Fantastic selection and awesome help when selecting a natural hair wig. Never once was I ever judged, hated, or made fun of for my Trich baldness while shopping here. That's why I recommend this location. Trichotillomania sucks, and women need to have a safe place to find confidence in their hair accessory needs. I have not shopped for a wig in years and was glad to see that Remy hair is more affordable than years ago. Thank you Lee's and all of there staff members. You have made a difference for me in my life. Now I can go out without having to deal so much with the people who have shown hate and shame towards me and my condition.

Terrible selection old looking wig, they also want to give you wigs that others have tried on. The human hair wig secretion ia a joke: you can tell they don't cate much about the demographic they are catering ,because if they did they would do better; however, they were nice an welcoming.

This place use to be the talk of the town and my favorite place to go whenever my mom made her weekly grocery run but now as an adult more than likely under new management or so it seems anyway their prices have gone up dramatically and their customer service is basically non existent they use to be really nice and accommodating but now they're very judgemental and persistent on getting u in and out as quickly as possible it sucks too becuz they have so much to look thru but nothing that I actually wanna buy becuz they're pushy and also becuz their prices are completely unreasonable especially for the quality of the items they have their pens always brake their back packs are clearly knock offs and even their hair just isn't up to the standards it use to be or frankly should very well be especially at those rates it sucks but after my last trip I was hovered like a criminal obviously stereotyped and their security (not even needed) was predominantly offensive and rude to us saying we had to buy something becuz they thought we were stealing it but really we had our hands full of many items and were juggling things around so they assumed we were trying to shove things in our pocket and becuz of that we were forced to now buy that product which was a 3 ounce lil bottle of roll on perfume priced at $6.00 I was absolutely offended and discouraged on returning they don't even have baskets for u too hold ur stuff u have to put it up at the counter and the times I've done that they've not had all my items upon returning to complete my entire shopping purchases. Yeah I wanna return some things i got becuz they don't even dye my hair the color it indicated which not only was very inconvenient and misleading but messed up if you ask me. Gray turns ur hair green u got some problems with ur products, wouldn't u agree?? But I get the feeling they don't even care and becuz of that estimated response, I don't even wanna return there at all.

I’ve been going to Lee’s store since high school and it’s always have such a diverse selection of beauty products! The employees are always SO helpful and kind. This is really a one stop beauty shop. Great for Halloween wigs and every day shopping. They have everything from hair, nails to makeup and accessories and jewelry! Plus a surprisingly great stop for lingerie outfits! IYKYK!!

They will STEAL money from you. My girl spent money here and they over charged her. Didn't notice until the following day, she went back to get her money back and they said they couldn't because they don't do cash back. Sounds like stealing to me because they gave in store credit and that's basically forcing you to spend their and they are the ones who made the mistake. These people are cons. Don't shop here. Find somewhere else to go.

⚠️CHECK THE BRAIDING HAIR COLOR⚠️….they are not like Walmart they don’t reorganize their inventory now I’m stuck with 3 bags of hair ‼️ALL SALES ARE FINAL‼️ NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS Great customer service answered all my questions.

Finally went to the store, it was so hard to decide which hair I wanted. Customer service was awesome and very helpful. They pretty much had everything I needed even perfume. They don't sell clothes though but, those stores are not far away. They even have special offers like buy one wig, get one half off. That was very rare in Michigan hair stores.

Friendly support from staff. Large inventory. From wigs to braiding hair in all different styles and colors. They all so have a large variety of hair care products. Located in the fry’s and DD discount plaza. Multiple staff members there available to help. And well organized selection. I bought the expressions hair I’m 50”. They had a large selection from 32” to 60” plus. They also have products and hair for kids hair.

I bought hair here twice at the height of the pandemic, no issues with trying on or anything.. Today I went in because I was in a pinch. No one offered any assistance , then when I went to try on they asked to see my vaccine card (never been asked this before today) and made the whole process difficult, so I simply took my money and left.. hair is overpriced and not great quality . This place is ok in an emergency, but I have found better quality wigs on Amazon , with way better prices !!! Save your time, gas and money, don’t go here!

Tucson has been blessed with Lee's store and their sister stores WABA. I have been shopping at Lee's Store since I was in high school. The owners and their staff members are friendly, respectful, and helpful in finding what I needed when I asked. I highly recommend this location as they have so many different options for hair care products, weave, wigs, and extensions and much more.

I think this company (waba and Lee store) have the best wig selection in town hands down. All three stores have. a different selection too which is nice, definitely provides a nice variety. Management and staff are nice. However, I give a two-star rating because this is the third time I've come down here to find their doors locked before they're posted closing hours!. Each time all lights are on and staff is still behind the checkout counter. I have purchased about 30 wigs in the last 4 months so I know my face is familiar. But they look at me and shake your head giving me the" we're closed " hand movement. You guys can recount your drawer? You'd rather blatantly waste my time in driving to your establishment.
