Nancy is a very Experienced and Thorough Professional in her craft. I've been going to her Jeffersonville shop for Haircare services for 3 years now and I dont have to look any further. She gets you into appointments within the week that you make it. I am so pleased with her Beautiful Personality and Loyalty. She is truly a Sweet and Honest Lady. I highly recommend her to any and everyone. She listens to your request and adheres to them if possible and her prices are fair! I always leave her shop with a big smile on my face. Sincerely Maryna

She did an amazing job. I had another braider cancel me and she got me in SAME DAY. She was also very friendly and made me feel very welcome. I have a speech impediment and she was very patient and kind. I had a difficult time finding a braider and have cycled through plenty but she is definitely going to be my consistent/permanent braider. She takes her work seriously and did an amazing job. Even when it was getting late she still took her time and made sure it was to my liking. I am beyond happy with the results! If you want good braids and good service I would choose here!!!!!!!!!!

I called wanting my 8 year old daughter to get knotless braids and was very last minute in doing so and she made it happen ! I will not be taking my daughter to anyone else ! Highly recommend legacy braids to anyone who wants their hair done and done right ! I give 10 Star Rating !

She did sooo good and was the sweetest person ever. I had a Hair EMERGENCY! She got me in within like 20 minutes and fixed me up. I got two feed in Dutch braids. What an amazing human being!

Amazing service! I had mini box braids done by Nancy. I have very short hair and was worried that I wouldn’t be able to find anyone before my upcoming vacation, but Nancy is the one! She let me pick what I wanted to watch on tv which was a huge plus. She was extremely nice and knows exactly what she’s doing. Very reasonable prices with luxurious results. She gained a loyal customer!

She is the best!! I needed help on a last minute hair situation and she got me in immediately. She set me up with perfect braids for a hair festival that I didn’t have to worry about for the rest of the week and they held all week beautifully!!! Nancy is a very talented and patient hairstylist. We booked an appointment on Saturday morning and she was able to accommodate us in less than an hour. My daughter requested tribal style braids and Nancy executed them flawlessly. It has been almost four weeks since my daughter got her hair braided and it still looks as if it was done the same day. Nancy even offered my daughter some popcorn, making her feel even more comfortable. We will definitely be returning to Nancy for future hair appointments.

I had a very pleasant experience from Mrs. Nancy! I highly highly recommend her, she was able to braid my hair perfectly, despite it being uneven and super short in some areas. Her shop is very clean, and very well organized! I was able to watch Netflix and have a great conversation with her, while getting my braids! Laid back chill environment, and reasonable prices! I will not go anywhere else from now on! Super happy customer!

Asked if she could do faux locs on fine, straight hair; was told that hand wrapping would be necessary after specifying it was for a white male. After a painful five hour initial install (which took place in her home), $300.00 cash, plus two repeat visits for unraveling, and waiting seven days for the locs to loosen a bit and begin to look more natural, folliculitis occurred due to excessive tightness too close to the scalp - despite repeated unraveling below base of braids - prompting removal after only one week in an effort to prevent traction alopecia and permanent hair loss. In addition to damage to the scalp and follicles, head lice was also discovered. When contacting the owner/stylist to notify her of these problems and request a partial refund, she responded “it’s red cos ur white”, “put some grease to ur scalp… you should be fine”, “not my fault…”, and “your services was rendered diligently as requested… do not think that I owe you anything”.

She was very professional, quick and done an outstanding job! I am very pleased with my hair! I asked her ahead of time not to braid too tight and she did just that. My head is not sore at all!! Feels great no tightness or anything. I asked for medium size and she gave me exactly what I ask for. I absolutely love my braids!! I am Vegas ready! Thank you Nancy! I most definitely will be returning!

Very neat, & clean braids. Works super fast. First impression very nice. But when I returned for her to redo my crown/ perimeter she was reckless while cutting the braids which resulted in cutting my hair. Keep in mind my hair was RED & the weave was black. How she couldn’t tell she was two/ three inches up to far? I’m not sure, but she played dumb & flipped the script on me like it was my fault when asked why she was cutting my hair.
