correct him about anything the length, shape, color, design, was all perfect and it never once felt rushed. The guy at the front desk did ask to see my design and told me ahead of time that the price was going to be $75 which in my opinion was really respectful and responsible for the customer and the business. That way nothing was a surprise and i could change my nails before hand if needed. The place itself looks super clean and organized and the workers all seemed nice. In my own experience I would definitely recommend to get your nails done here!

We went to get a full set of acrylics for my daughter and on their sign sitting right in the store, it lists a full set of acrylics are $45 dollars. At checkout it was $70 dollars. When I questioned why, they said 10 extra for gel, which nobody asked if we wanted gel, they just took it upon themselves to do gel, then they added $5 for shaping the nails. Really? Then they added $10 for painting them French white tip. Is every single thing they do an additional cost ???? Same with my pedicure, I picked the $35 dollar one and mine was $45 at checkout. You better be sure to take some extra cash in here if you get your nails done. Don’t believe what they advertise the price as. I feel the sign is misleading and they never asked if we wanted gel, I guess they decided for us. Also the manager came out and no apologies. We definitely will go to another nail salon in the future. Not to mention the nail tech didn’t even know what he was doing, he had to get help from another nail tech and she had to end up finishing them, even though it was just a basic acrylic set. It was supposed to be a birthday treat for my daughter that turned into a misleading and rude visit. There are a lot of nail salons around here, so I definitely will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

I walked in to get a dip nail service while in town for the weekend. I was greeted by the most unprofessional male who asked “Can I help you?” in a very rude and condescending manner. I said yes in a cheerful way I would like to get dip nails. He said it would be a two hour wait, even though they were not busy and their door says “Walk-ins Welcome”. When I asked if anywhere closer might take walk-ins, he said, “There are lots of places in Destin,” which would have been quite a drive. Overall, he was very unprofessional and rude and made me feel incredibly awkward. I do not recommend anyone waste their time with this place that clearly has too much business to bother winning over new clients.

I wanted to bring to your attention an uncomfortable experience I had during my visit to your salon. The nail technician I had seemed to lack proper manners and boundaries in our conversation. Her questions about my personal life, family, and choices were invasive and rude. I believe it's important for customers to feel comfortable and respected during their visits, and unfortunately, this was not the case for me due to her behavior. I thought it was important to share this feedback with you so that you're aware of the issue and can take appropriate steps to address it. Unfortunately, due to this experience I could never recommend this salon.
